Entfliehen Sie unserer erschwinglichen Maisonette am Meer mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer. Im Februar haben wir die Küche mit Edelstahlgeräten ausgestattet. Bilder der neuen Geräte werden in Kürze auf der Website hinzugefügt. Das Haus hat eine helle, luftige Häuschenatmosphäre und ist ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen. Bewundern Sie die Aussicht von innen oder betreten Sie die überdachte Veranda, um eine Brise am Meer zu genießen. Es gibt auch eine Düne Landung Schritte vom Strand mit einer Bank und mehr hervorragende Aussicht. Aufgrund der eingeschränkten Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Straße von Emerald Isle sind die schönen Strände nie überfüllt.

Zu den Annehmlichkeiten zählen auch ein drahtloser Highspeed-Service, eine Außendusche und eine Waschmaschine / Trockner.

Zusätzliche Informationen: Die einzigartige Lage von Emerald Isle bietet Häusern auf der Insel sowohl wunderschöne Sonnenaufgänge als auch Sonnenuntergänge. Unser Haus befindet sich am Ende einer Durchgangsstraße, sodass kein Verkehr herrscht. Das Haus liegt nur wenige Minuten von Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Golf, Kajakfahren, Kinos, Angeln, Radfahren, Wasserrutschenparks, Tennis, Basketballplätzen, einem Aquarium und vielen anderen Aktivitäten entfernt. Weitere Interessen in der Umgebung sind Besuche des historischen Beaufort, Fort Macon, Swansboro, 1/2 oder ganztägige Ausflüge zum Hammocks Beach State Park oder zum Cape Look Out. (Beide Inseln haben keine Häuser oder kommerzielle Entwicklung und haben großen Beschuss.)

Die Vermietung erfolgt von Sonntag bis Sonntag. Es gibt keine Rauchverbote und Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Sie müssen mindestens 25 Jahre alt sein, um die Immobilie zu mieten. Die angegebenen Preise gelten für wöchentliche Anmietungen. Nächtliche Anmietungen sind außerhalb der Saison oder in letzter Minute während der Hauptsaison möglich, wenn eine Woche geöffnet ist. Die Preise beinhalten Bettwäsche und Reinigung während der Hochsaison und sind eine zusätzliche Gebühr, wenn keine volle wöchentliche Miete vorhanden ist. Great Beach House!

We loved our stay at Catalina. Great location, great ocean views. We rented both sides and having the inside door between them made all the difference--it felt like one big house. We loved sitting on the deck watching the ocean, and cooking meals in the well-stocked kitchen. The only improvements we'd recommend is better WiFi and dressers in the King bedrooms. We hope to return next year!

Stay was good house was as described owner sent excellent email of things to do places to eat while down there which was very helpful. House was on the beach , only problem we had was sheets had not been washed on king bed had to strip and wash and towels smelled of cigarette smoke had to wash all that we used prior to using.

Fabulous view!

Great location. Very responsive and helpful owner. Nice to have some necessities provided so shopping could be deferred until convenient. Granddaughter loved the boogie board supplied. Space a bit tight when all beds occupied; a little more open shelving or storage would be helpful.

The Golf Battle at Swansboro 2019

7 northern Ohio golfers looking to escape to golf courses around Emerald Isle. The duplex served as the perfect base with beautiful ocean views and enough beds and baths for everyone. Debbie and Elly helped make it an enjoyable stress-free stay. We're already looking forward to the Golf Battle at Swansboro 2020. We all would highly recommend this duplex.

Beach Wedding

Our daughter got married at Emerald Isle, and our family stayed in this home. This was an amazing place (even better than the photos)! We loved our stay in this peaceful, quintessential beach house! We loved the comfy beds, the rocking chairs on the covered porches (such an amazing view), quiet street, beautiful private access to the beach, etc. This place was really so perfect that we were all so sad to leave. Great location, very clean, and had all the amenities you could ever need. Owners extremely friendly and prompt when responding to our email inquiries. We only wish we knew the owners, so that we could thank them personally for our wonderful stay!!

Communication was great with the owner. She was very quick to respond, never took more than 24 hours. The only negative of the whole trip was the AC was not working when we arrived. This was due to the drip pan being full. Once we reported it, she was quick to get an HVAC guy to the house. He drained the pan inside of 30 minutes and we were back in operation. The beautiful view of the ocean and beach access were as represented. The house is at the end of the street, so there is no through traffic. The house is not far from the local Food Lion, so getting food and supplies is very easy. The house is equipped with an outside shower for getting sand and salt off of clothes and swimwear. There is also a handy foot wash near the bottom of the stairs. Really enjoyed our stay. Would consider staying there again.

So Wonderful!

My family spent an amazing month at this beach house in July. The house is right on the beach, with spectacular views of the ocean from the open concept living room/kitchen/dining area. It's a very short walk from the deck, down a few stairs to the beautiful soft sand of the beach. This area of Emerald Isle was very quiet during our stay, which is just how we like it! Debbie, the owner of the house, was exceptionally easy to work with. She had lots of great suggestions on restaurants, local sights and activities for everyone in our group. She was incredibly responsive whenever we texted during our stay. There were beach chairs, boogie boards and toys provided for guests to use during their stay. There were plenty of linens and towels for each bedroom/bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with pantry items and plenty of pots & pans for homemade meals. Our favorite fresh seafood market (Cap'n Willis Seafood Market) is only a mile down the road and has the best fresh fish and steamed crabs in the area. We put the kitchen to use most nights when we weren't dining at one of the restaurants in the area. After dinner we'd sit on the porch to watch the sunset and enjoy the beach view. Once it was dark we'd go back down to the beach to look for ghost crabs. We didn't turn on the TV once during our stay because there were just too many other things to do and we wanted to soak up as much of the beach as possible! We'd love to book this property again in the future!

Perfect Thanksgiving at the Beach

Had a wonderful chill relaxing Thanksgiving at the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed, views were stupendous, weather glorious. Just a perfect experience. Host was great, wonderful communications at all times. The place was as described and a great value. Highly recommend.

Peaceful getaway

Views are amazing, both of the ocean and the stars. Saw a lot of dolphins over the week, nearly every day. On clear nights we could even see the milky way and some shooting stars. The beach is wide, beautiful and not crowded. The host was very gracious and friendly. Hope we can make it back soon.

Three families originally purchased the whole duplex in 2001 where we raised our families. Life changes and I bought the East side of the duplex 1/2020 to keep it in my family. I grew up in Swansboro and most of my relatives still live in the area so I am a great resource for suggestions on places to go when you are vacationing in my house.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

I fell in love with the views the first time I entered the house. I loved the location at the end of a no-through street and the fact that the lot to the left of the property is a treed, undeveloped lot. When we first purchased the duplex it had dark paneling and furniture that looked like it belonged in the mountains. We have updated the house every year. Within the last 5 years we added new siding, windows, a bathroom, floors, deck, landing, new roof, TVs and this year I just added new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen.

Our high dune affords us great views and we have more privacy than most places on the island due to the treed lot beside of us and being the last house on the street.
