Great location, well supplied with comfortable bed.

It was a lovely property in a nice neighborhood. We had a few glitches but the owner was very accommodating. My family had a great time and we would rent it again

Beautiful property perfect for our 40th Birthday celebration

Jeff was a fantastic host and was very communicative. The property was just as described and I felt it had a good amount of privacy for being on a golf course. The location on the cul de sac was perfect. The amenities were plentiful and laid out very clearly in the house info document. Check in and out was a breeze as well. I would recommend this property for families or friends, my two children under 10 loved the house and pool. We would be happy to stay again in the future.

Perfect for Families and/or Friends

My family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights and had a great time. Jeff was very responsive and the house was well-described. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house with gorgeous views of PGA West

We had a wonderful stay at Jeff’s place. We spent most of our time in the pool as it was 120 degrees during our stay. It was hot but the pool made it all bearable. There were plenty of floaties for all ages to enjoy in the pool. The umbrellas made for great shade. The barbecue made for a nice evening dinner. The kids enjoyed taking some evening rides on the golf cart which was an added bonus. The casita was lovely...the teens felt like they had their own space away from the adults. We’ll definitely be back!

A week of fun and relaxing in the pool!

We had such a great time during our stay. The house was stocked with all that we needed. The pool was amazing especially with the available umbrellas that provided enough shade for us to enjoy the hot summer days. All the rooms were comfortable and clean. The casita was perfect for some additional privacy as well. The location was nice and quiet and the scenery was beautiful. Everyone had an amazing time and we look forward to our next visit! Thanks so much for the much-needed getaway!

Can’t wait to return with my family

My husband and I hosted our adult children and our grandchildren for 3 nights in January. Lots to do and plenty of room to do it in! Location was ideal for a family gathering in the desert. Enjoyed it so much.

Magnificent Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Jeff's home. Beautiful home, great location and comfortable quiet neighborhood. Jeff was super responsive to any inquiries we had. The instructions he provided were the most detailed we have seen - from operating the A/C to where the patio chairs and BBQ were stored. We have stayed in many VRBO and AirBnB properties worldwide, but never have we encountered a home more stocked than this - from fully stocked pantry, ample towels to bikes we could use. Due to the unusually cold weather the week we were there, we did not have much chance to enjoy the outside patio, nor did we use the pool or Jacuzzi. It wasn't until the last couple of day the weather got better. By then, we didn't want to leave.

Amazing

Fantastic home in a quiet private setting, on the golf course. Perfect for two couples. Owner Jeff was amazing to deal with, replied very promptly. Everything went smoothly. We would recommend this home to all our friends and family. Looking forward to returning next year.

Awesome Getaway

The property was amazing and Jeff is very accommodating in making sure everything is perfect. We had a wonderful refreshing visit and to be able to sit on the lawn behind the house and watch the Desert Classic Golf tournament was AWESOME!! The house was clean and well stocked with everything we would need. The BBQ was perfect for my wife and I and our two friends and the beds were very comfortable. Overall this place has tons to offer and plenty of quiet if that is what you are looking for.

Feels like Home Away from Home!

We were happy to be able to rent this wonderful home for a week in March 2016, as we had stayed here twice before and absolutely love everything about the place! In fact, we will be returning to the house again for a week in August 2016. The owners are very accommodating and juggle their own schedules around, in order to 'free up' the place for the dates we are requesting. The house is always spotless; in fact, the kitchen has just been renovated, and new flooring has recently been installed. The quiet location, at the end of the cul-de-sac is certainly a bonus, as are the beautiful sunsets we enjoy from the patio every night. We are counting down the days until our return!

Second Stay as Wonderful as the First!

My family of four rented the house in March, and we enjoyed our stay so much that we returned in July with my sister and her family. Even though there were 8 of us staying together, there was plenty of space for us all to unwind and re-connect. With the pool, spa and mountain views, both adults and teens spent the majority of our time outside! The house is well-equipped with everything one needs to cook, entertain and relax. We loved the new BBQ! The owners, their property manager and the man who maintains the pool are all very pleasant and quick to respond to concerns and answer any questions; emails are promptly replied to, and deposits are returned as promised. We would highly recommend this property!

Rental house

This house was amazing!! Spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you needed. The view onto the golf course was beautiful, and the pool and hot tub were steps away from the back door. There was a private guest house, with a full bathroom too. Loved it! Thank you

Amazing location on the golf course, great pool and wonderful house for our family..

My wife and I just stayed at this property with our two young children. I couldn't have imagined a more comfortable home, perfect pool, and postcard-setting location. It sits at the very end of a private road with a large and open green space with picture perfect views of the golf course. I would absolutely stay here again and only wish we could have stayed longer.

Nice house, great pool, thinly furnished

A very nice rental home with a wonderful pool & patio. Pristine neighborhood, golf is available but other facilities (ie tennis) are not. Two mountain bikes are available for use and good quality. Owners were easy to deal with and accommodating. Only knock is that the house is somewhat thinly furnished and rental like - it has most of what you would need, but nothing additional (especially the kitchen).

Family Spring Break

Very nice home, owners are easy to work with, excellent location. We will definitely consider this as a future family vacation rental, or perfect spot for three couples that like to golf.

PGA Home

The home was very nice and we enjoyed ourselves very much. The weather was beauitful too. I have two comments. Number one, the property needs a new grill. The one available is to small and not very clean and nice looking. Number two, It would have been nice to have two lounge chairs instead of just one. Most of the time you are spending time in the sun with another friend or family member and with just one lounge chair that was hard. Again, we had a great time.

Wow - A++ Property

This beautiful house couldn't have suited my family any better. We had so much fun in the pool and the hot tub was the perfect way to relax in the evenings. The house was very clean and had all the amenities I could have hoped for on a vacation. I can't say enough good things. There were plenty of toys for our kids to play with (which was a huge plus because we travel with only a few) and we loved being able to easily see the pool from the kitchen when they were swimming. This property had a beautiful view of the golf course as well. I would highly recommend this property and hope to vacation there again soon!
