Kommen Sie und fühlen Sie sich in unserem neu renovierten Handwerkerhaus mit traditionellen Holzakzenten und originalen Holzböden wie zu Hause. Bequeme Kombination von modernen Annehmlichkeiten mit historischem Charme. Dieses schöne Haus ist über 100 Jahre alt und wurde 1885 erbaut.
Unser Ferienhaus bietet all Ihren Komfort von zu Hause aus und noch viel mehr. Sie können in unserer Gartensuite entspannen, die sich zu unserem schönen Garten im Hinterhof öffnet, oder in unserer klassischen Suite, die sich zum Wohnbereich hin öffnet, für eine noch gemütlichere Atmosphäre. Genießen Sie Brettspiele, schauen Sie sich T. V. an oder entspannen Sie einfach am Kamin bei einem Glas Wein.
Stöbern Sie in unseren süßen, mondänen Boutiquen oder trinken Sie einen Kaffee in einem unserer örtlichen Cafés. Was auch immer Sie sich vorstellen, Santa Rosa hat alles.

Neugierig, was die Innenstadt von Santa Rosa so wunderbar macht? Mit nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß die Straße hinunter können Sie unsere Innenstadt besuchen, um einige der lokal hergestellten Biere in unserer berühmten "Russian River Brewery" zu genießen, Wein und Cocktails bei "Perch & Plough" oder "Bird & the Bottle" zu genießen. (Beste Cosmos in der Stadt). Needed a break from painters

We stayed here while house was being painted. Loved it. Got to explore downtown and also relax in tranquil garden. House is charming . Well equipped. Great communication with owner . Would ssnd houseguests here 😄

Charming cottage

Enjoyed our stay in this cute cottage near downtown Santa Rosa. Location was great for day trips, the house is adorable, and the owner is very responsive. Also includes a large enclosed backyard area.

Great location

Had a couple minor issues. Host seemed very responsive. My main issue I will mention here is the male cologne smell on 2 of the pillows that really irritated me. The other items I’ll let the host know about. Overall a very nice place but needed a little more attention to detail.

Lovely clean cottage

The owners were very communicative, the property was lovely and clean. It had everything we needed with plenty of space and a beautiful outside space. This location was just a 5 minute walk to friends that live nearby so we look forward to booking again in the future. :)

Beautiful Cottage in a Great Location

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights. We chose the cottage because the location was central for everything we wanted to see/do. The cottage looked exactly as it did in the listing. The check-in process was easy and the cottage was beautifully decorated. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked eith pots/pans/utensils. The backyard was lovely and having the grill was wonderful. Overall perefect for my husband and i to explore the area. We would recommend this cottage and would stay here again!

Great location and just the right size

The cottage was perfect size for 4 people (2 couples). Had all the essentials and a great little backyard set up! The location was great- walkable to downtown Santa Rosa restaurants, brewery, walking trail. A good jumping off point if you’re doing Sonoma wine touring too!

A pleasant stay

The cottage is easily accessible and attractive. It is also amply supplied to meet most needs. There is some noise from the restaurant next door that has garden seating for lunch and dinner, but the sounds of diners is mostly muffled. One plus for sure in that Starbucks is about two blocks away! Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Cottage staycation

My husband, dog and I felt right at home here. The house was cozy, yet roomy for the 3 of us. We loved the French doors that led to the outside and took advantage of the firepit. Conveniently located downtown and the food at the Italian restaurant nextdoor was delicious! Despite there being a restaurant, it wasn't very noisy. Definitely will come back.

Anniversary getaway

The location was perfect for walking to great restaurants. In fact, next door was an amazing Italian restaurant. The cottage was perfect for all our needs. It's super clean, quaint, beautifully decorated and quiet. The backyard is magical. Can't wait to stay here again.

Super Cute Cottage

This is a super cute, clean cottage. It is reasonably well appointed. However, the skylights in the bedrooms made it too light in the room to sleep. The helicopters flying over during the night also did not make for a restful experience. We did appreciate the off street parking.

Our family moved to Santa Rosa over 10 years ago and fell in love with Sonoma County. We knew we would be calling Santa Rosa our home for a very long time and enjoying all that the area has to offer. We love spending time with our family and friends, being outdoors, taking road trips and traveling the world. We can appreciate how important it is to stay in a relaxing, comfortable, and clean environment. It's always been our passion to have our own rental cottage and now we can't wait to share it with the rest of the world.
