Dieses Haus dreht sich alles um LOCATION. Es ist ein Ozeanseitenumhang, 7. vom Ozean auf dem kürzesten Block auf LBI. Der Rettungsschwimmer ist auf unserer Straße und da es nur 14 Häuser vom Meer bis zur Bucht gibt, ist der Strand nie überfüllt. Die nahe gelegenen Annehmlichkeiten sind endlos Spaß einschließlich Basketball, Boccia, Pickleball Gerichte, Hundepark, Spielplatz, Bucht Strand, Konzertpavillon, Angeln / Krabben Docks und Kajak, Windsurfen und Stehpaddeln Vermietung alle innerhalb eines Blocks von unserem Haus.
Dieses charmante Cape-Cape in Brant Beach hat ein täuschend großes Interieur. Das gesamte Haus wurde zu Nieten entkernt und hat eine komplett neue Küche, neue Parkettböden, 2 neue Bäder, alle neuen Geräte, neue Dämmstoffe, Trockenbau, Farben, Möbel und Dekorationen. Renovierungen im ersten Stock sind notleidende Hickory-Hartholz und sanften Creme italienischen Fliesen in Küche und Bad. Renovierungen im zweiten Stock sind Bambushölzer und Marmorfliesen im Badezimmer im Obergeschoss.
Dieses Haus bietet Platz für 12 und hat eine zentrale Klima. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und verfügt über einen Service für 12. Der Speisesaal verfügt über einen 11 Meter langen Bauerntisch mit 12 Stühlen. Der erste Stock verfügt über 2 große Schlafzimmer mit einem Vollbad - ideal für Behinderte. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist ein Kingsize-Bett. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queen-Size-Bett und ein Etagenbett. Die zweite Etage verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Vollbad. Ein Schlafzimmer ist reichlich groß und verfügt über 2 Full-Size-Betten. Das andere Schlafzimmer hat eine Reihe von Zwillingen, die zusammen geschoben werden können, um einen König zu erstellen, wenn nötig. Die Outdoor-Unterkunft gehören: Außendusche, Deck, Gas-Grill, Terrasse Tisch, Garage und Parkplätze für 4 Autos. Liegestühle, Boogie Boards, Sandspielzeug und Strandabzeichen stehen den Gästen zur Verfügung.
Ein fabelhafter Kurzurlaub für Familien mit Kindern, da der Strand und der Strand in der Nähe liegen.

October Weekend Stay

The check in was super easy and the property was exactly as listed. I was staying with family to watch my sister run the 18 mile run along LBI and this location was perfect. I would stay here again.

Easy beach access!

We loved the amount of space for our family of 7. Having 2 full baths was amazing. We actually had so much room we didn't even use one of the bedrooms. And having the large dining table was amazing, again we had extra empty chairs around the table which doesn't happen often with our family. The beach was a literal 2 minute walk and it was beautiful. The garage has everything you could possibly need for your beach experience. We also loved the back deck area. It has a huge picnic table and lots of really nice seating. The outdoor shower was great to have to. This is a great house and a wonderful place to stay!

Enjoyable stay close to the beach

Property was clean and is just a short walk to the beach. They have all the amenities including beach chairs, a grill, a nice picnic table and a view of the bay. I left something behind and Meigan was very accommodating. We had a great time.

Great location! Very charming house

We had an excellent stay at this charming house. It was a great place to stay with kids since it’s right across the street from the bay beach and playground. We also had fun using the recreational area and dog park right down the street. So close to the beach, too! Meg is a great host and very responsive. Check in and check out were very easy. We would definitely come back!

Perfect

We rented this property for the week after our wedding to be with family and then be with ourselves. So the big dining room table was perfect. There are a few things already supplied in the house... so I suggest looking at what is there before you go food shopping. We bought salt and pepper...and looked like everyone before us did too haha. It is great that it has a bathroom on the first floor (for the people that cant make it up the steps) and second floor. The beach is super close and the bay is right across the beach. We normally stay in the surf city area but still enjoyed being in brant beach. The neighborhood is really nice.

