Welcome to 17 Deangelis Drive in beautiful Point Judith Narragansett! This 3 bedroom home has been completely renovated from head to toe! Everything is brand new including Ice cold central air, new kitchen, glass enclosed shower, full size washer/dryer and much much more. Just a short 5 min. walk to Scarborough State beach and just a short bike ride to two other beautiful State beaches as well as the Block Island ferry. We are a pet friendly renter if your pet is non-shedding, non-chewing, vaccinated and on flea and tick preventative, crated when not home (owner approval needed for specific requirements of your pet). We offer bed linens, towels, a fully stocked kitchen, high speed wireless internet (tv's in living room and each bedroom), central air conditioning and more!
Bedroom 1 (queen bed) offers sliding glass door entry to back screened-in porch!
Please be advised that bedroom 2 (double bed) and bedroom 3 (2 twin/trundle) are second floor open loft area bedrooms with silk curtains installed for privacy when needed.

Fantastic!

Our stay at “Cozy A-Frame by the Sea” was wonderful! This was our first time on the Rhode Island coast and we couldn’t have asked for a better home. The house was clean, well stocked with everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect. Rhonda was an amazing host and was easy to contact. We can’t wait to come back again when the weather is warmer. Thank you Rhonda for renting us your beautiful beach home where we created a weekend filled with memories!

Cozy, well-located, well-equipped and clean

Love this beautiful A-frame. We absolutely recommend it. The hosts are very communicative, easy to reach. Walking distance to Scarborough beach. Quiet dead end street. Easy access to so many other beaches. Second floor is great for kids or teens who need their space! Veru clean.

Perfect!

This is our 4th year staying at the Cozy-A-Frame by the Sea and it is still perfect for us. Great location to the beach and to our favorite local restaurants. The house is still perfect for my small family, my daughter loves having the upstairs to herself. Rhonda is always great to work with, super communicative during our stay. Can't wait for next year!

Perfect Stay!

Perfect little house within walking distance to Scarborough. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay was included in this rental! We especially enjoyed the yard games and time spent on the screened in porch in the evenings. We have stayed in RI several weeks each summer for the past 10 years now and my 12 yo liked Rhonda’s place the best! He actually wrote in her travel log he enjoyed it so much! We will be back for sure!

Amazing restful Cozy Beach Cottage!

This is my second time staying at this cozy beach cottage! If I could move in I would! Rhonda is great and will provide you all the details needed. Everything is there for your use so make yourself right at home. I did! Lol walks to the beach are lovely in the early morning and everything is serene and quiet! The A frame architecture is a joy in itself and kids love the upstairs! You will enjoy your time and close to everything Narragansett has to over! Highly recommend! I will return next year! Quick family get away

Cute, clean, comfortable, and cozy!

We loved our stay in the A-frame! The house was perfect for our family vacation. We loved all of the details in design and decor selection - plus the house was super clean and cozy! The upstairs loft area is great for kids and our daughter loved having her own space to relax. The beach was just down the road and we could rinse off in the outdoor shower after a long day in the sand. Rhonda is an amazing host! We will be back!
