Die Villa verfügt über einen großen Wohnbereich, perfekt für eine große Familie oder eine Gruppe von Freunden, die ihren Urlaub in gemütlicher Atmosphäre genießen können geeignet.
365 Tage im Jahr genießen Sie die Salzwasserpool und Jacuzzi in einem tropischen Garten. Die Villa ist so gut gestaltet, dass jeder Gast seine Privatsphäre in einem der 5 Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad genießen kann.
Sie müssen sich um nichts kümmern; Villa Toali bietet allen modernen Komfort:

Perfect location for perfect holidays

Just coming home to Germany and missing one of the most beautiful places for perfect holidays: Villa Toali! From the first moment we (7 persons including 4 adult children) enjoyed our holidays. Nolwenn was so kind to buy some food and drinks for us – every thing was very well prepared. The house is amazing – much more impressive than the photos are able to show! Four comfortable and very big rooms with first class beds and extremely high level of cleanliness - we are feeling like in a five star hotel – not least because Juana comes every day and cleaned the house in a very comfortably and discreetly way. I felt pampered like a queen. The pool with the fantastic illumination is the best place to relax in the evening after dinner. Nolwenn organized a meeting with Nicolas from Flora Tours – we can only recommend his fantastic excursions, meanly the trip on a horse to the El Limon Waterfalls! If you stay in Villa Toali you don't need a car. Every place is reachable by a short walk. All supermarkets offer a home delivery. Las Terranes is not yet affected by mass tourism, you can find little bars and restaurants and really native shops. All people are very friendly and not intrusive. To explore the beaches and other places go to Fun Rental (thanks to Nolwenn for this reccomendation), you' ll get a perfect service: the Quad was delivered to us right to the door! So from our sight: there isn't any slightest reason to criticize – we had perfect 14 days! By the way, the five-hour-transit to Punta Cana Airport was the icing on a cake: The trip from Samana to Santo Domingo and along the South Coast showed us, that Samana was the best choice! Thank you Nolwenn!

Convenient location

Everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Quiet spot, tucked away down an alley. Kitchen cabinets need upgrading, as some of the doors were falling off, and the outside shower near the pool had a leak that sprayed a lot of water into the air. I would stay here again.

Villa needs better maintenance

We booked this villa because on the online pictures it looked beautiful and clean. When we got there for our surprise, the Villa needs to be re-painted, floor needs to be polish, pool area needs improvement (no lights by the pool area and the surrounding walls were disgusting with black stain all around it). The. Staff was super friendly and helpful but the Villa itself needs more attention and updates. Furniture is super uncomfortable made out of cement. Location: great location close to the beach

Beautiful, peaceful and fun!

We stayed February 19-24 with 7 adults and 2 kids. The Villa is clean, well appointed, secure and a short walk to the beach, town, supermarket and restaurants. Everything we needed was at hand. Alma was wonderful and was willing to answer all of our questions and make recommendations as needed. We did excursions to El Limon, Playa Rincon and Whale watching with Santi, who was recommended by Alma. Do not miss these excursions, they were wonderful and the highlight of our trip! We did go to the closest beach twice with the kids (ages 6 and 10) and they were perfectly content, although I can see that at times, the surf is rough there. We did not have any need to rent an ATV, but if we had stayed a day or two longer, I would recommend it to explore the other beaches that are nearby, but a long walk away. Do be cautious about electricity use, though! We were very conscientious of this and only one couple used air conditioning in their bedroom at night only and we still owed $50 US at the end of the stay which had to be paid in dollars or pesos before leaving. The pool pump seems to run a lot and I think that contributes to it, but just a warning so you don't have an unpleasant surprise. With 9 people in the house, we expected we would go over the allotment, so we were not surprised and actually happy it was as low as it was. Overall, I highly recommend this villa and can't wait to return! Alma and Eunice were very attentive and responsive leading up to and during the trip. Niña, the cleaning lady was also wonderful. We couldn't have asked for more!

