Ich bin in Potomac, MD aufgewachsen und bin 1999 für ungefähr 6 Jahre zu Frederick gezogen und habe es geliebt !!! Es ist meine Lieblingsstadt. Ich habe auch 11 Jahre in SoCal und ein Jahr in Hawaii gelebt, komme aber immer wieder zu Frederick zurück. Historische Gebäude in der Innenstadt haben mich schon immer fasziniert und ich liebe es, sie in ihrer ursprünglichen Schönheit wiederherzustellen.
Ich war ungefähr 15 Jahre im Bau und liebte die Arbeit, hasste aber die langen Stunden. Ich habe im Jahr 2017 geheiratet. Wir lieben es, um die Welt zu reisen, andere Kulturen kennenzulernen und neue Leute kennenzulernen. Meine Frau und ich sind Vollzeit-Network-Vermarkter und lieben die Freiheit, die es uns gibt, und lieben es, anderen beim Aufbau eines Nebenkonzerts zu helfen. Friendly and Communicative

Danny sent recommendations and was very kind and communicative both before and during our stay. The place was SO cute, and I’d absolutely consider coming back, as this was more of a staycation (I live in DC). Definitely recommend staying here!

This is the one you are looking for

This property is cozy, comfortable and very close to downtown. All the amenities we ended up needing (dishes, wine opener, wine glasses, shampoo and conditioner) were included. If I come back to visit Frederick, I'll definitely stay here again.

We so enjoyed this cozy house for our holiday trip to visit family. The backyard yard was perfect for our granddaughters run & play on the manicured lawn. The house had everything we needed especially the kitchen where we cook daily! The location is exceptional… we walked everywhere. Parking was available right in front of the house too! We definitely will be returning on our next trip to beautiful Frederick, MD

Great place near downtown Frederick.

This row house was perfect for two people. Super convenient to Marc train station and an easy walk to Carroll Creek greenway and all of the wonderful restaurants in downtown Frederick.

Great location, super clean, well appointed and all of this comes with an exceptional host! Danny is a great communicator and goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. Beds are comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Danny also provided local recommendations for restaurants etc.

Good stay near heart of downtown

We were in town for a wedding. This accommodation was perfectly located near the highway exits and conveniently close to downtown without worry of lots of circling of the downtown’s one way street. Will be back.

My stay in Frederick

This is a very comfortable, clean and well furnished apartment located on a quiet street next to the heart of downtown. Market street restaurants and the canel are 5 minute walks. A good sized kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils, and included a dishwasher, microwave and electric stove. There is a washer dryer on the second floor. Everything worked.

Great Space Girls Weekend

We were looking for a central location to allow a walking weekend of downtown Frederick. The homes' location allowed us to walk over to the train station and then to Carroll Creek Parkway in minutes. All the main roads easily accessible to explore museums, visitors center, shops, arts and restaurants. The home was immaculate, fully accessorized and Danny, the host, was available for all questions or assistance.

Up to date kitchen, comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay here, the housekeeping was immaculate, the kitchen very modern, and the space downstairs was generous and inviting. Quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors and easy parking. My only concern for seniors like us (in our 80s) was the steep staircase to the upper floor and the big steps in the front with no handrail. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Thank you for a great stay.

Perfect little gem

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was very well appointed clean and a perfect set up for our family. It was exactly as advertised and we highly recommend this place especially if you want a break from a hotel. It is walking distance to Main Street and in a nice quiet location. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location for walking to downtown

The apartment was exactly as described. Very nicely decorated. We felt safe and comfortable. It’s a perfect location to take a walk along the canal and downtown. We would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Visit from grandparents

My wife and I were in town for 10 days to help our son and wife work through the birth of grandson #2. The property is in a good location, close to many very nice restaurants. The owner was very helpful and easy to reach. Our stay was negatively impacted by temperatures that reached the mid 90's during our 10 day stay. Walking in town was tough with the temps, but we still had a good time.

Very charming townhouse, great location. Stairs heading to the second floor were a little steep, but easy enough manage once you get used to it. Kitchen was spacious and larger than anticipated. Neighbors were very friendly and welcoming as well.

Weekend in Frederick

What a lovely little townhouse. A little bit off the beaten track, but close to all the downtown attractions. The home was comfortable although a little close for four seniors. Danny could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Beds were comfortable, although bunk beds for our senior friends were not optimal. For a couple with two small children, this home would be great. We had a great time and really got to enjoy downtown Frederick. Many thanks to Danny!

Clean and cozy

Very nicely redecorated. Easy off street parking. Big backyard but doesn’t seem to have any outdoor seating area (was too cold to use on my trip anyway. Bunk bed room is pretty tiny but adequate for smaller kids.

Family Event

We traveled from NC to Frederick MD for a family event. The house was conveniently located to shops and restaurants in downtown Frederick. We were also close to other family located in the area. We made use of the lovely kitchen and enjoyed quiet evenings in the comfortable living and dining room.

I grew up in Montgomery County Maryland, moved to Frederick in 1999 for about 6 years and fell in love with the small town feel. I lived Southern California for 11 yrs and then moved to Hawaii, but always come back to visit Frederick. My home away from home. Have always loved the historic buildings in Frederick and I love restoring them back to their original beauty for others to enjoy.
I was in construction for about 15 yrs and loved the work, but didn't like the long hours. I walked away from construction and have been a full-time network marketer and real estate investor since the early 2000s. I got married in 2017 to an amazing woman and we decided to move to the Dallas area. My wife and I enjoy traveling around the world, exploring new places and learning about different cultures . Life is meant to be lived and have fun with the people you love!

I loved the quiet artsy street this house was on. I needed a lot of love. I knew it was a diamond in the rough. This property was completely renovated in 2018. It is walking distance to the canal and lots of restaurants and bars. Its so easy to get around from the house. The house is super cozy and feels very comfortable.The street is quiet but very colorful and artsy looking. Kinda tucked away in its own little area.

There are so many great restaurants, theaters, bars, and lots of shops to keep you busy. It really is the small town feel.
