Great location. Very clean and well appointed. Would stay here again.

The property was very nice. Well laid out, clean and had everything we needed. Host communicated with us throughout the process. Check in and out were easy and clear. This was our first VRBO experience and we arrived late at night so I was concerned about issues, but there were none. My only issue was with the VRBO listing. The listing stated that there was an initial deposit and the remainder would be charged later but we were charged later but the whole amount was charged immediately. The host explained that the charges were managed by VRBO and out of their control. Aside from that, the experience was very good and I would stay at this property or another from this host if I visit the area again in the future.

Great place to stay

The property was in a great location, the condo had everything you would need to stay for a week or more. The pool was great and there were great restaurants and malls close by. Would definitely stay again!!!

The condo was clean and stocked with general necessities. The condo was just off the parking lot; very convenient. Property was quiet. The owners responded to inquiries quickly. This is a nice property and I would recommend to friends and family. I would definitely stay there again.

Great condo, close to everything

We had a lovely time at the condo. It was very clean, and well appointed with everything you need for your stay. The bed was super comfy and we throughly enjoyed our stay. Close to shopping, restaurants and everything Scottsdale has to offer. Thank you again for the hospitality. We’ll be coming back soon and Happy to stay there again.

Awesome stay

From booking the property up until departure, everything was great. Once I attempted to book, I was approved by the owner in less than 30 minutes. Communication was great and the check-in/check out process was smooth. My mom and I were pleased with the accommodations and the area. It was close to anything you needed, including about 12 minutes from a casino. If we have to come back to AZ I will be looking for this condo to stay in again.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My teen daughter and I recently stayed for the weekend- it was the perfect “girls trip” getaway spot. The location was perfectly suited for us to explore Old Scottsdale and still attend a concert in Tempe. I have never had a more accommodating host, and absolutely loved the condo!

This is a very nice place to stay. The owners went out of their way to get us in early on the first day, which we really appreciated. It is a nice location with easy access to a variety of activities, restaurants, etc. Clean and well equipped, we highly recommend this property.

Very nice clean property, owners are top notch!

The property was just as described, fully stocked with all of your essential needs. The owners were so accommodating, the property and pool were very relaxing. Great location for Mayo Clinic!

Pros: Great proximity to Mayo Clinic, grocery stores, and some restaurants and coffee shops. Easy check in and comfortable beds. Overall description and amenities provided were accurate. Cons: Pet hair. The bathrooms were clean, however several areas were dusty and there was white dog hair everywhere. This wouldn’t be as bothersome if a dog was mentioned in the description, but there is a “no pet” policy described so we didn’t expect the furniture to be covered in pet hair. Dishes were also dirty and it felt as if the cleaning was not adequately finished between guests. The stay was the perfect location we needed for Mayo Clinic, just would hope for better cleaning for the price point. I will emphasize for other guests that these cons are very easily fixed and with those improvements would be a great stay for many guests!