The place to truly rest

Overall great experience. Alma the host is very responsive and attentive and the house is in good condition. We had a maid coming everyday (included in the house fee) and she was awesome as well. It is located in a very quiet street and neighborhood, walking distance to the beach (FYI, the beach close to the house isn't kids friendly) restaurants and other shopping areas. We rented a four wheeler to go around town (it is safe to do so as everyone is on scooters). Highly recommend visit other locations if you are in for an adventure, otherwise staying in the house is the closest to the perfect vacation. Few things to note of you are visiting: * WiFi isn't great so don't plan on working on your stay, better grabbit a drink and sit by the pool. * The supermarket is within walking distance, people around town will tell you is far but not even 30 min by foot. * Hiring a chef/cook is a plus. * Not a beachfront house but 5 min walk. Other than that be ready to truly disconnect from your routine and have a peaceful vacation.

Amazing House, Close to Everything

I have stayed a few houses in Las Terrenas and so far this one has been the best. Spacious, open-air house, high ceilings and plenty of room for a group of friends - you won't feel crowded. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable (they do provide soap but you might want to bring shampoo). The pool and grounds were beautiful, well kept and offer an abundance of privacy - a perfect place to relax and enjoy a few drinks. Alma, the property manager, was responsive and extremely helpful and the night guard was quiet and discreet. The location could not be much better - basically everything is within walking distance - stores, restaurants, beach etc. Overall an outstanding experience - I will be going back.

Very nice house, close to the beach, the pool is a must !!!

The house is nice of pictures and as nice where you are there ! It was very clean and the house keeping is the best. Alma was so helpful, for the house and for everything to do around Las Terrenas. We liked visiting the most beautiful beaches you can see in your life, no kidding :: Coson (eat at Luis, you won't regret it) , Playa Bonita and even more. The horse back riding to go to El Limon is a good plan and also the Mangroves national park !!! Good restaurants :: Casa Azul, El Lugar for sure. We really appreciated negociating with the local fisherman in the village at 10 am. You can get local fish and seafood fresh and at the good price. I definitely recommend Villa Toali for your vacation !!! Enjoy :)

Beautiful Villa in a great location.

We spent our final week of a three week vacation at Villa Toali. The Villa is in a great location , close to several excellent dining locations , walking distance to the grocery store and all the local beach and pubs. The Villa itself was outstanding, it was clean and very private and very safe( it comes with an armed security guard). After having been married the week prior it was a great place to unwind and chill out. The pool was immaculate and it was cleaned daily as was the Villa. Alma and Eunice were both very helpful and we never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a reply when we contacted them. We would not hesitate to return to Villa Toali in the future.

Super !

Nous avons passé 10 jours à la villa avec un couple d'amis + enfants. La maison est telle que décrite dans l'annonce.Elle est très spacieuse et pratique avec ses nombreux rangements. Le coin repas est agréable sur la terrasse avec le bbq. Les chambres sont grandes et la literie confortable. La villa est très bien tenue par Nina (femme de ménage) ainsi que le jardin par Gabriel. Elma nous a très bien accueilli et répond à la moindre sollicitation si besoin. Au niveau de la situation, la plage et le centre ville est à 100m. Une voiture n'est pas forcement necessaire. Super !

Nous avons loué la villa toali avec des amis avec enfants. Nous n'avons pas ete déçus car la villa est telle que décrite. La maison est spacieuse, elle possède de nombreux rangements et le coin repas/salon avec barbecue à ete très apprécié. Au niveau extérieur, belle piscine avec beau jardin. Très bon entretien. Nous n.hesiterons pas à louer cette villa si nous retournons à Las terrenas car elle possède également un très bon emplacement : au calme, près des commerces et de la plage. Merci pour l'accueil d'alma et sa disponibilité. La prise en charge du ménage par Nina est également sans faille. Armelle, Sabrina, bruno et Fred.

well managed and beautiful villa

We booked the villa under the previous owner and were the second renters under Alma, the new owner and manager. The villa is beautiful, and with the wonderful staff support, fits the need of private space and easy holiday living. We used chef Daniel for a number of three course dinners, all spectacular and provided in the comfort of our patio. The villa includes three hours housekeeping per day as well regular pool and lawn service. Alma is a professional property manager and was extremely helpful in her resources for excursions and local needs. My strong recommendation is to use her transport from Santo Domingo. We rented two cars and wished we had taken the easy choice of a ride. The property needs a few minor repairs and Alma had those well in hand. There are a few niggles that are just based on life in the Dominican Republic. The power cuts occasionally and internet connectivity comes and go as bandwidth is available. The villa sits on a small unpaved road, about a 5 minute walk to the beach. We would recommend the excursion to El Limon and quads on the coffee route. Alma's husband also runs deep sea fishing if that is of interest.

