Betreten Sie dieses geräumige dreistöckige Stadthaus in einem Foyer mit Sitzbänken und entfernen Sie das Außenmaterial. Durch das Foyer und auf der rechten Seite führt eine Halle zu einer halben Badewanne und dem Wäscheschrank mit gestapelter Waschmaschine / Trockner, aber weiter geradeaus zum Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich sowie zur Tür zum Achterdeck. Das Wohnzimmer bietet zwei Sofas, einen Kamin und einen Flachbildfernseher. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über eine Mikrowelle und einen Geschirrspüler. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für sechs Personen und vier weitere Hocker in der Nähe der Küchentheke. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Klimaanlage im Essbereich, um diese Ebene des Stadthauses zu kühlen.

Vom Wohnzimmer aus gehen Sie die Treppe hinunter zu einem zweiten Wohnbereich mit Flachbildfernseher, zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Gemeinschaftsbad. Das Schlafzimmer auf der rechten Seite bietet Platz für zwei Etagenbetten, während das Schlafzimmer auf der linken Seite ein Queensize-Bett bietet. Das Vollbad befindet sich bequem zwischen den Schlafzimmern.

Gehen Sie zurück in die Haupteinstiegsebene und gehen Sie nach oben, um zwei weitere Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad und Klimaanlage zu finden. Das Hauptschlafzimmer auf der rechten Seite hat ein französisches Bett. Das letzte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten.

Genießen Sie die Mitgliedschaft im Forest Ridge Club House mit Innenpool, beheiztem Außenpool, Tennisplätzen und einer Terrasse mit Blick auf einen privaten Teich. Der Loon Mountain ist nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt und an Wochenenden und Feiertagen in der Saison wird ein Shuttlebus angeboten.

Der Pool und der Fitnessclub sind möglicherweise aufgrund mechanischer oder physischer Wartung für kurze Zeit nicht verfügbar. Die Zulassung kann wegen Nichteinhaltung der Clubregeln verweigert werden.

We contacted the management company and they quickly resolved the first of a fry pan. As we enjoy cooking and we were a small group we made do. The area is gorgeous, and very quiet during our stay. The pools were refreshing and although we didn't use it the exercise room looked nice.The club house also offers games, puzzles and books to borrow.

Worked for our last minute needs

We had a small issue of not getting the lockbox code via email due to not having service, but we were able to call and get it easily from the office. We booked pretty last minute so it was too big for our needs, but nice to have the space. It did have a musty smell, especially the lower basement level though we didnt need it. I wouldn't sleep down there or want anyone else to if we had needed the space. Everything was clean,instructions were clear. I do wish we had gotten 2 keys and that there were some homey touches as it felt very sparce.Overall it worked extremely well for our needs

Family Getaway

Property was wonderful, we loved how close we were to Loon Mountain, river, and shops. On the second day of our stay, we noticed late at night we didn't have hot water, the property manager was quick to respond and offered alternative resources until the problem was fixed. Water heating company came by first thing in the morning next day. We were very impressed and happy on how quickly the problem was addressed. Planning to go back again in wintertime and will recommend 100%!

Great Location in the Mountains

Perfect location for enjoying the mountains and lots of room for 4 adults, 4 teens, and 2 dogs. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the condo had a slight musty/cleaning chemical smell, and the pool/fitness area had to be closed early because it didn't have enough staff the nights we were there. Overall though, I would recommend it for a nice mountain getaway.

Four Generations Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great bonding family vacation at Forest Ridge. My Daughter, Granddaughter and two Great Grandsons, and our 2 chihuahuas were able to really relax and enjoy the peace and beauty of the White Mountains even though it rained every day. We made the best of it by just being together and laughing and making beautiful memories. I've been coming up to the White Mountains for the last 50 years. It's the one place we can truly relax and find peace. It was great to see how happy my daughter and her daughter were to see my Great Grandsons enjoying the same things they used to do when they were the boys' ages. We went to Clark's Trading Post and had a great time. We also went to Story Land and the Squam Lakes Science Center. Again, both days were downpours, but it didn't matter because we were all together and had so many laughs. This wouldn't have been possible in a cramped hotel room. It was nice to each have our own separate bedrooms and to be able to cook our meals and relax, instead of rushing out to a restaurant for every meal. We did enjoy going out to eat breakfast at Flap Jacks. The food was delicious and the boys loved the little train that circled the entire restaurant. We hope to be able to rent the same unit again either this Summer or in the Fall. The boys really looked forward to swimming in the indoor pool every day after spending the days outside. The Loon Reservation staff were very kind and helpful. Thank you for everything

Overall it was fine, however the bathrooms could use grab bars and something in the bottom of the tub. It was very slippery. We had to put a hand towel down.

Great location. Quiet area. Smoke space for 9 of us (8 adults and 1 child). Large unit.

Excellent Unit. A Great Deal of Room. Good Location

Overall impression was very good. A very minor complaint was that there was no outdoor grill, and no outdoor seating areas at the unit. It is hard to cook hamburgers and hot dogs on a stove top. Maybe, they can not have this for insurance purposes. If I had known, I would have brought a small propane stove I have at home.