Perfect Vacation for the 12 of us of varied ages

I can't say enough good things about this rental property! My family enjoyed our stay there from the beautiful decor inside including the wonderful dining table that seated all 12 of us comfortably and the open concept design of the downstairs that allowed those in the kitchen and dining area as well as the family room area the ability to converse and interact easily with one another, the beautiful sunsets you could view from inside as well as outside, the close proximity to numerous amenities such as the bocci, basketball, and pickleball courts, dog park, bay beach, playground, beach rentals as well as the handicapped accessible ramp and the wonderful new pavillion on the 68th St beach. We also enjoyed the free concerts at the bay beach on Monday and Tuesday nights as well as the free concerts on the 68th St beach on Friday nights and Sunday afternoon. My mother also took advantage of the wonderful Gator transportation service to the beach so that she could enjoy the 70th St beach with her grandchildren and great grandchild. My family has vacationed on LBI for over 10 years and this was the best vacation by far for all of us but most of all, for my mother, who was able to enjoy it to the fullest.

Fantastic Weekend With the Family

Meigan was absolutely the model hostess throughout our stay. She was responsive prior to our stay with any questions. Her home was immaculate and tastefully decorated. It was more than enough room for our three families and children to spread out. The location was also amazing. It was a short block and we had a beach on either side. The playground and basketball courts were also nearby. Perfect stay and can’t wait for the next one! Thanks again Meigan!

Wonderful location

This home was perfect for our family getaway. It fit our 4 children, my parents, and my sister's family very comfortably. The location could not have been more perfect. Close to the beach and a lot of great activities. The home is well decorated and very clean. Lots of room to park in the driveway too. It was a unique find for the price.

GREAT WEEKEND GETAWAY

This was the first time we rented from Meigan, but it will not be the last. Her home was fantastic. It was spacious and had everything we needed for my family to have a wonderful weekend. My wife and children were very happy. The house is close to both the beach and the bay. We took advantage of both as the weather was great. I would definitely recommend this property and the owner to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Updated, charming home with views of sunset on the bay and very close to the ocean

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The location is perfect with views of the bay (including lovely sunsets) from the dining room and living room and very close to the ocean (a very short walk). There is a very nice playground across the street and a small bayside beach with a covered pavilion area. There is also a very large pavilion (with ramp up to it) that overlooks the ocean just one block over. It was perfect for us getting our double stroller up in the early morning for sunrise views, but would also be very accessible for someone with a disability or a hard time walking over the dunes to still enjoy the beach. And the house is only a short drive or longer walk from a variety of shops, restaurants, and grocery store. The house is up to date and very nice. It perfectly fit our needs. There is a good mix of bed sizes in 4 bedrooms, and many of the rooms still had plenty of space (for us this was perfect as we needed space for 3 portable cribs!). There is also a wonderful large table in the dining room to accommodate 12 people very comfortably. The back patio accommodates the same number of people. The outside shower is updated and very large and comfortable. The owner was easy to get a hold of with questions we had before and during our stay and has done a wonderful job including lots of items that you might need during your stay (beach chairs, toys, lots of dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker and hot water kettle, washer and dryer, etc.). We will definitely stay there again!

GREAT HOUSE

This home is beautiful and very clean. It is deceivingly large on the inside - plenty of room for my entire family and our guests. We liked the 2 floors of bedrooms and the 2 full bathrooms. This home is all about LOCATION! So close to the beach, bay beach, sunsets, and all the athletic courts. A lot of parking too which was a bonus for us. Thank you for a great stay.

Wonderful Location and Comfortable Home

Great house! Very comfortable and roomy for all nine of us. Two bathrooms was essential in my search, so could all get dressed for the wedding. We had a wedding at the Brant Beach Yacht Club and it was an easy walk to Club House from the house. House is one block to the beach. I would definitely rent this house again!
