Die Kurzgeschichte ist, wir haben diese Wohnung wegen ihrer Lage ausgewählt und sie dann wirklich süß und einladend gemacht. Wir listen es zum ersten Mal auf, nachdem wir darin übernachtet haben, um sicherzustellen, dass es wirklich komfortabel war und das hatte, was Sie brauchten, um eine gute Zeit zu haben.

Sie können zu Fuß zum Strand von Short Sands, den süßesten kleinen Läden, Essen, Getränken und dem York Zoo und dem Vergnügungspark gehen. Sie können auch zu Fuß zum Strand von Long Sands und zu Restaurants oder zu Eis auf der Long Sands Road gehen. Grundsätzlich können Sie, wenn Sie möchten, Ihr Auto parken (wir haben zwei Plätze) und die ganze Woche laufen!

Wenn Sie möchten, können Sie 10 Minuten die Straße hinunter zu den Kittery Outlets fahren, 15/20 Minuten zu den BESTEN Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Sie sich in Portsmouth vorstellen können. Es gibt ein großartiges Kino in Wells, Ogunquit ist gleich die Straße runter (sprechen Sie über süße Läden), das Ogunquit-Schauspielhaus ist 10 Minuten entfernt. Warum sollten Sie woanders übernachten wollen?

Cute place

Place was comfortable and exactly what was shown in pictures. The location was perfect and easy drive to short and long sands beaches. Really enjoyed the front porch. We explored other areas as well.

Cute condo in a great location

We had a wonderful time at York Beach and this condo made it easy. Very clean, well stocked and an easy walk to Long Beach which we preferred as less crowded. Also easy to get to grocery store and town for time at the arcade and shops. Owner was easily accessible and responded quickly to questions. Would definitely stay here again when in York!

Comfortable beach getaway

We had a lovely stay. The hosts were quick to respond to inquiries before and during our stay, and the house is a lovely destination. It has the essentials for a beach getaway and more (AC/firepit/outdoor seating). We didn't take advantage of all with a toddler in tow, but it was a nice, comfortable and very clean space for a small group.

Cute place but in need of some finishing touches

My family and in stayed for three nights at this cottage in July. It is a small condo very close to the beach. First the positives… the place is very clean and easily accessible. It is a very close walk to the beach which was nice for our family. The hosts were easy to contact when we needed anything and responded promptly sending a broom and a toaster (both were not there) to the property when we reached out. On the other hand the house itself was lacking in some things that could have made it more enjoyable. Though clean, it would have been nice to have an area rug in the living room and lamps in the living room and bedrooms. The listing seemed to mention that the house could accommodate 5 people but that is not really the case. The couch was small and did not pull out into any sort of a bed. We did not spend any time in the backyard as the tables and chairs were somewhat dirty. I do believe the place is in the process of transferring owners so that may be part of the issues… just learning curves. We love York, however and enjoyed our time at the beach and in town.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean, newly renovated, spacious enough for the 4 of us. Was conveniently located close to York Beach center. We would definitely rent again.

Wonderful Weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful duplex. The location is ideal, in between Long & Short Sands, both within walking distance. We saw the most beautiful sunrise at Short Sands. The condo has a great backyard and fire pit. It is complete with all your needs, including laundry detergent, for a fun beach stay. Our only issue was the comfort of the mattress. We prefer a softer mattress so we bought a mattress pad and it made all the difference. We will absolutely stay here again. We come to this area every Memorial Day weekend and have for the past 6 years and this has been our favorite location. Thank you for a great time.

York Vacation

This was a new area for me and I really wanted a cottage with walking distance to the beach. Long Sands is closer and was beautiful each morning at low tide. The cottage was nicely decorated, comfortable beds ..only suggestion is to put mirrors in the bedrooms to help in the getting ready process. Esp for females…🦞

Great little property

The property was lovely- well stocked with everything we could need, close by to everything , and equipped with quality appliances and furnishings. My kids cried that they didn’t want to leave their beach house at the end of our stay. I would highly recvomend this property.

Perfect stay

We wanted a place in York Beach close to (read that as walking distance) to town, Long Sands and Short Sands beaches. We couldn't have asked for better than this property. It was clean, well appointed, comfortable and exactly as described. The Host Lynn was wonderful, with prompt and informative communication and concerned that our trip went well. Should we revisit York (a wonderful place), this would be our go-to place to stay!

Perfect in everyway!

Staying at this perfect cottage was just that! 5 mins from the Nubble Lighthouse, the lovely town of York and 20mins north of Portsmouth NH. The cottage is bigger than the pictures show! High quality sheets, linens, towels, decor, plush rugs! The beds are a dream being brand new! The kitchen is wonderful as it has everything you could possibly need. The TV so nice and big and the heaters works wonderfully (we staying in April and was very chilly with a storm for 2 days). Lynn is a fantastic host to speak and work with and was a phone call away to help with anything we needed. Full size washer/dryer was really helpful for the four of us! I was so blessed to stay at this wonderful location...can't wait to visit again and again! Don't miss the drive from York to Ogunquit on Rt. 1a it is unforgettable! Thank you for the most comfortable and pleasant stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at Lynn and Phil's home. It was extremely clean and cozy. ....had everything we needed and was close to the beach and center. Also a quick drive to lobster in the rough , one of my favs. Can't wait to stay here again!!
