Unsere Wohnung befindet sich nur wenige Minuten vom erstklassigen Alyeska Resort entfernt. Zu Fuß erreichen Sie lokale Cafés, Restaurants, Bistros sowie unsere lokale Brauerei und unser Lebensmittelgeschäft. Ein bequemer Shuttle ist 7 Tage (und Nächte) pro Woche verfügbar und eine Haltestelle ist nur eine Minute zu Fuß vom Eingang der Wohnung entfernt.

Unsere Wohnung verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss mit zwei geräumigen Schlafzimmern an gegenüberliegenden Enden des Hauptwohnraums, um Komfort und Privatsphäre zu gewährleisten. Unser Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit Bettwäsche im Resort-Stil, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank mit Bad und ein großes Badezimmer für Sie und Ihn. Es gibt eine private Tür, die zum Balkon des Geräts führt, der mit schönen Adirondack-Stühlen ausgestattet ist.

Das Gästezimmer verfügt über ein großes Etagenbett (beide Ebenen) mit Ausziehoption. Es gibt auch einen eigenen Eingang zum Gästebad.

Beide Schlafzimmer haben mehrere Fenster mit Blick auf die Berge und Jalousien für unsere langen Sommertage. In jedem Schlafzimmer mit Amazon Fire stehen Fernseher zur Verfügung, mit denen Sie auf Ihre bevorzugten Streaming-Dienste zugreifen können. Jedes Badezimmer verfügt über tiefe Badewannen, die einem entspannten Abend den perfekten Touch verleihen.

Unsere Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geräten, Geschirr und allem, was Sie für ein hausgemachtes Essen benötigen. Ein elektrischer Innen- / Außengrill ermöglicht das Kochen oder Verweilen. Unser offener Essbereich bietet Platz für sechs Personen.

Der Wohnbereich umfasst auch ein Schlafsofa für eine Person, einen elektrischen Kamin, Fußbodenheizung, viele Sitzgelegenheiten und Zugang zum Balkon der Unterkunft.

Je nach Saison und Verfügbarkeit wird eine Tiefgarage angeboten. Auf dem Parkplatz rund um das Gerät stehen Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

Great location and clean

We had a good stay at the condo - amazing location and we loved the large space. We had a couple hiccups though - there weren't sheets available for the twin trundle bed and I think my daughter was allergic to the cow hide rug! Overall, more linens (both sheets and towels) would be helpful for larger groups using the space.

Nice condo with a hot tub. The kitchen was very well stocked and they anticipate most all of your needs. We would not have stayed here had we known it was on the third floor as the stairs were very difficult for a disabled person. There is an elevator in the building, but no directions on how to find it, as it was not near the entrance we were directed to use. The hot tub was very nice though and was a requirement for our trip.

Great place in Girdwood

This was the half way point of our Alaska trip. We loved having more space to spread out after over a week in cramped hotel rooms. We enjoyed exploring the area and having a nice place to return to. The condo is spacious and nicely decorated. They has a few extra nice touches such as towels and robes for the hot tub. If you are coming in the winter, they have bin of throw blankets to cuddle up on the couch with. There are a few basic items stocked in the kitchen, plus a few items left from previous guests which was nice. Checking in was straight forward and easy. I would definitely rent again if coming to Alaska.

As expected

Place was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Appears to have no air conditioning and was a little warm at first, but small enough to cool off by opening doors. Would have liked to receive check in details a little sooner that we did. We were already traveling when we got the email and I had to search for it and then figure out the instructions. It would have also been helpful to know in advance about the elevator on the other end of the building.

Great except hot tub

Rental as promised except for hot tub. Owner reached out to notify us 10 days prior to stay that hot tub might not be operational. Was not willing to adjust daily rate or compensate for lack of hot tub.

Close to everything in Girdwood

Great location. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was a short stay for us so we did not utilize the kitchen. But it appeared to have the basic items needed for meal prep. We hiked the Crow's Pass Trail to Crystal Lake (4 miles one-way) and highly recommend. So beautiful! We ended the day eating at the Double Musky. It is known for great food with a Cajun flare. The condo was a nice place to come back and relax after a busy day in Girdwood.

Hot house, warm tub

The condo unit was nice enough and well accommodated and clean, however, there were only two window screens in the bedrooms (one in each) and none in the living room area resulting in a very warm and stuffy experience. We couldn't just leave the patio door open (no sliding screen door here) because of the many insects that would fly in. Leaving the windows in the bedrooms open was the best solution, however that only offered a small relief. We were also not told that a maintenance crew would be working on the exterior of the unit (third floor). My wife and I were taking a nap and woke up to a crewman in our window in a bucket lift. We had planned to enjoy the hot tub that afternoon, but the crew spent 2 1/2 hours working on the balcony. When we finally tried to enjoy the hot tub, we found the water tepid and the jets weak although we tried to adjust the temp and the power to the jets. I understand that AC is not a normal accommodation in Alaskan homes, but the lack of a screen door to allow the outside air to circulate into the living room was just not acceptable. It does get warm in the Alaskan summer with the extend daylight hours.

Great stay, perfect location

We enjoyed our stay at the Ski and Mountain Retreat. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It was very comfortable for our family of four. The only disappointment was that the hot tub was not working (very low water level, foul smelling water and yellowish color). We planned to use this amenity after long hiking days and were unable to for our trip. Owner is aware. Other than that, everything was great!

Perfect Girdwood location

We live in Anchorage, so this was a quick weekend getaway. The property is fantastic - close to everything you need. Walking distance to restaurants and the grocery store. Close to a nice playground for kiddos. The condo is clean, comfortable, has all the amenities you could want and need and is well stocked with basics and lots of blankets for cold AK temps. The hot tub was amazing and the view is pretty epic. Be sure to eat at the Double Musky for dinner (get there before it opens to get a seat) and the Spoonline (walking distance) has fantastic breakfast. We prefer this condo to the Alyeska hotel - much better experience at this property and still close to everything. Thank you for a great stay! We'll be back! :)

Amazing place!

We had a blast! We had lots of space and enjoyed the hot tub. Everything was located and close to us. There were a few little things that could’ve been better. Just some items that we found that were broken. That’s an easy fix. We made sure to leave the items out that we found. The coffee pot was cracked as well as a mug. The master toilet was running but my husband was able to fix it while we were there.

Girdwood Getaway

We traveled to AK from WI and had a great time in Girdwood. We were able to walk to the restaurants and grocery store. The condo is beautiful and clean. We also enjoyed spending time in the hot tub after skiing at Alyeska.

Amazing Location and Space

This rental couldn't be in a better location for exploring Aleyska, Girdwood and the greater area. The unit is spacious, well appointed and has everything you need. The hot tub on the deck is a perfect place for recovering after adventuring. Easy walk to town and several restaurants, coffee shops and a grocery store without a 1 to 2 blocks.
