Perfect spot for Women's Weekend

This was a great place for six women to reconnect. Plenty of room for everyone to gather. Well equipped kitchen. Spectacular views of the sunrise over the beach. Uncrowded winter walks on the beach are the best - we did one every day.

The Perfect Post-Holiday Vacation

My family and I have stayed at Olivia & Mark's property for several years now. It is the perfect property for us and our needs with comfortable bedrooms and the perfect main living/dining space (with a cozy fireplace). The location cannot be beat and Olivia is wonderful and responsive as a host. We cannot wait to return next year.

Another great stay!

Third stay at the house for a desperately needed vacation after a tough year. The weather cooperated, in fact one day was like a summer day, except it was dark by 6. As always, it was great to relax in such a comfortable spot, right on the beach and close to restaurants etc. It was a great spot to see the Hunter moon rise. Will be back!

Perfect all around

A relaxing paradise to gather with family and friends! Daily walks on the beach, flying kites and playing bocce were some of the highlights. The house is well appointed with everything you would need.

Ladies’ Weekend

Once again, The Beach House did not disappoint. Our semi-annual getaway weekend was a perfect escape. The house and all its amenities added to our enjoyment. Luckily, the weather was perfect for morning walks on the beach and enjoying the deck and its view. The sunrises were bright and spectacular. Thank you Olivia and Patrick. Beautiful Stay on the Southern Maine Coast

Perfect for our family of 12

Our second year staying here. And it was perfect once again. The location/beach access is phenomenal. The large porch is perfect for sipping coffee in the AM. They have lots of beach chairs/toys/games to use during the stay. Host was very communicative the two times I reached out We had 4 adult couples. 3 teens and an infant and it accommodated us nicely. Planning to return next year.

Great week on a private beach

Moody beach is unique, because property lines go all the way to the low tide line. This makes the experience of staying there that much more enjoyable. The house is well equipped with everything for cooking, beach, games, etc.

Paul and Bonnie’s 50th anniversary with family

Our week was just wonderful! The water was very swimmable, the weather mostly sunny, and the accommodations were perfect for our needs. The little grandbabies loved the sand and beach toys we borrowed, and we all loved the beach umbrellas and boogie boards. Your place is amazing and well appointed. Magnificent Moody!!

This was the third season that our family has stayed at this beautiful property. The addition of a second refrigerator in the garage is so terrific.....makes meal planning so much easier. The conversion of the garage into a game room will come in handy as the grandchildren grow up. Olivia is just wonderful and responsive. The property location is fantastic as we walked down the beach and into Ogunquit then continued to the Marginal Way. It's about 2 hours round trip by foot with a stop for an iced coffee in Perkins Cove. The dual porches are one of my favorite features of the home. It was a hot week so I would take the little ones to play on the front porch in the shade in the morning hours then head to the huge ocean front deck for a sunny afternoon on the water. My family cannot wait to return next year!

Fabulous Place!! We love it!

This is our 3rd year here and the house is perfect for 9 of us! Very spacious, well equipped and gave us both heat and air conditioning, which we needed for our week's stay! 2 Cool days required sitting by the fireplace, 3 perfect days with windows wide open for Ocean breezes and 2 A/C days for the almost 90 degree heat! Location couldn't be any better! Private beach and panoramic ocean views with plenty of deck space and shade from umbrellas on the hot days. Olivia and Patrick are perfect hosts, easy to reach and very attentive! We can't wait until next year to do it all over again! Thank you Olivia, for giving us such a great space to make memories!

Girls Weekend

This was our fourth year renting this property for our annual "girls weekend". We are a group of five, four of which are now retired. We look forward to this weekend all year and this year was no different. Even though the weather did not cooperate, we still had the best time walking on the beach, playing board games, and catching up. Olivia is the sweetest, most responsive and accommodating host anyone could ask for. I just adore her. The house is exactly as described and Olivia responds immediately to any questions or concerns. We are already looking forward to year five at "the Maine house".
