Dieses Bauernhaus aus dem Jahr 1889 wurde kürzlich renoviert und aktualisiert. Es befindet sich direkt gegenüber dem Comfort Inn und direkt an der Ausfahrt der I-86. Es ist 10 Minuten von Peek n Peak, 20 Minuten nach Erie Pa. Voll ausgestattete Küche und alle Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie jemals brauchen könnten. Die Einrichtung ist sehr rustikal und bäuerlich. Wir haben die meisten Antiquitäten verwendet und ihnen neue Zwecke gegeben. Wir würden dieses schöne Haus gerne teilen und es wieder zu einem Zweck machen.

Great little skiing gem

This place was perfect for two days of skiing at Peek and Peak resort. Less than a ten minute drive to the resort meant I could come back for lunch if needed. Comfortable house with everything you could need (except a tea pot! LOL). Plenty of room to walk the dogs and enough room for dog crates. Would recommend and will be back next ski season for sure!

Enjoyed our stay!

My family and I stayed here for a few days while visiting family in the area. The location was great and we even enjoyed some sledding on the hill behind the house. We would definitely stay here again!

Good place to stay

Comfy beds and pillows, lots of room, full kitchen, quiet and relaxing. Findley Lake is a nice little village, Alexanders is a great place to have a beer and some food.

Cozy farmhouse on the countryside

The farmhouse is conveniently located off I-86. The first floor of the farmhouse is the Vrbo, there is someone living above, but they were very quiet. The home is clean, decorated with antiques and has an adequately stocked kitchen. The beds are comfortable and there is a porch where you can sit outside (when doing so a resident cat may visit). We only stayed at the farmhouse one night, but would definitely stay there again if we were in the area!

Great stay in a historic farmhouse

The property was clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient for our purposes. The owner was most helpful and friendly. If you like antiques you'll enjoy the clever decorating done with things genuine to this 19th century home. Don't miss a short drive into the beautiful village of Findley Lake.

Super cute farmhouse stay

This house was so cute and decorated with all antiques which we loved. The only downfall is that the comfort of the beds and pillows could be improved. We loved that our dogs could stay in the house with us too!

Nice property

Pleasant farmhouse. Well maintained. Fridge had a lot of other people’s items outside the house on the side has a lot of debris. Could comfortably walk our dogs but inside was great.

A girlfriend and I were attending a workshop in the area and Step Back in Time Farmhouse was perfect for our needs. We brought our sewing machines to use in the evening and the kitchen peninsula and dining table made great sewing areas. The kitchen items were true sets, well stocked and well organized. The house was spotless. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Towels were complete sets and unstained. We highly recommended Step Back in Time Farmhouse to the other ladies attending the workshop.

Great experience, though short

Unfortunately, we arrived at 9 PM due to a long day of travel, but what a great place to unwind, after such a long day. We were greeted by our host, Kitty. (Who was amazing by the way. Very vocal in her welcoming. Lol. All 4 of us loved her to pieces. We left very early to continue our cross-country journey, so we didnt have time to enjoy all the festivities in the area, but TRULY enjoyed our stay. Very authentic farmhouse setting. Thank you SO much for everything.

Charming Farmhouse Down the Road from Findley Lake

What a delight this immaculate and charming farmhouse is! It was such a treat to step back in time with the decor and knick-knacks. Regardless of what Mother Nature has in store, this house will keep your entertained with a covered and nicely furnished outdoor porch, broadband internet, TV, videos and lots of board games. The backyard is spacious and has a dog lead that spans the length of the backyard for your Fido to run and explore. I found myself reliving my childhood...LOL! The kitchen is very spacious, perfect for entertaining. There is a nice work desk adjacent to the kitchen for those that may need to conduct business while the family plays. The mattresses on the beds are super comfortable. We appreciated the extra quilts and pillows. The bathroom and laundry rooms are too cute for words and the water heats up quickly. The home is conveniently located off the highway and just a few minutes' drive to the lake. We will definitely be back!

Farmhouse Charm

If you love an old farmhouse and very creative decorating then this is the place for you. The property was very cozy and comfortable, and the property owners were quick to respond to any messages sent. I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Getaway

Have stayed here twice. Going back in two weeks. Affordable, clean, quiet, good location with easy access to freeway, responsive owners. A charming two bedroom apartment with a vintage farm house vibe. We keep coming back and that should say it all.
