Stop Your Search Here...You found the best place!

This place is perfect and has everything you need. Location 1 block from the beach, super clean and cheerful condo, reserved parking, comfortable beds, beach chairs/towels/umbrella, as well as a full kitchen with supplies. The host is very helpful and quick to respond. Save yourself a lot of time! Stop your search! If you want to have the perfect Naples vacation ....just rent this place!

Perfect Location

This property is a minute walk to the 13th Avenue South beach, a 2 minute walk to 3rd Street shopping & dining and a 10 minute walk to 5th Street shopping & dining. The unit has been recently remodeled and updated (but could use a few more coffee mugs and wine glasses), is well maintained and serviced. There is a nice pool and laundry facilities onsite (be sure to get the laundry room code). For me - the entire property lacked personal/ individual outdoor space - as one cannot leave sandy beach chairs or shoes outside their unit's door nor are there chairs to just sit outside one's unit and enjoy the sun. Perhaps the HOA would consider some more common area in the courtyard with some additional seating or opening up the second story meeting room to be more of an open air veranda?

Fantastic Location & Comfy Stay

We had a great stay. Steps to the beach and a very short walk to olde Naples. We’ve come to Naples the last five years, and we’ll be returning to this location for sure! Unit is updated, clean, comfy and convenient. Easy communication with host / check-in etc.

This condo is in an amazing location to the beach. Newly updated for an old motel.

The property is updated and well stocked with beach towels chairs etc. In a great location to the beach. The only downfall was it was storming when we arrived and the door entry code was incorrect in what they sent us. We had to get a hold of someone to find out they “updated” the code but never bothered to alert us and we were soaked by the time we got in. Otherwise would recommend the condo. Although in a very dated motel converted to condos the individual condo was newly updated and clean.

Perfect location!

All around, this is a beautiful property. So glad we choose to stay here rather than a hotel. Would stay here again and again next time we visit Naples. The beach is a super short walk, the condo is clean and it has beautiful decor. The communication with the property manager was great, he ensured we checked in ok. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Location!!

We have friends that live in the area and we know the location is sublimely perfect!! A unique vintage property amidst lovely large homes, and steps to the best dining and shopping....Quaint and perfect. The condo is tiny but extremely well done, nice finishes, the secondary bath could use a little more surface area for necessities girls enjoy. The master was ample with a nice glide bar shower. It shows that the owners take pride in this little gem. We enjoyed the Saturday Market, and the beach just 1 block away... rented a golf cart to tour all of Gulf Shore Drive. I return to the Studio in January...!

Really, Really Nice Unit

This was a Really, Really Nice Unit #***. It is new, clean and really updated. The location is outstanding. WIFI, TV's, everything you could want. You can't pick a better location and like I said the unit was great. The pictures are actually very accurate. Five Star except... Our only bad experience was the master king bed frame had been broken by the previous guests and was supported by a gallon paint can and 5 pieces of shower tile. At 3AM all of that broke with a loud crash and the mattress sagged in the middle and the bottom of the bed. The agent that we were dealing with understood it was a problem and was kind enough to allow us to check out at 2PM instead of 10AM the last day. That was his way of apologizing for the bed issue. Much appreciated. I would stay there again and again! Oh...they have a new bed on order.

Family Time

Went with my husband, daughter and grandson who is a month shy of 2. The location was amazing. Quick walk to the beach and Naples pier. Also easy walking distances to food, shopping and a great park for kids. The unit looks exactly like the pictures. There is laundry on site, but was always being used when I went to use it. The beach chairs and umbrella was nice to have to go to the beach. There wasn't much for kids here so make sure you have what you need for babies/toddlers. It would be nice to have a wagon or something to take all of our stuff to the beach, but we managed. The pool was great!! Not over crowded and plenty of seating. There is a larger parking lot right next to the building so it can get a little loud at times, but nothing that lasted very long. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place and great location!

We had a great stay in Naples. The property was updated exceptionally well with a refreshing beach vibe/ decor. It was very clean and safe, and It had all the amenities necessary for our trip. In addition to the wonderful place, the entire process was seamless, from booking to checkin. The owner and property manager communicated very timely and informative information. Thanks for a great stay and we would definitely stay here again when in the Naples area!

Quiet getaway

This is the perfect place if you want access to the beach and an opportunity to walk to restaurants and shops. You cannot view the beach but it is literally across the street. The condo is spotless and the hospitality from the hosts is superb.

Stayed Feb 2020 - beautifully renovated, wonderful location and owner/managment

We stayed with our 2 young kids and had a great time. The property was beautifully renovated. It is only 2 blocks from ocean which was wonderful! Great beach right by Naples Pier. Also 2 blocks from numerous restaurants. Felt like a very safe area. Used the pool a few times and had it to ourselves. The real estate agent who manages the property met us at check in and made sure we had everything we needed. Ordered us coffee and to go coffee cups through Instacart same night. Would definitely recommend this property and hope to return again soon.

Best unit in the Mariner

Fantastic place to stay if you want 3rd street location close to beach. Everything is walking distance. Unit is beautifully renovated and impeccably clean. Has everything you need including plenty of beach towels and 2 beach chairs. Property manager met us at check-in and was very helpful. Communication before check-in was excellent. Bottled water and wine in the fridge! Such a nice touch after a long day of travel.

Amazing gem!

This place is as gorgeous as it looks in the pictures, but what you may not be able to tell is the phenomenal location. 1 block from the beach, 1 block from an amazing strip of restaurants and shops on 3rd St S., stunning neighborhood... The foot shower felt like a personal one it was so close, the first floor location was excellent - no steps to deal with. Didn’t use the pool, but it looked very nice. The owners thought of everything - provided Tommy Bahama beach chairs with a matching umbrella, plenty of beach towels, provided coffee for us, soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. This may be standard for rentals, but this was our first VRBO experience and we were blown away. Seriously can’t wait to come back!
