Es liegt eingebettet zwischen dem wunderschönen Anna Maria Sound und dem türkisfarbenen Golfwasser. Genießen Sie die gesamte geräumige obere Etage der Wohnung mit zwei Einheiten. Sie haben Fenstertüren, die sich zu Ihrem 200 m² großen Balkon mit herrlichem Blick auf die Bucht öffnen. Die Sonnenaufgänge sind atemberaubend! Unsere erstklassigen Zuckersandstrände sind nur 3 Gehminuten am Ende dieser ruhigen Wohnstraße entfernt.

Sunseeker Haven ist ein friedlicher Rückzugsort mit einem offenen Wohn- und Essbereich mit einer voll ausgestatteten, modernisierten Küche und einer großen Waschmaschine und einem Trockner. Es gibt einen 52 "-Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer und einen 32" -Flachbildfernseher im Hauptschlafzimmer.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad mit einer Gartenwanne und einer Dusche. Es gibt auch einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit angrenzendem Badezimmer. Es gibt auch eine Königin aufblasbare Matratze.

Loved it!

We loved our vacation at Sunseeker Haven. The condo was roomy, comfortable and well equipped. The extras like bikes, chairs, wagon, etc was really nice. Location was fantastic. We enjoyed the view of the bay from the deck, and a short walk to the beach. Property manager was great to work with on check in/out.

Clean and convenient!

Communications with the owner company was extremely clear and fast. Any time I had a call with question the property management was fast to pick up. The property was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen to enjoy a dinner night. The location is excellent as well with a short less than five minute walk to the beach. Overall the property exceeded my expectations and I would be more than happy to stay again if we ever come back to Anna Maria!

Beautiful beach condo

Sunseeker Haven is just as wonderful as it is in the photos. We loved the balcony with dining table, relaxing chairs, grill, and view of the water...especially seeing the sunrise. Great new kitchen. Garage full of bikes and Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas was so helpful, and just a two block walk to the beach! Caution: do not park on the street in front of the condo, not even for 15 minutes. Street parking will get you a ticket, even though there are no No Parking signs anywhere.

Everything you've ever wanted

Fabulous property! Very well laid out and classy decor! Location was great, just a few block walk from beach and quiet neighborhood. We found that the house had everything we needed. The property managers were wonderful as well and instructions were simple and easy to follow. Beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Loved the extras like beach chairs, wagon and umbrella, without those we would have had a difficult time sitting for hours on the beach without turning into lobsters! Highly recommend this property and will have on my list to stay again!

Because of COVID we ate in a lot, kitchen has a good supply of cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses etc. A plus is the secure garage to store golf clubs, beach equipment, bikes etc.

Spring Break at Sunseeker Haven

The property was large and well-maintained. The location was great. You could see the bay side from the balcony and it was only blocks from the beach. It was also pretty quiet. Having access to the bikes in the garage as well as everything needed for the beach (wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler, water toys) was a huge plus and we used it all multiple times. The bathroom decor was a bit dated and the showers could have used a better cleaning, and the floors could have been swept or vacuumed better, particularly in the bedrooms. Also, the utensils and kitchenware were not very clean (dishwasher issue?) and some of the cabinet handles were sticky. So, whoever cleans the place could do a better job. But, overall, the unit was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only small complaint we had was that you could hear the people in the unit below when they were out on their balcony, whether we were inside or out on our balcony. We would probably stay there again and recommend it to others.

Extremely well-equipped for 2-week stay

Our family stayed for two weeks during the winter of 2024 and found this a perfect place for us on Anna Maria Island. The condo has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (one of the bathrooms can also be accessed from the hallway), as well as a pullout sofa (which we didn't need, but could be handy for a larger group). The kitchen was probably the best equipped rental we've ever stayed in, and the garage contained almost everything needed for outdoor activities, including a cart for hauling everything to the beach and bikes/bike helmets for tooling around the neighborhood. The neighborhood itself is extremely quiet, a mix of rentals and owner-occupied homes. The condo is also located at one of the slimmest parts of the island, with the porch facing the bay just a block away and the gulf just three blocks in the other direction. The only two problems were that you have to climb two flights of stairs to the condo (minor for us but potentially a problem for those with disabilities) and you have to cross a busy road to get to the beach (although there are several nearby crosswalks and drivers seems fairly willing to stop for pedestrians). All in all, we'd recommend this rental to anyone staying for a while on Anna Maria Island.

Great unit, property depends on who is staying below

Very clean and spacious unit. Close walk to ocean. This unit is owned separately and managed by another company than the below unit. The below unit permits pets. So we listened to two very large dogs bark all week. The below unit tenants may have had the same instructions as our unit, or may not have. They left their belongings thrown all around the shared stairwell and downstairs, too (shoes, towels, swimsuits, wagons and chairs). The below unit tenants used their driveway for two cars, and with no regard to the fact that the upstairs unit was occupied by us, parked a huge truck in the small drive that led to the under unit parking. We had about eight inches to squeeze past in order to reach the stairway each evening. So, no fault to the unit we rented, but I’d caution that you won’t know who is staying below, nor their manners, given different rules and management. For this reason, I probably would not choose to rent this property again. It’s a shame as a few rotten eggs ruined it for the upstairs unit.

The house is beautifully decorated, clean and plenty of additional supplies for cooking and heading to the beach. The 1 car garage is filled with beach toys, accessories and even a wagon to bring with you! We had 4 young teens and still had plenty of room with couch and 2 bedrooms. It was our first trip to Bradenton/AMI and the location was perfectly you’re tucked away from the Main Street but only 30-40 steps from the ocean.
