Property was as advertised. Pleased with location and space and amenities in the condo. Had to leave early after only three nights due to tropical storm Debby and flooding/ tornado warnings. Owner was not flexible with refund due to Tropical storm, which was very disappointing. In talks with Vrbo to hopefully receive some sort of refund.

A great place right on the beach. Unit was clean and had space for 5 adults. Nancy was available with any questions. Note: you will need to turn main water valve on, located in hall bathroom in closet. Bring your own beach towels & chairs, there are none. Parking was easily accessible.

Absolutely Amazing!!

Our stay was amazing!! The condo was absolutely beautiful!! The views from the balcony are breathtaking! Everything was just as pictured!! Check in was very easy. If we had a question Nancy was very easy to reach and very quick to respond! Our family made lots of memories on this trip and are looking forward to our next trip!! Wonderful Beach Spot!!

Nancy’s place was just as advertised! It was very clean, kitchen was very well stocked with anything you could need for cooking. Two options for coffee makers, which we have a 1yr old and 4yr old so more coffee the better! The kids slept great in the beds and so did we in the primary room. Check in and out was a breeze! Nancy absolutely puts a personal touch on her listing and communications! We will be back, if she will have us 😀

Clean, cozy condo in excellent location!

Condo was very clean with everything needed for fun family beach vacation. Excellent location right on the beach. Beachfront pool that was very private and never crowded. Sand just a quick elevator ride away. Owner Nancy was easy to reach and very helpful. Would stay again!

Wonderful Labor Day weekend

This condo is great! It had everything we needed and it's in a perfect location for us. The beach was not very crowded and it was easy to get in/out of the building and parking lot. The unit was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was great; we had a small problem with the TV and she answered my question within a few minutes and solved the problem. Check-out was fast and easy. I would definitely stay here again and we were very pleased with everything.

Beautiful Views

We loved our stay in this condo! The owner was very responsive whenever we had questions. The place was a great size (4 adults and 2 kids) and we spent hours on the balcony. The views are perfect! They have a great stash of games and even had some boogie boards for the kids to use. It is close to Barefoot Landing and not far from Broadway at the Beach for great places to eat and some different things to do. The only down side was not having laundry in the room, but we knew ahead to bring coins for the hallway washer/dryer. Overall we highly recommend staying here!

Nancy was great to work with. She responded very quickly to any questions I had. We love the view from the balcony. Nice location and beautiful condo. I would stay here again. The only negative was I thought the washer and dryer were inside the condo but it is actually in a laundry room in the hall for the whole floor to use.

The condo unit is nice and and as advertised. Clean, comfortable and has everything needed in the kitchen, the smart TVs were great for the kids. The view from the main balcony with the high chairs is amazing. The beach is great and not over-crowded in front of the condo. Sweet summertime in North Myrtle Beach

This was an amazing property beautifully decorated directly on the beach. The property owner was very helpful throughout with extra touches of where to eat and things to do. We will definitely be booking this property in the future. I must add the master bedroom had the most comfortable bed and pillows. I slept like a baby away for home.

Great location and great owners!

The condo was perfect for what we needed. We were going down for a softball tournament and a partial beach vacation. The location was great, literally a few steps from the beach. The owner was great to work with. Very responsive through text messaging. The pool wasn’t open due to COVID-19 but the ocean was so close and warm, we didn’t even miss the pool. Definitely would recommend this rental.

My husband and I have been taking annual family beach vacations with our children, since we got married. Now that our children are married and have children, we decided to find a place we can call our Home Away From Home and we absolutely fell in love with this 3BR spacious unit with a spacious dining/living area that accommodates our growing family! The panoramic views of the ocean everywhere you look is simply breathtaking and we're only steps to the beach, plus the LOCATION is 5 star!. This unit is everything we need and we hope it blesses all who stay here!

We love to get together as a family at the beach. This condo checked all our boxes; Spacious living & dining area, large kitchen w/bar; an end unit, plenty of parking spaces, allows golf carts, grilling area with picnic table, shower outside, panoramic views of ocean and LOVE the location of this unit! We walked to Barefoot Landing, did wine tasting, shopped, ate and just had a great time! A golf cart rental is across the street and this unit has everything we wanted for entertaining our grandkids and offering plenty of adult fun, as well! The beach is crowded to our left & right, but very private where we are. We hope you will love it as much as we do!

This unit is on the end offering panoramic views of the ocean; It's on the 3rd floor and the building has an elevator, which makes it very convenient. It's in a perfect location offering restaurants, entertainment, winery, shopping & golfing within walking distance of our unit. It's also a golf cart ride to Main St, where you'll find plenty of entertainment and great restaurants for everyone!
