Small, but decent place if you are just using it as a base for travel, or have small kids. Clean interior. Rooms fit queen bed with little space to spare. Beds seemed to be memory foam and some liked while others did not.
Houses are very close together, so it on the deck, you had little privacy.
Upon entrance, there was a noticeable smell, as if it had been shut up for some time. Luckily there were some Glade air fresheners which I liberally sprayed on the couches and bedrooms. The odor dissipated or we got used to it, but it wasn't an issue for the rest of our stay. The 4 kiitchen chairs were uncomfortable high tops, so no way for more than 4 could be seated for breakfast. The seating in the Living room was for 6 adults max and coffee table was a little too high to use as a food rest with everyone seated.
It was chilly but we did hang out on the covered deck. There as bird wire, but it didn't deter the birds. There was dropping everywhere especially on the stacked chair. The cleanliness got dinged for that and the absolutely dirty table and chairs outside. It took a lot spray cleaner and paper towels to make it suitable for use. There was no broom available to clean the dropping either.
Things to note. No firewood for fire ring or propane for grill provided. Have heard of bringing firewood, but not propane, so be aware.
Bring a griddle if you plan on pancakes as there are no larger skillet.
Bring your own shampoo and conditioner as the supplied items were not very nice. Towels were nice and abundant.
Great playground for kids. Park was in disrepair (broken benches) dock was closed due to damage?
Dog owners: There are no gated area for your dog, nor soft rug if your pup is spoiled like ours. So bring leashes, a tie-off and a cot or bed. We walked around the neighborhood several times.
Overall, it was okay as a base, but I would recommend limiting to 4 Adults with or without children if you are planning to spend much time there.
