Sie genießen ein großzügiges Schlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett und einem Einzelschlafsofa mit einem 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die zum Esszimmer und zum Wohnzimmer hin offen ist und über einen 50-Zoll-Flachbild-Smart-TV mit Netflix verfügt. Es gibt einen Schieberegler zum Balkon mit Blick auf die Bucht von Paugus mit wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 5 Personen mit einem Queensize-Bett, einem sehr bequemen Ausziehsofa (Einzelbett) und einer Schlafcouch. Die Einrichtungen umfassen einen neuen Außenpool (saisonal), ein Restaurant und einen Platz mit Geschäften und einem Spa-Friseur- und Nagelstudio auf der unteren Ebene. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt auch viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Gunstock und Weirs Beach sind jeweils ca. 5-10 Autominuten entfernt. Weirs Strand am Lake Winnipesaukee hat viele öffentliche Parkplätze und eine wunderbare Promenade und Arkade für die ganze Familie. Der Gunstock Mountain bietet großartige Möglichkeiten zum Skifahren und Wandern. Funspot, eine gigantische Spielhalle und Kegelbahn sind ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt. Es gibt so viel zu tun mit den benachbarten Meredith's Mill Falls und vielen Seen zur Auswahl.

Good stay

We enjoyed staying here while attending a local event. The property was close to our needs and there were many amenities in the area. The property was clean, exactly as pictured and worked well for our stay. Will definitely use again if we are in the area.

Great Location

I’d stayed at multiple units in this condominium complex. This one looks to be original construction vs. other units that have been updated. Great location and nice pool. The outside of the building could use a refresh. There was a slight delay in check in due to the wrong code being given. Also, the unit was out of toilet paper. Overall, it suited our needs (we were there for a concert) just fine.

Condo was great ...

...but the exterior of the building was fairly dirty and rundown. Building amenities were fine, including a bar/pool tables, pool, but the highlight was a breakfast and lunch cafe owned and operated by a young family. Food and service were wonderful.

Perfect week-end

À notre arrivée, nous n’avions pas reçu les détail de la réservation mais nous avons rapidement reçu les information un fois avoir communiqué avec le propriétaire. Très propre , bien situé à proximité d’un market. Beau condo de base, léger besoin de Rénovation pour la porte patio qui embuent et les meubles de patio! L’ensemble très propre ! Et je recommande pour un beau moment pour profiter de Paugus bay qui a un magnifique cachet .

Stayed for 2nights for Chris Stapleton concert. Convenient place to stay. Property does need major face lift. Vintage late 60’s early 70’s. Condo needs updating. Carpets need to go as well as the out dated tile. Furniture needs to be updated not comfortable. Would not stay again

Location our top priority

He had stayed in the same condo complex last year so we had a good idea of what to expect. The location to area attractions is great. For those looking for easy access to Weir’s beach, Bank of NH pavilion and also the convenience of a local Shaw’s market and Walmart the location and value are great. Wi-Fi at the condo was reliable since cell service is not. We did not use the pool on the premises so can’t comment on that nor the on-premises support. Would consider staying here again.

Underwhelming

The description of this property is accurate (except for the part about needing to bring linens - they provided them after all - grrr), it was all just so underwhelming. The view of the lake was across a very busy road and obstructed by many other buildings. Slivers to be seen, sure, but we didn't feel close to the water at all. Furniture was uncomfortable (couch!) and no effort made to make this property (above a strip mall) feel special or like a treat. The experience taught us to review listings more carefully next time.

Quaint

We stayed in this unit for two night. Easy drive to grocery store and to Weir’s Beach. There are some shops and a decent restaurant downstairs. The pool was clean and just a short walk through the building. Although we encountered a couple minor issues, the property owner was very responsive and answer within minutes. There’s a double bed, a pull out sofa in the bedroom, and a couch that folds down in the living room. It’s not the Ritz, but it was comfortable.

Very convenient location for lakes region. Clean, but not fancy- what we expected. Kitchen was well outfitted. Listing was confusing- we took sheets and towels and maybe we didn't need to? No elevator.; stairs or long walk down hallway to unit. Good for short stay.

This is a great spot if you want to stay close to downtown Laconia. The room is actually larger than it looks in the pictures. Parking was easy and there's a fantastic Italian restaurant just downstairs.

When booking my stay I don't recall seeing a cleaning fee which took me by surprise, but I accepted it. The condo is in need of a more thorough cleaning. I am someone who suffers severe allergies and there was a significant amount of dust in the vent in the bathroom as well as around the all corners and edges of the walls. Condo could use a thorough cleaning. Considering the fee that was charged, and if all rentals are charged this amount the owners are not getting their monies worth. On a good note, Condo was comfortable and acceptable for my short stay. I previously worked at the Property prior to it going condo so staying there brought back some pleasant memories. Thank you.

Charming Condo

The condo is conveniently located near grocery stores and is a few minutes drive to Weirs Beach. Everything is extremely clean. The set up worked perfectly for our family of 5, and although small it seemed spacious and not cramped. Check in was easy, Robert and Ann made everything extremely simple.

Fit Our Needs

We needed someplace to shower/sleep only. We had friends who live nearby to go to during the day. Our son/grandson showed up unexpectedly for a few days. The internet was great for his work vacation. I have 2 complaints- we were not given the passcode to get in until I asked for it the night before we were due to arrive, and I don’t appreciate to find sheets wadded up and thrown on the closet floor - were they clean for unexpected company or not? No extra sheets were folded and put away, Towels were of inexpensive hotel quality. My husband ended up in the hospital before checkout, so it was a bit hectic for me alone to check out and follow the semi extensive directions.

Lovely

Clean and well stocked unit that was enjoyed by both parents who managed to work while on vacation and kids, who enjoyed their stay despite both working parents. WIFI was strong and easily handled 4 laptops and phones, the owner was responsive to queries almost immediately and overall we enjoyed our stay. I took one star from the location because it's located on a main thoroughfare and the bikers/muscle cars were loud at all times of the day and night, but it didn't detract from us being happy with the unit.
