Es ist ein dreistöckiges Stadthaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2,5 Badezimmern. Es liegt verkehrsgünstig, nur eine Minute zu Fuß vom Badestrand entfernt und ist für alle Altersgruppen geeignet. Sie werden erstaunt sein über die durchdachten Annehmlichkeiten und schönen Details, die unser Haus von lokalen Künstlern und Unternehmen in Frauenbesitz bietet.

Excellent stay in Puerto Rico

A lovely condo in close proximity to beaches and Old San Juan

The condo is beautiful and comfortable. The location is ticked away inside a gated community with easy drives to beaches and Old San Juan. Also a good location to make day trips to the West of the island. We enjoyed all of PR!

We truly enjoyed our time at Alma Marina. It was clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped. Wifi and air conditioning worked great. The property manager was very responsive. We appreciated all of the great suggestions for restaurants and activities!

Perfect for spring break

Great beach stay

Stayed in this Dorado walkup for 4 nights w multigenerational family. Property was well equipped and clean. Beach in front is ok but the public beach (balneario) 5 min walk is truly beautiful and better. Many good restaurants within walking distance. Manager was attentive and responsive.

Great stay at Villa Alma Marina

We stayed for a week. The property was wonderful- clean, quiet and very well stocked. We liked the pool and having access to the great beaches. Inarú couldn’t have been more helpful- she always got right back to us and answered all questions no matter how silly! Thanks for a great week!

The Best place by far.

I loved the location in a beautiful gated community. The house was clean and the rooms was perfected for my family. WiFi, and the pool was awesome the kids loved it. Across the street from the beach, close to the supermarket and shopping area. Beautiful restaurants and fast food spots. A Walgreens 5 minutes away just in case. And what can I tell you about the owner Janelle and the host Inaru, they respond to your phone calls and texts as fast. It your planning a family trip this is the place to go. I will return.

Excellent place for relaxation!

Exactly as pictured! Great location with beautiful ocean view. Host was accessible with quick response. Permanent neighbors are friendly. It’s perfect for family with kids of all ages. The area is gated which makes it super safe for young kids. Easy walk to beach. Overall it was an excellent place for relaxation!

Thanksgiving getaway

Excellent stay! Walking distance to the beach. Calm neighborhood. Many ammenities. Narrow stairs ti the second and third floor, whichnwas no problem for us, but could be an issue with older guests or those with mobility difficulties. Very clean and comfortable. Totally recommend it and will probably book again. Super easy check in and out process and very good communication with property manager.

This house was customized to honor my mom Alma. As a civil engineer specialized in hydraulic hydrology, who was so passionate about the ocean and the river, I named this unique home- Villa Alma Marina (soul of the ocean).
Everything in this home has been carefully selected with much love, effort, and with the best quality items that you will hardly find in other of these short-term rentals.
