Sunsets with the most vivid colors are especially memorable. The location is very convenient.
This property is located on the west end of the Seawall
and just across the street from Babe’s Beach, within walking distance is the corner store, Walmart, Pit Stop BBQ, Papa Johns, Sonic, and numerous great restaurants as well as many other resort attractions such as Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Water Park, Galveston Island Pleasure Pier, and a fishing pier.
There are 2 queen size beds and 1 bunk bed in the condo.
Linens/towels are provided for up to six people.
The master suite beach with a view has its private bathroom with a huge walk-in shower.
The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, silverware, pots/pans, a toaster, a coffee maker, a blender, microwave. washer/dryer.

For your security, the Dawn HOA (not condo owners) has implemented a parking policy.
All reservations at The Dawn Condominiums require a $35.00+2.89 tax one-time parking fee per vehicle (two vehicles max). The Dawn requires this fee to be paid to The Dawn HOA at their front office upon arrival. This fee includes unlimited access to all amenities: two pools, a hot tub, fitness center, BBQ areas, and a security guard to monitor the property
This $35.00+2.89 tax fee includes COMPLIMENTARY amenities bands for swimming pool/gym use. Anyone using either of two swimming pools or fitness centers is required to wear an amenity band. However, if you don’t purchase a parking pass, complimentary amenity bands are NOT given. You will be required to purchase the amenity bands for $35.00+2.89 tax.
*New parking fee effective 03/01/2023:
1-3 days parking rate is $36.70 plus tax ($3.30) making it a flat $40.00
3 or more days parking rate is $45.88 plus tax ($4.12)making it a flat $50.00
The Dawn Office Hours:
Monday & Tuesday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Wednesday – Sunday 9:00 am -11:30 pm
Guests checking in on Wednesday-Sunday can come to the HOA office until 11:00 p for registration.
Guests checking in after 5:00 PM on Monday or Tuesday need to report to the office by 11:00 a the following morning
Failure to register may cause your vehicle to be towed and access to pools or gym will be denied.
Trailers, boats, other watercraft, or RV are NOT ALLOWED to be parked anywhere on-premises except during LONE STAR RALLY when trailers are allowed. LONE STAR RALLY -Please note This is a yearly event and happens in November. Please be expect noises.
*The Dawn does not have elevators.
*No pets allowed for all short term rentals.
*No party allowed.
*Please note that we have quiet hours in place from 10 pm to 6 am, so after 10 pm there should be no loud noises on the property.
*Trash, we have 3 receptacles on property near build 3, 5, and 11 all trash should be discarded immediately and not left outside of units.
*No items should be left outside of doors in walkways or under stairs, things will be removed and discarded.
*Please use the pool showers before entering the unit. Do not bring sand into the unit!
