Perfect mountain house
This house is a 10/10... there were no corners cut designing and building this home ... every little detail to this house has been well thought about, from the bathrooms in every bedroom, to the locker room for all your ski equipment for the whole crew... every detail is so well done. My girlfriend loved the art and photos from the surrounding property, really made it feel like a home. The best part was how easy it was to get the property, Paul went above and behind to help us get away for the weekend, very easy to reach and made this trip happen.. I usually don’t leave reviews like this, but this house was well worth the time to write this! Will definitely be returning come ski season, thanks again Paul

This is an amazing property. Paul was attentive, available, and flexible. His flexibility made our weekend perfect. I really cannot emphasize how beautiful the creek, the trees and everything is. Our family didn’t want to leave and we will definitely try and book again. Thanks Paul!

A lovely home in the mountains
Paul's home was genuinely so beautiful and warm and we had an amazing time despite some rainy weather. It has a true cook's kitchen and incredible views. A ton of great details made our short visit very lovely!

Perfect family vacation house!
The house is wonderful for a large family reunion! The common spaces and lay out made it perfect for our family gathering. Our family head count was 8 adults with 2 very young toddlers. The expansive main room was very comfortable and a great "play-space" for my two one-year-old grandchildren as well as for lounging for all of the adults. Large ceiling fans kept the room cool and comfortable for all. The main deck off of the main room was an awesome space as well for dining, relaxing and playing. The BBQ setup on a separate deck right off the kitchen was perfect for us too. The kitchen was very well equipped and spacious; and it has 3 sinks, which we truly appreciated and definitely utilized. Each bedroom has its own dedicated bathroom, and that was a huge plus for our family; in addition there is a half bathroom on the main level which was helpful as well. The access to the Schohaire Creek was indeed a fabulous feature for our family. The natural beauty of the location is undeniable and it was a lovely place for the adults and young toddlers to cool off and enjoy the water. The North South Lake state campground is a 25-30 minute drive away and was perfect for day outings from this property. Tannersville and Phoenicia had great dining options and the Bailiwick Animal Park with a petting zoo for the young children was only a 35 minute drive as well. We all had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider returning to this property when the opportunity arises.

Beautiful property
The house is beautiful and having a bathroom in each room was a plus!!! Excellent location! The creek is where we spent the entire day!!! Kid had so much fun! Everything was clean and the host was super helpful! Definitely want to come back!

Beautiful retreat in the Catskills!
Beautiful home with wrap around porch, scenic mountain and creek view and relaxing fireplace. We saw a Bald Eagle and loved the natural beauty of the area.
