Es ist eine Unterkunft im ersten Stock mit einem kleinen Blick auf das Meer vom Balkon und direkt vor einem der 2 Pools. Es gibt Behindertenparkplätze mit einer Rampe in das Gebäude und auch eine kurze Promenade ohne Stufen zum Strand. Die Villa ist schön und das gepflegte Resort verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie sich wünschen.

Great condo. Great Location. Would stay again. Just watch out for the gators. lol. Owners were great, very quick to respond and answer questions even when I didn’t read check in directions carefully. Love Hilton Head.

HAPPY PLACE

This was our 4th year staying at this property. Everything is great and perfect for a family. The condo is clean and in great shape. Both bathrooms are new and the kitchen is spotless. Every year the owner Cathy is very helpful. This year we had a tropical storm for a couple days and Cathy provided us with any information she heard that would relate to the storm. We love it there. Coffee and books on the patio or hanging poolside after a long day at the beach. It’s just great. We will go back for many years

Beautiful Condo and Great Location

The condo was updated and very clean! The kitchen was beautiful and well-stocked. It is on the first floor, which has some benefits. You can still see the ocean, you only have to climb one set of stairs, and it is right next to the little pool. Our grandsons stayed upstairs, and it was so easy to take them to the little pool. And the big pool is a quick five-minute walk! The beach was even closer. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

Warm and Inviting

The condo has been beautifully renovated. We've stayed in many condos at the Beach and Tennis Resort over the last 30 years, and this one was, by far, the best one we've ever stayed at. We will be renting from this owner again.

Thank you, Cathy! We had a great time. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything that we needed. I actually found it way nicer than advertised. The location was perfect! Our kids loved having the nearby pool and it made it easy for us to run back for any forgotten items. I hope you will allow us to come back!!

Wonderful As Always

This condo was amazing! The beds were comfortable, the decor is wonderful, and we felt like we were home. I was apprehensive about being in the first floor, but it was great not having to go up and down stairs constantly, or await for the elevator. We love this resort and would definitely stay in this unit again.

Always great

This is our third year in Cathy’s condo and everything is always great. Love the pools, especially the one outside of our balcony. You really don’t need to leave the resort if you don’t want to. Our condo is always clean and ready to go. We will be back for a fourth year

Great stay!

Fabulous vacation! Beautiful condo! Property Owner went over and beyond to communicate resort events, and making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again. Condo itself is beautifully furnished with everything we needed for the week. Condo is on the first floor which was great for the 4th of July week and we did not have to use the busy elevator. The walk is an easy one to the ocean. The resort is beautiful and honestly if you wanted to, you could stay all week and never need to leave the property. There are so many things to do! From going to the beach, 2 pools, 2 restaurants and bars, tennis, pickleball, bike rides, alligators to watch, not to mention all the scheduled events. There is something for everyone! I highly recommend.

Beautiful first floor condo

We were impressed with the beautifully decorated condo, loved its colors, pretty curtains, and being on first floor! The amenities provided were stellar--not just toilet paper, but nice bath soaps, paper towels, tissues, extra trash bags, dishwashing liquids,cleaning supplies, and beach toys in the porch storage chest. There was even a Brita water filter under the kitchen sink. The only issue, and the reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that the master bedroom seemed pretty humid. We ran a fan in the room which helped, but we couldn't understand why it was so humid in that room.

Lovely 1st floor property

The location of this condo is perfect, first floor, view of the smaller pool. The layout of the kitchen has been greatly improved with the removal of the wall between kitchen and living area. Appliances are top notch. A coffee maker as well as a keurig are included. There were 3 sizes of mixing bowls included . Very nice and heavy duty. Kitchen table and chairs are sturdy, as some properties we've stayed before are flimsy. I know, not really something one usually thinks about. The bath towels were soft and fluffy. Extra toilet paper was appreciated. A couple of minor issues , although it certainly did not ruin our perfectly great vacation, the box fans were dusty, there were crumbs left under the trash can. Cleaning crew missed that because the trash can is in a cabinet. An easy fix with the vacuum , since we had to use it for sand anyway that inevitably finds its way in no matter how careful one is. Chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, also included and stored on balcony. Resort was great , we only left once to go to Publix. Loved trivia at the big pool, also food and drinks from Jamaica Joes was convenient. Prepared our meals at condo, delivery a couple of times. Delivery drivers are not allowed in (unless you would like to pay $25 parking fee) so you have to meet them at the gate. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Hilton Head and will definitely return.

Perfect!!

This room was perfect!! From cleanliness, location, amenities...everything was amazing!! The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. Also, plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, etc to be able to enjoy a day at the beach! Thank you, Cathy for allowing us to stay in your condo!! A lot of memories were made :)

Beautiful and comfortable

The only thing we could have improved upon was the master bed…it’s incredibly soft, almost like a blow up mattress. You can tell Mrs. Cathy has put a lot of thought into the details, such a plush linens and towels. The finishings are very well done. Location was about as far from the big pool as possible, but beach access and the small pool were very close. Parking was never a problem. We had a couple of issues with the modem, but Cathy was super quick and helpful to correct. We’d love to come back!

The entire resort is extremely clean and well kept. The resort is directly on the beach itself. The main swimming pool is enormous! The unit itself is spotless and well equipped with everything we needed.

Zu Gast bei Cathy Phillips

I'm a retired medical lab technician from SW Ohio.
I also love gardening and keep a nice size pond and waterfall in my yard. ( always happy to share pics of my garden and grandchildren)
I am married to Ron, who is just recently retired. We have together four children, nine grand-children and eight great-grand-children.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

I bought in Hilton Head before I married Ron. We had visited there and had a wonderful time. Everything was so neat, clean and close to nature. The next year we went to Florida. We had a nice times but decided that it just didn't compare to Hilton Head. I took my life savings and bought the condo and have never regretted it.

We go to relax in the Spring and to do some maintenance in the Fall. While there we always rent bikes and strive to do the entire island by the end of our trip. We love visiting Savannah and always eat at Mrs.Wilkes Boarding House. We love walking the beach in the evening to watch for dolphins . Restaurants are changing all the time on the Island and we like to try out the new ones and then we have favorites that we always visit. Sometimes we go on alligator hunts. They love to lay out in the sun in the Spring. The resort has it's own gator at the lagoon behind the resort's restaurant.
