Entrance to the magnificent Great Ocean Road and home to some of Australia’s most famous surf beaches, this beautiful home is in the perfect position to enjoy an adventure-filled or relaxing holiday. Whatever your preference, you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to beaches, cafes and the natural beauty this area has to offer.

The new townhouse offers a quiet, private and comfortable place for a few couples, families or groups of friends.

Our property is also dog friendly. We welcome small dogs under 10 kg. Please ensure you include your pet in the booking details.

Large open plan living area includes fully-equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs, lounge area including 3 large comfy couches with a Smart TV (Netflix can be accessed from your own account) and gas log fireplace, heating/cooling, dining area with seating for 8 and additional bench seating. It opens up onto an undercover outdoor seating area which includes a 6-burner BBQ and additional grassed area fenced off for your privacy. The garage houses the table tennis table for your entertainment but there’s plenty of space to park in the driveway and on the streets.

Downstairs
Kitchen and living area, outdoor area, laundry with washer and dryer, and master bedroom with ensuite. There’s also a separate powder room.

Upstairs
3x bedrooms with cooling/heating and queen beds plus large bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Additional double sofa bed included with Smart TV in one of the rooms.

To combat and minimise the transmission of Corona Virus (COVID-19) our housekeeping teams have increased their cleaning efforts and focus on most common touchpoints within the property like door handles, keys, lockboxes, remotes, taps, and appliances. We have also implemented best-practice cleaning procedures to eliminate cross-contamination and transmission of viruses.

- There were 5 of us travelling together on our annual girls weekend away. The location was perfect for walks along the esplanade. Close to Salty Dogs Café and the surf club. The house is beautiful and I especially loved the gas log fire. We sat on the comfy couches around this talking for hours. Highly recommend. I will be back.

- The house is great, very close to the beach, comfortable, and clean.

- Comfortable and well presented with great amenities. Everything you need for a wonderful relaxing weekend away. Close to the beach and in a nice quiet street. This is our second weekend at this house and we will definitely be back.

- A wonderful modern cosy home in a great location. Walking distance to the beach. The house was great for us 6 adults where there was plenty of room for us all. Enough couch space for everyone to sit in the lounge comfortably together. Spacious bedrooms and the whole house was very clean and tidy. We would love to return to this place again the next time we visit Torquay.

- Body corporate rules and restrictions apply. We are not responsible for any changes, building works or facility closures that are our out of our control.

- Guests must be 25+ unless they are the dependents of the booking holder.

- Unfortunately guest limits apply. This means no groups, parties, gatherings or unregistered visitors.

- No one wants to pay $350 for smoking inside the property. That's what it costs us to clean it if you do! Please ensure no smoking takes place inside the property and no evidence of smoking waste remains.

- The morning you vacate please wash up your dishes and put them away, or run a cycle of the dishwasher.

- Please put your waste in the bins outside. We understand sometimes these are left full on your arrival... If that's the case please let us know. Additional waste or removal charges apply if we are charged by the cleaners and no one wants to pay for someone else's rubbish!

- Please ensure noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm and silenced by midnight to avoid complaints.

- Should something require repairs or maintenance during your stay, please let us know ASAP so we can assist with troubleshooting and tradespeople if required. We are here to help! Should a call out be required, we will arrange that with the appropriate tradesperson and yourself directly to minimise any inconvenience to you during your stay. Unfortunately if there are issues found to be operator error or damage caused by the user, the cost will be passed on as would be the case in any short stay / hotel accommodation.

- ID is required to place your booking with us.

- We understand accidents happen but please let us know when they do. - Any breakages are charged at fair replacement value to you so please take care with our things.

- Keys and locks are expensive to replace. Please take care with the keys to avoid a $250 replacement charge.

-We love our pets too but our properties are pet free except for assistance animals unless otherwise advertised.

- Please leave the property as you found it :)

- Please turn off the AC when you go out.

- Please respect check-in and check-out times. We would love to be able to offer early check in or late check out but properties need to be cleaned and restocked between bookings.

- Please don’t rearrange the furniture. We don't want you hurting yourselves.

- Lost property retrieval fee $45 plus postage.

And it goes without saying that no illegal substances or activities are allowed on the premises.

We had a great time . The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed.
Maybe they should get another general rubbish bin as the previous person left it extremely full and we had nowhere to leave our rubbish until bin day which was just before we left .

House is lovely, well appointed with great amenities. Our family of 5 adults and our dog stayed over 8 nights, there was plenty of room. Great proximity to beach and easy walk into main area of town. Would definitely stay again.
