Das Cottage am Seeufer befindet sich auf der Ostseite des Owasco-Sees (Cottonwood Lane Firelane 4), 3 km vom Merry-Go-Round Playhouse, weniger als 8 km von der Stadt Auburn und nur 13 km vom Dorf Skaneateles entfernt.
Seven Oaks ist ein zweistöckiges Ferienhaus. Der Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss umfasst eine Küche, ein Esszimmer und ein großes Familienzimmer mit Seeblick sowie ein großes Hauptschlafzimmer und ein zweites Badezimmer, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Das Schlafzimmer im zweiten Stock und der angrenzende Raum mit Etagenbetten bieten Platz für bis zu 4 Personen.
Große Terrasse zum Essen und Entspannen mit herrlichem Blick auf das Wasser den ganzen Tag und atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergängen am Abend.
Es gibt 35 Stufen hinunter zu einem flachen Strand und einem privaten Dock. Für Ihren Genuss gibt es zwei Kajaks, ein Paddle Board, eine Feuerstelle am Strand und einen Gasgrill auf dem Deck. Die Auffahrt bietet Platz für 4 Parkplätze.

In a word: Perfect!

We were so happy with this property we reserved it for June. The owner could not have been more accommodating and responsive. The view of the lake was gorgeous and the furniture was so comfy we hated to leave the living room. The neighborhood is upscale and quiet-perfect for walking our dog often.

Fantastic 2 Weeks @ Seven Oaks

The cottage served our needs perfectly. The accomodations were comfortable and clean. Sunsets and moon rises were stunning. Evening campfires by the lake were magical. We enjoyed hosting family and friends during our stay. Rick, the host, checked in on us periodically by text message. He picked up the trash and recyclables every few days. Weekend getaway

Amazing sunsets!

This property had everything we needed for a relaxing lake vacation. The cottage was spacious, the furnishings were comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials. The living room and large deck are facing west, providing the best sunset view every evening. The neighborhood was quiet yet close to activities in the town of Auburn. The dock was great for fishing and having kayaks available was a bonus. Rick’s hospitality is amazing! I would love to stay here again!

Way better than the photos

No downsides to this property at all. Lovely lake view without moving from the sofa. Beautiful sunsets. Great coffee pot and kitchen amenities. Comfortable furnishings, great deck, with lots of seating and quiet neighborhood. Great place to recharge ypur batteries.

The property was charming with a beautiful view. The house was perfect size for the six of us. The amenities were on point and the beach was great for our family. There is a garage for storage as well as a shed down by the beach. The lake is clean and refreshing. We loved the house and location! It was a wonderful vacation! Thank you!

Beautiful Location

We really enjoyed this property’s location. It was a beautiful view of the lake. We were the first visitors of the season so there were some glitches. Thankfully the host was very kind and responsive to everything. It was the perfect size for our family to enjoy a graduation weekend and time together.

The Very Best

There are not enough superlatives to rate this property! The spectacular view sitting on the deck makes it all worthwhile! But that’s just the icing. It’s a perfect location. I’ve stayed at a number of places but this one outshines them all. I literally did not have to bring anything. Kitchen is well stocked with every item you will need. The “manager” certainly makes you feel welcomed and concerned you are comfortable with everything you need. If I could give more stars, I would! MLT

Needs lots of TLC

Riccardo was very responsive and I really appreciated that;thank you Ricardo. The location is great; loved watching sunsets on the lake every night. Sadly the whole house and deck need lots of TLC!!! The house needs central a/c; it got very hot at night to sleep. The bbq grill is rusted. The toilet seat downstairs needs securing. The whole interior needs to be painted. It could be a very nice house! The deck needs to be sanded and stained. Bed was comfortable.

Lovely lake house, it has all the amenities our family needed. The view from the living room is amazing. It is just like sitting right on the lake and made rainy weather absolutely beautiful to watch. The hosts are attentive and very kind! You won’t regret renting this house :)

Location, views, and amenities galore!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Seven Oaks! The home is beautiful inside and out with everything you need (inside and out) to make your stay exceptional! The kitchen is well-equipped; the kayaks are so much fun; there's a great dock to sit on over the water, and ample deck and yard space for everyone. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed (including setting up the fire pit for us) and were comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend staying here for your next vacation in the Finger Lakes. The views of the lake are spectacular from nearly every room in the house. We can't wait to come back. One week wasn't long enough!
