Southwinds Condo-Einheit verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer und 1,5 Bäder. Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett, das andere hat zwei große Betten.
Über 1.100 Quadratmeter, sehr geräumig und vor kurzem renoviert.
Tolle Lage mitten in allem. Wohnung ist 2 Blocks vom "T". Parken Sie Ihr Auto und müssen Sie nie verlassen. Gehen Sie zum "Hangout", "Pink Pony", "Shrimp Basket", "Bahama Bobs", "The Steamer", um nur einige zu nennen. Eine großartige Aussicht auf die wunderschönen weißen Sandstrände und den Golf von Mexiko. Einkaufen ist auch alles zu Fuß erreichbar.
Großes Vorderdeck mit Tisch und Stühlen, auf dem Sie sich zurücklehnen und den Golf betrachten oder die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge beobachten können. Leicht zu Fuß zum Strand, nur überqueren Sie die Straße und Ihre Zehen sind im Sand. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich an der Ecke des Beach Blvd. und 2nd St.
Die meisten öffentlichen Aktivitäten sind am Strand direkt vor unserer Wohnung. Alles, was Sie tun müssen, ist nur überqueren, keine Probleme beim Fahren / Parken. Oder, wenn Sie es vorziehen, können Sie einfach mit einem kalten Getränk auf dem Vorderdeck sitzen und der Musik lauschen und den Leuten beim Vorbeigehen zusehen. Es ist großartig!! Die Stadt Gulf Shores hat die Phasen 1 und 2 von Gulf Place abgeschlossen.
Es gibt einen Pool am nördlichen Ende der Wohnungseinheit. Der Pool ist jedes Jahr von Oktober bis April geschlossen.

Family Vacation

Lived up to its billing as an ideal location. Was able to walk to just about everything that we wanted to and even when a drive was necessary, it was central enough to make it easy. Clean and well kept. We will absolutely be trying to stay here again next year.

Perfect location in Gulf Shores!

My husband and I and our teenage daughter stayed here for three nights, and it was the perfect location for us! The beds were comfortable, and it had everything that we needed! We would not hesitate to stay here again if we were in Gulf Shores. Also, communication with the hosts was very quick, and they were quite accommodating.

Gulf Shores Condo Review

We loved the condo and enjoyed our stay. Great location and the condo is nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable. Would have given this 5 stars if dishes and silverware were cleaner. Also no dishwasher tabs or dish soap were provided. We would definitely stay again!

Birthday getaway

Took my granddaughter to OWA water park in Foley, AL. It was the perfect location. Just a short drive to the water park and just steps away from the beach. I got the best of both worlds. Everything was clean and really I didn’t have to buy anything but food. Would love to come back and stay here. Thank you!

Great location, but stinky stay.

Great location. Great communication from property owners. Unfortunately the condo has a strong human urine smell downstairs. Sandy floors upstairs. Huge cockroach running across the living room floor and a centipede on one of the pillows that my daughter was sleeping in!

Amazing Location

This unit was very clean and the location right across from beautiful white beach wad unsurpassed. We walked to various places. The night life was entertaining while sitting on the front deck every night.

Perfect spot for our family to enjoy the beautiful beach!

We had an awesome long weekend for our first visit to Gulf Shores and the South Winds condo was perfect for us! So close to the beach, literally pack up and walk down one flight of stairs and across the street. Right down the block from shopping, restaurants, ice cream, etc. Our kids enjoyed eating breakfast on the front patio table and swam in the condo pool for a break from the sand and waves! Loved being able to do laundry, make a few easy meals in the kitchen, and park our car right down the one flight of stairs for super easy access to come and go. Condo is very clean, has most everything you could need, and location can’t be beat!

Amazing Location!

We loved our stay at this property! It was clean and well taken care of. It’s proximity to the beach was so convenient; your toes are in the sand within 2 minutes of walking out the door. We also loved that we could comfortably walk to everything in town. We’d definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location, Fantastic Rental!

Our stay at this property was awesome! The location couldn’t have been more perfect. Just steps away from the beautiful white sand Gulf shores and in the center of all the attractions! We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this one definitely gets 5 stars! The owners are extremely nice and made everything so smooth for our trip! Excellent Location and Rental Property

We had an amazing trip! This property is in the perfect location, walking distance to everything and right across from the beach. Family Beach Vacation

This property was absolutely wonderful!! We love SouthWinds Condo because of the amazing location!! It’s a quick walk across the street to the beach, it’s basically like you’re staying on the beach side. Being able to walk to souvenir shops and local restaurants is the best!!! We’ve stayed further down the beach and driving everywhere isn’t ideal all the time. The condo is great, it had everything we needed and was as advertised. Beds were comfy and it had a great beachy feel. We love sitting on the porch in the mornings and at night just watching people and listening to the beach. The owners are very quick to respond, and even let us check in early after our 13 hour drive which we thought was amazing of them!! You won’t be disappointed staying here and you won’t ever want to stay anywhere else!!! We won’t 😊
