Das Cottage House bietet 2 Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Betten aus Memory-Schaum und einen Dachboden (zwei Einzelbetten) für zusätzlichen Schlafraum. Es ist mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche ausgestattet, mit der Sie frische Mahlzeiten vom örtlichen Rockledge Gardens Farmer's Market oder einem nahe gelegenen Lebensmittelgeschäft zubereiten können. Wir bieten frisch gemahlenen Kaffee, Milch und verschiedene Teesorten. Es gibt sogar eine Waschküche! Wir haben auch Liegestühle, Spielzeug und Handtücher für Ihre Bequemlichkeit!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this location. Both times have been wonderful. The cottage is very cute, clean, spacious and well stocked. The hosts are very informative and pleasant. The location is extremely convenient to Cocoa Village and the river.

Cute cottage

I so enjoyed my stay here while visiting for work. Quiet neighborhood with the most well-stocked kitchen for supplies I've seen compared to other properties I've stayed in. I hope to stay here again.

Great little house

This property was very clean, convenient, and comfortable. We were in Rockledge to visit friends, and were happy we chose to stay here instead of a hotel. Everything was just as advertised, with plenty of room for just two of us. We would definitely book here again!

Nice and Relaxing Stay

This property was exactly as described. It was quiet and quaint. It was a short drive to the beach and the USSSA Softball Complex which we were traveling for. Jennifer and Michael were terrific! Will stay here again for future trips to the area.

The little blue cottage was very cute, inside and out! Felt secluded within the property regardless of neighbors on each side and felt very private. The cottage was spacious yet cozy and had everything you need while on a multi-day vacation!

Cute house for excursions

The house is cute and nicely renovated. Unfortunately, the garden doesn’t quite match the quality of the house. The pictures suggest easy access to nearby water, but all the water access points were private. On the positive side, the kitchen was well equipped, and Michael and Jennifer provided a great guide with information about the house and the area.

Lovely location

I loved staying at the Little Blue Cottage. It is in a lovely neighborhood within walking distance to the water and an easy drive to the Historic Cocoa Village. The hosts Jennifer and Michael are very communicative and answered all of my questions almost immediately. I plan to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful Cottage!

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at the little blue cottage! We absolutely fell in love with the charm of the house and the neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet, right down the road from the water. We had everything we needed to cook a small meal one of the nights, and the house has all of the modern amenities you need to be comfortable throughout the house. Everything was very clean and well kept, and we can’t wait to come back for another stay! Thank you for having us!

Quiet location, close to so much to see and do

My sons, 17 and 19, and I flew in from RI and made the short drive to Rockledge to discover a quiet neighborhood, a great location, and a very clean cottage that had all we needed for a short stay. We jumped off from here for many different adventures--Disney, Archie Carr National Wildlife Refuge, Canaveral National Seahore, a bioluminescence tour with Space Coast Eco Tours (just 5 minutes from the house), among other smaller things to do. My sons and I look forward to coming back to Rockledge again and discovering more in the future.

Fantastic stay in The Little Blue Cottage

In town for the holidays and cottage was perfect. Within a couple miles of family. Super convenient to Cocoa Village. Cottage was quaint and comfortable, super clean, all amenities provided with great thought and in great condition. Owners had great communication before and throughout our stay but everything was great so we didn't need to contact them during our stay but they checked in with us to ensure everything was as it should be checking in. Location is great for river road access which is great if you are a walker, runner or biker. Only note for guests would be to advise of increased train traffic so white noise or ear plugs advised if you are a light sleeper but it was very manageable most nights. Definitely would stay here again.

We are Jennifer (a Connecticut native) and Michael (a lifelong Floridian). We share a vision to create a cozy and relaxed atmosphere so you can reset, explore and enjoy your stay!

About us:

Jennifer is an avid runner and a self proclaimed foodie (let me know if you need a restaurant recommendation!), minimalist and hygge enthusiast!

Michael loves playing music-(specifically strumming the guitar) and tinkering on projects in the workshop.

We love the sun and the snow, traveling to new places and adventuring with our 15 year old daughter, Emma and 6 year old son, Reed.
