Unser Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern bietet ausreichend Platz für Ihre gesamte Gruppe, um sich auszubreiten und wohl zu fühlen. Egal, ob Sie gemeinsam am Esstisch speisen, im Wohnzimmer auf dem Flachbildfernseher das Fußballspiel verfolgen, die Spielsysteme in unserem Loft nutzen, Billard spielen und die Wet Bar genießen oder sich im Freien entspannen Wir sind auf der Veranda abgeschirmt und wissen, dass für jeden etwas dabei ist.

Im Erdgeschoss des Hauses befindet sich eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, in der Sie wichtige Mahlzeiten zubereiten können. Neben der Küche befindet sich ein Schrank mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Neben der Küche befindet sich ein Esszimmer mit Zugang zur abgeschirmten Veranda. Treten Sie auf die Veranda und genießen Sie die Abgeschiedenheit der Berge. Wenn Sie den Witterungseinflüssen lieber völlig ausgesetzt sein möchten, gehen Sie von der abgeschirmten Veranda auf das offene Deck und genießen Sie die Aussicht, die dieser Kurzurlaub zu bieten hat, während Sie Ihr Abendessen auf dem Gasgrill kochen. Zurück im Inneren finden Sie ein Wohnzimmer mit Ledersofas, einem ausziehbaren Bett / Stuhl aus Memory-Schaum und einem 43-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit Soundbar, Subwoofer und DVR, auf dem Sie das Fußballspiel genießen und Ihre Füße hochlegen können oben. Den Flur hinunter finden Sie ein geräumiges Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher.

Wenn Sie die Treppe zur zweiten Ebene hinaufgehen, werden Sie von unserem Gaming-Loft begrüßt. Ausgestattet mit elektrisch verstellbaren Gaming-Stühlen und einem bequemen Memory Foam-Futon, der Platz für bis zu zwei weitere Personen bietet und die Gesamtschlafkapazität auf 16 erhöht. Dieser Raum soll unterhalten. Bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Spiele mit oder wählen Sie aus unserer Sammlung und spielen Sie die Tage auf unserem Xbox-Spielesystem mit einer Spielbibliothek. Im Obergeschoss finden Sie auch 2 geräumige Schlafzimmer. Schlafzimmer eins beherbergt 1 Queen-Size-Bett und 1 Twin XL, während Schlafzimmer 2 2 Queen-Betten hat. Die Schlafzimmer sind durch ein komplettes Badezimmer verbunden.

Auf der Terrassenebene des Hauses finden Sie einen weiteren unterhaltsamen Bereich, der mit einer hohen Wet Bar, einer Popcorn-Maschine für das Kino, einem Kartentisch, einem 43-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher und einem professionell ausgerichteten Schiefer-Billardtisch ausgestattet ist. Das Schlafzimmer auf der Terrassenebene verfügt über einen eingebauten Schreibtischbereich, 2 Queensize-Betten und einen 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher. Das 3. Badezimmer befindet sich gleich um die Ecke vom Schlafzimmer und ist praktisch für jeden, der den unterhaltsamen Raum genießt.

The cabin itself is a masterpiece of rustic charm and modern comfort. The interior design is tasteful, with cozy furnishings and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The gas fireplace added a perfect touch of warmth on chilly evenings, and the large windows provided breathtaking views of the surrounding forest. The amenities were top-notch, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable bedding and luxurious bathroom. Big Canoe is Beautiful

Big Canoe exceeded my expectations! Morgan (the property manager) was amazing through the whole process. She reached out several times during our stay and made sure to lay out every detail from start to finish. The home was beautiful. There were a few bumps in the road while there but they fixed issues quickly. I fell in love with this area. It may be somewhere I would like to live one day. I definitely want to visit again soon!

Great location. Stocked with plenty of kitchen supplies and infant furniture. Nice outdoor porch with a peaceful feel. Teen boys enjoyed the loft! Worked great for our 2 families: 2 adults and 1 teen boy and 1 tween girl, 2 adults and 1teen boy, 1 teen girl and a 15mos old. Enjoyed the Big canoe area! Fun jeep trails!

Amazing family getaway

Our week long trip was everything we could have hoped for. Weather was nice, house was spacious and well stocked, and amenities at Big Canoe were wonderful. The men golfed, we rented a boat for the day, went to the Beach Club twice, and were able to stay busy and active with kids ranging in age from 2-15. The property manager was easy accessible when we had a question and communication was top notch the entire time from putting our first payment down to the end of vacation. Would stay here again.

A Great Family Getaway

We had a great time at The Buck Stop. There were a few hiccups along the way - the cleaning lady was still on site when we arrived around 3:45PM. There were some hairs (could have been dog hairs) in some of the beds but Morgan was quick to assist us and we got it squared away. The house has everything you need and the location was perfect for our big family group. We would love to come back in the summer when we can enjoy the lake and pool!

Cozy Christmas Stay

We were very pleased with our week long stay for Christmas. The home was decorated beautifully for Christmas which made the home extra cozy. We really appreciated the decorations and effort put forth by the owner to make the home Christmassy. It was beautiful! My only suggestion would be for a water heater improvement because with a home of this size it was a bit challenging for more than 3 people to get a hot shower before we needed to wait a while. But honestly, that was not that big of a deal...just a suggestion. The home has a great layout with plenty of places for people to gather on each level of the home. Plus lots of areas on the outside to gather on the decks. Being winter time we didn't use the outside areas as much but I can see where that would be awesome in the summer. The community is great with a lot of really nice hiking trails. Our group really enjoys hiking and we hiked multiple times within the community and there were always plenty of trails to choose from. This was a really pleasant surprise. I would definitely stay here again. The home is great, the owner and property manager were wonderful, and the community is really really cool. 5 star all the way!

