Das erste Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein komplettes Bett. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Futon und einen 40-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit DirecTV.

Die Tierbeobachtungen im Sunset Bay Retreat ist groß. Viele Adler machen kleine St Germain See ihre Heimat, Hirsche leben oft in der Nähe von, Seetaucher regelmäßig anrufen (ein echter Leckerbissen) und Enten und Entenküken werden wöchentlich gelegen. Dieses Gerät verfügt über eine große gepflasterte Auffahrt mit Basketballkorb (mit den Nachbarn geteilt). Go-Karts, Radwege, und Mini-Golf in der Nähe. Bleiben Sie hier einmal und Sie wollen nach Sonnenuntergang einen jährlichen Urlaubsort machen Rückzug!
Der Seeufer ist sandig und ist ideal zum Schwimmen! Dieses Gerät ist in einer ruhigen Straße, die durch den Wald schlängelt. Kleine St. Der Germain Lake ist ein erstklassiger See, der für Quellwasser, gute Wasserqualität und eine gesunde Population von Moschus, Bass, Crappie, Bluegill, Hecht, Barsch und Zander bekannt ist.

Eine Anzahlung von 25% ist erforderlich, um Ihre wöchentliche Reservierung zu bestätigen, und eine Anzahlung von einer Nacht bestätigt Ihre nächtliche Reservierung. Einzahlungen werden abzüglich einer Stornierungsgebühr von mindestens 25 USD rückerstattet, 60 Tage im Voraus für die Reservierung in der Sommersaison und 30 Tage im Voraus für alle anderen Saisons.
Der Restbetrag der Rechnung ist vollständig beim Einchecken oder zum Zeitpunkt der Stornierung mit Ihrer hinterlegten Kreditkarte fällig.

POSITIVES: When you walk in, the home is very clean. Area is open and appears large. Kitchen is equipped with needed cookware and utensils. Garbage bags and dish soap were provided. Private pier and property are a plus. Rowboat and paddle boat were available to use. Lovely spot on the lake. NEGATIVES: Toilet seat was loose. Sheets on one of the beds smelled sour. No games, books or playing cards provided. No curtains on the front windows. It would be nice for there to be a handbook or binder with info on the property and area to make sure we weren't missing anything (including the myriad of fees that could be incurred of certain things were out of place, etc., which for some reason was placed in the freezer). Nightly cost was expensive. Overall we really liked the property and the good definitely outweighed the bad.

Peaceful great place to rest.

The cabin is really close to the lake. The easy access into cabin by key code worked great. The place was clean and and we had everything what we needed. The property manager was very helpful. We love that we had access to the paddle boat. We also had a camp fire each night. Many eagles make this place so nice. Overall, I recommend this place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin was great for 2 gals who wanted to get away. The cabin is close to the lake, and the view was amazing. East Bay was so quiet, the location is great! The cabin was clean when we arrived, and easy access into the cabin by key code worked great. There are a few things that could be done to make future guests more comfortable. The bathroom shower either needs replacing or new grout. A new set of pots and pans with large lids for fry pans and a large boiling pot would be a quick fix in the kitchen. It would be nice to have blinds for privacy on the front windows in the living room to close in the evening. And as cute as the antique bed is in one of the bedrooms, the mattress was comfortable, but the large springs make a lot of noise! Restless sleepers beware... Just suggestions to the owners to improve the up north experience of future guests. Good WiFi reception, and the TV worked great. So....we would return to this rental for sure, and the location was perfect. The dock was perfect for our rental pontoon, and no steps to the lake! A slice of heaven for sure.

The water by the dock is shallow for bigger boats but is in great condition. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying here.The only thing we would change is the futon in the living room is hard and uncomfortable. Fishing was great and there is plenty of wildlife around, a doe with her dawn.

The sunset was amazing. We enjoyed the use of the paddle boat that was there. We also saw plenty of deer around the property and the even on the shoreline of the lake. The only thing that was disappointing was the place was not very clean. We did spend time cleaning each room. There were quite a few cobwebs. The window sills were very dirty, so we did not open any of the windows. We did use the air conditioner because it was very warm a couple of the days. We cleaned the filter in it, as it was very dirty. It is a very cute and efficient cottage, but the maintenance could have been better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To get away from the city and to stay in a cute little cabin, on a lake in the woods was truly restful and refreshing. It was so quiet! We saw eagles flying and swooping over the lake, deer grazed at our cabin everyday and the stars were so bright it felt like one could almost touch them. We rented a fishing boat and although the fish weren't biting, we just enjoyed being on the lake watching our bobbers or riding around. The cabin was exactly as described. Clean, cute and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Thank you for a rejuvenating getaway. We will definitely come again.
