Dies ist ein wundervolles Haus mit vier Schlafzimmern und drei Badezimmern, perfekt für Ihren Besuch in Indianapolis. Das Hotel liegt nur 8 km von der Innenstadt entfernt und in der Nähe aller Hauptattraktionen der Stadt wie dem Motor Speedway, dem Convention Center, dem Zoo und dem Lucas Oil Stadium.
Es ist ein Haus mit vier Queensize-Schlafzimmern und drei Badezimmern; Gut ausgestattet sind alle Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels (Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion, Toilettenpapier, Zahnpasta, Zahnbürste, Rasierer, Make-up-Entferner, Duschhauben und frische, saubere Handtücher.

We were seeking convenience for a 6 day business trip. This was good. Not touristy, etc. Remodeled older home. Host was excellent for helping with our info requests. Not super fancy, but comfortable. We would book again for business.

Everything you need in Indy is moments away. The house is way bigger inside than it seems. Spacious and comfortable!

Quick Trip

We had a wonderful time at Joe's Place! It is convenient to downtown (within 15 minutes) and is a very well-cared-for home. Check-in and check-out were easy. The home is very clean, and we would definitely stay here again when in the area yearly for the PRI Trade Show.

Great stay, just one alarm issue

Great location, communication and property. The only issue we had was an alarm that went off the first night in a locked room. I believe it was a sump pump alarm. Joe took care of it first thing in the morning but it made for a rough first night. Everything else was marvelous and the rest of the stay was great!

Taylor Swift concert stay

A perfect space and location for our trip to Indy. The house had everything including basement area which was perfect for 3 teenage girls to have their own space. I encountered car trouble and Joe was quick to offer help and recommend someone to assist me and get us on our way. A perfect trip to Indy! Thanks Joe!

Perfect for our group!

This home was perfect for our group of 8! Location couldn't have been any better! Home was very clean and the pool table kept our teenagers occupied during down time! I would give it 10 stars if I could!

Short business trip

This house was perfect for what we needed. A little bit on the older side with hardwood floors, etc., but knew it had upgrades. that made it feel comfortable. Short easy access from Indianapolis airport. Right near the highway but quiet it truly was a five star stay.

This house was a good place to stay for a weekend of football and fun. Close to good food, breweries, and bars in Speedway. Easy Uber to Lucas Oil to enjoy the game.

Wedding

This property was wonderful for a short weekend stay with friends! I got married in Avon so my bridesmaids and I needed a place close enough to the venue but also close to downtown so we could get breakfast and be near stores if needed. Joe communicated everything very clearly before we got there which was great. The house was clean, well stocked with whatever you may need, and super easy to access.

Good Value

The location worked for us. We were able to walk to a few restaurants. More restaurants and shopping were within 5 miles. The pool table was useable but needed leveling and had a small tear in felt but was still fun playing. We enjoyed our stay.

Good location, clean, easy check in

Our family stayed here during a recent visit to Indianapolis. House clean and functional. Smooth check in. Owner responded quickly to a request. Neighborhood quiet. Good location for visiting the city. A suggestion would be for the owner to provide more medium weight blankets in addition to the heavy comforters on each bed. Two bedrooms are in a nicely renovated basement, and with the air conditioning on ( which works great), it was hard to get a good temperature that worked for the folks sleeping on the ground floor and the folks in the lower level bedrooms. A bigger selection of blankets would have helped with that. There is a train track nearby (not so close we could see it) but with the windows closed and air conditioning on, it didn’t bother us at night. Would stay here again.

Great place for a big family!

This place was great for our big family. We were also meeting a friend who was driving an RV from NY, and the driveway was perfect for her to pull in to. I thought it was very sweet that toiletry supplies were left in the bathrooms “just in case”, providing both a hotel and home feel. Walking distance to a yummy Mexican food restaurant. The property was peaceful in a suburban area.

Excellent!

We come to the area every year around this time with a group of friends. We needed private space for 4, the ability to cook, and a place to play play games. House was clean and had all the cooking supplies we needed for making dinner. The bathroom supplies were a nice touch. Looking forward to renting next year at the same time.

Great Value for A Family In Indianapolis

Property was clean and functional as advertised, the host was very responsive, what more could you ask for? Main table only seated 4, but there was another high top table for 4 in the adjacent room. Washing machine was in the kitchen which was a little unusual. Walking distance to a few restaurants and Sam's Club. All in all, a great stay. Would consider it again if we are ever back this way.

Perfect for our family

My sister-in-law and I stayed here with five kids ranging from 2 to 6 and it was the perfect location. We were close to the children’s museum the zoo and a grocery store. We had a great stay and Joe was easy to reach when we needed to and everything was simple and easy.

Great Indianapolis Place To Stay

This 4 Br 3 BA house was such a blessing since I had 5 other friends staying there with me for a national meeting we were all attending. I had forgotten about the pool table which was a definite benefit for fellowship. The place was very clean and comfortable. We had one small issue with the AC, but the Catherine the manager was on it instantly. Joe Morcos, the owner was very responsive before we arrived and very pleasant to deal with also. I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience.