Thanksgiving in the Mountains

Family of 6 adults and one child ages 79 to 12 plus pups. Home is beautiful and well represented as per photos. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out or hang out together. We were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner and had plenty of dishes and silverware. Utilized the pool table and rec area every evening with the beautiful bar while my son slept upstairs. Plenty to do if you are looking to just relax! My favorite part was the 2 beautiful gas fireplaces where I sat everyday! The home is well stocked with most everything you need. Hosts responded to all of our questions prior to our visit in a timely manner. Went to the Mexican restaurant in town plus the Country club restaurant and many restaurants in surrounding areas. All the food was great and if you are gluten free like some of our party ,we were shocked at how accommodating all the restaurants were. Would recommend this property again!

Better impossible!!

There are no words to describe how wonderful our stay was at Big Canoe. The house was absolutely perfect, it is located in one of the most beautiful places we had ever been! The property met all the expectations, the community was amazing, we got to experience a day at the golf course and it was breath taking! All the activities around were so much fun! The communication with the property manager couldn't have been better they responded quickly and kindly made sure that we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Best Trip Ever

Let me start off by saying that if I could give 10 stars, I would. We had the best time staying at The Buck Stop and enjoying Big Canoe. We are already talking about returning next summer. The house fit our group perfectly. We all loved getting out and hiking pretty much everyday. We rented a pontoon boat for the day and swam in the lake, I believe the kids enjoyed that the most. We did go to the pool one afternoon but the water was still a bit chilly. My husband was able to golf and absolutely loved the course. We did get to see some local wildlife and loved that as well. The house is perfectly located close to the things that we wanted to do in the area. Hopefully, if we are able to return next summer Disharoon Lake & all 27 holes on the golf course will be back in action. John and Morgan were extremely easy to communicate with. A beautiful getaway

The house was as advertised. Beautifully furnished. Room to spread out on decks. We had an issue with our firestick on our TV and I messaged through VRBO and received a response back immediately and someone came out to remedy the situation within a few hours. Great response time, very helpful and easy to work with. We go to Big Canoe every year but this was our first year in this house. I highly recommend both!

This place was AMAZING! Already looking to book for this fall again. Came with my family and best friend and her family. We had Everything we needed. The Place was clean, smelled amazing. Best stay yet in Big Canoe

We've been staying a couple times a year at Big Canoe and this home was our favorite yet if you need a larger place. It was extremely clean which is really great to walk into. Even the porch and more rarely used places were cleaned and bug free which is pretty rare from our experience. We had kids who enjoyed the games. The loft area is perfect for them to enjoy. The extremely well appointed kitchen was great to cook in. We're hoping to stay again in the future and highly recommend.

Love this House!

This house was the perfect house to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday. Plenty of space for people to spreed out. The lower level was the party gathering and the main level was fantastic for conversation and beautiful dinners. All the bedroom when so nice. It was the perfect rental. We will be back.

Christmas Family Vacation

The Buck Stop was everything it said it would be!!!! The pictures posted online is just a glimpse of this beautiful location and home. All the decor was gorgeous and the fireplaces were the perfect touch on Christmas Eve and morning. The trailYeah perfect Summit me and waterfalls is literally around the corner from The Buck Stop I was able to take my 3 kids and take so many pictures. The Fuego Mexican restaurant is definitely worth a try The food was great. We got lucky this year and we were able to see snow. The Buck Stop was dream come true!!

Family Thanksgiving getaway

This cabin was the perfect place to bring the family together! There was plenty of room for everyone and we never felt cramped. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes that made it easy to cook our thanksgiving meal. The decor was so charming and made everything feel very cozy. Every room was very clean and well organized!

AMAZING!!!!

This cabin is beautiful!!! Everything you see in the picture is exactly what you get... I don't have nothing bad to say about this cabin.. Everything was above and beyond my expectations!!! The beds was very comfortable. We had enough room for everyone.. I would definitely recommend this house...

Our family business buys, rehabs, sells or rents homes. All 5 of our family members are active in our business. Originally from New York we moved to Georgia in 2006 and are here to stay. We are animal lovers with is why our home is pet friendly.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We buy and sell about 30 homes yearly but when we saw The Buck Stop and the Big Canoe Community we knew that we could not sell it. Instead we chose to completely remodel and update the home, furnish it with all new beds and rustic furniture. Sitting on 2.6 acres The Buck stop is secluded and offers privacy but is close to all amenities.

Lots of wildlife to see. We sleep 13 in beds + 1 on the memory foam futon. There was one trip where we were surprised by 6 Black Bears hanging outside the terrace level. There is plenty to do for all ages. We are just down the road from the Jeep Trail (rated easy) which is a great place to drive in your 4 wheel drive to see the beautiful waterfall or hike. So much to do at Big Canoe ranging from golf to an outdoor natural water slide. Full athletic facility with indoor tennis and racquetball. Something for everyone! We are so happy to offer The Buck Stop as your next vacation rental.