Charming Villa -- Great Location!

Just got back from the Toali Villa where I stayed six days with my family (two teenagers (19, 15) and my parents who are in their late 70s. We had a blast! The property did not appear too big for our family of five. The villa is perfectly located (two-minute walk to the main road) which is across from the beach and close to the fish market, town center, french bakery and top restaurants what where featured in tripadvisor (El lugar, Zu, Pizza Coco to name a few). The villa is well kept and furnished. The owner, Nolwenn runs a very smooth operations from the maid, the pool man, the security guard and the cook everyone came around like clock work and were very discrete. A big thank you to Fabiole the maid and Daniel the cook who is amazing. He cooked for us three course meals almost every night. There is nothing like having a home cook meal after a long day of travel or sightseeing. We spent most of our evenings by the sitting area close to the pool, great place for family bounding. I would definitely recommend staying at the Villa Toali and would love to go back.

magnifique

Nous avons passé 2 semaines formidable dans la villa toali qui était conforme à l'annonce, tout le confort était disponible. La piscine était la bien venu surtout avec les températures élevées que nous avons eu. La villa est très bien située à 3 mn de la plage et de 2 restaurants dont le El Lugar qui est parfait, 4 mn du marché au poisson, 6 mn du centre ville dans lequel on retrouve tout le nécessaire et à 15 mn du super marché, le vhl n'est pas nécessaire. La propriétaire Nolwenn est très gentille et disponible pour tous renseignements et donne de bon conseil (excursion avec flora tours 6 mn de la villa). Nous y retourneront avec grand plaisir.

Excellent Villa - Booked Last Minute

Our families wanted a last-minute weekend getaway so we found Villa Toali and Nolwenn (the owner) and booked the property in time for the weekend. Very functional and comfortable villa; clean and new as well. We wanted to be "non-beach front" in a private and gated home, yet close enough to the beach and all that Las Terrenas has to offer ... this was the perfect home. We would return and highly recommend the villa to others. Thank you Nolwenn.

Maison très agréable

La villa Toali est une maison vraiment très agréable, avec son confort (chaque chambre possède sa salle de bain, lits king size dans deux des chambres très confortables), ses grands espaces, sa terrasse dans le prolongement du séjour, le coin apéro... La piscine est adaptée pour les enfants car elle possède une grande plage peu profonde. La maison est très bien située, à 200 m à peine des superbes plages, et à peine plus loin se trouvent de nombreux petits commerces, pharmacies... La voiture n'est pas indispensable et il y a de nombreux taxis. La propriétaire Nolwen est très accueillante et se met en quatre pour satisfaire vos envies; nous avons notamment beaucoup apprécié les cuisiniers qui nous ont concocté de bons petits plats tous les soirs. Bref un super séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir!!!

Nous avons passé 12 jours à las terreras, nous avons ADORE!! La maison est super bien placée, à 3 min de la plage à pied et à 3 min des commerces à pied aussi. les chambres sont spacieuses, la déco très sympa. Nous avions pris le cuisinier tous les soirs, un vrai régal!!! Quant aux proprio adorables!!! c'est sur on reviendra!! Convient parfaitement aux familles ou au séjour entre amis.

Perfect for our young family

We stayed at Vila Toali on Easter Weekend 2012 (ignore the date above) and it was perfect for us. We had three young children and Nolween and the staff were outstanding. The home is beautiful, well equipped and very open. Nolween helped us find a driver to take us from SDQ as well as around Las Terrenas and a private chef and babysitter and made it really easy on a family with three kids under the age of four. We hope to return soon.

For years we always would visit family and travel around Santo Domingo. However, approximately 5 years ago we planned a trip to Santo Domingo and decided to explore out and visit Las Terrenas. We fell utterly in love with the town! So much so that we decided to by this beautiful, well located villa.

There is so much to do in Las Terrenas. This villa is within walking distance to the beach, fishermen's market, and center of town. You can explore out or just stay in and enjoy sitting by the pool with your family.
