The condo is great, the resort isn’t.
The condo is dated and has no wifi which is all in the listing. I don’t think the pictures do the condo justice though. It is spacious and has a good layout and my family was very comfortable there. The only real downside for me was that you have spotty LTE service. I was hoping there would be decent coverage there but that wouldn’t prevent me from staying there again.
The downside of staying here is the resort itself. It is supposed to have good access to the lake and you can see the lake, however the dock we tried to use to shuffle people on and off our boat was apparently off limits. Rather than inform us we weren’t supposed to use it and give use the opportunity to just go, they instead thought it was appropriate to send two different Managers (not at the same time) a security guard and then we were all called by our hosts. All for one single time we used it. We didn’t complain. We didn’t try to continue using it. We just got on the boat and went about our day and found another solution.
The general behavior of the time-share people there, the extremely large number of rules (wait until you get the email about parking) combined with this treatment by the staff made us feel extremely unwelcome.
If you want to use the lake you are better off staying closer to a marina or find a resort that has a dock you are allowed to use. The lake is better around Shell Knob too.
If you are just going to relax and stay in or maybe hit Branson sites then go for it.
