Genießen Sie dieses geräumige, kürzlich renovierte einstöckige 3-2-Haus für acht Personen. Der private Pool ist für Herbstgäste beheizt. Die gewölbten Decken mit Himmelbeleuchtung unterstreichen dieses luxuriöse Haus. Der Zugang zum Strand ist einen halben Block am Ende der Straße mit Einrichtungen. Dieses Haus befindet sich mitten im Unterhaltungs- und Restaurantviertel. Kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Haus mit Platz für vier Fahrzeuge. Dies ist eine der besten Eigenschaften für den Preis auf der Insel!

Der Raum
Unser Haus ist 1500 Quadratmeter Komfort mit einem Beach-Art-Flair. Der Pool wird wöchentlich gepflegt und verfügt über einen schönen Rasengarten, in dem Kinder und Haustiere spielen können. Entspannen Sie im Schatten der Terrasse, während alle schwimmen, oder kochen Sie auf einem Weber-Grill. Die Küche verfügt über einen großen Kühlschrank, einen Geschirrspüler, einen Elektroherd und eine neue Mikrowelle. Es ist mit allem Notwendigen zum Kochen und Abendessen ausgestattet, darunter eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Toaster.

Condo was as described, but could use a deep cleaning. Other than that, we had a great stay. Nice pool, cold A/C, plenty of towels, and dishes.

Quiet with nice proximity to everything

We had a lovely stay. Condo had everything we needed. Owner lives next door so if that's a problem for you, this isn't your spot, but it didn't bother us. The only thing we couldn't find was a lighter to start the charcoal grill, but a quick trip to store and we were set. We would stay here again.

BRILLIANT LOCATION!

We had so much fun! Not only did this place sleep 8 people, but had enough seating for everyone. Comfortable seating! This property had everything we needed. Some spices for cooking and some condiments. There were a few beach chairs we borrowed. The beach was literally less than 400 steps to the access ramp for the beach. WE LOVED IT!

Family Fun

We enjoyed our stay in SPI! The home is nicer than the current VRBO photos show. The pool is a great feature, though it was very warm this time of year. It gets full sun, and with Texas in July - it is punishing. The kitchen was well stocked and laundry and dish pods were abundant. We brought pets with us and there was plenty of yard to accommodate them. There is no carpet in this home, which was lovely! We would definitely consider returning to this SPI rental!

First trip to South Padre, stayed at condo with pool

First time to south padre Beach area. Beach was beautiful and great for wading or walking with nice sand clear water. Kids still able to play on floats with adult in waves. Very clean with restrooms and rinse shower before walkway over dunes. Just short walk from house down street. Linda very helpful and got into condo easily. Parking at front door. One of highlights for grandkids was pool in backyard. We could keep them busy if adults not quite ready to head to beach. No fence so may not be as good for people with todflers. Pool just right for school age kids. Full size fridge and freezer. Microwave and stove. Very helpful to not eat out every meal. Flat screen TV in 2 bedrooms and living room. Worked well and you can sign into your own Netflix etc. accounts. Enjoyed stay very much.

SPI Vacation

The place served its purpose for our little family get away. The best things about the place were the pool and AC. Overall the place needed maintenance, the walls and floors were dirty, the blinds were broken, the back door to the pool was extremely difficult to lock and unlock-definitely needed replacing, the bath mats and carpets needed to be washed, etc. For the price we paid, we were hoping for a little more comfort and cleanliness.

Relaxing beach and pool time

First time to area. Beach beautiful and clean, water very clear. Has bathroom facilities and rinse off shower before walkway to beach. House very clean and ready. Linda available by text any questions. Furniture comfortable and very convenient at a beach having washer n dryer. We brought along small bottle of our own detergent but IGA market within walking or short drive. Pool was a highlight for grandkids ages 9 to 13. Parents with younger kids would need to keep an eye on them. Pool is in open area in backyard and just right for my family. Pool also nice and clean. Fridge and oven and microwave full size. Convenient not to eat out each meal. Had a great time.

Met Expectations

Overall the property met my expectations. It was clean, check-in was easy, all of the electronics worked fine. WiFi was fast enough to stream on multiple TVs. The kids enjoyed the pool.. My only complaint would be the knives in the kitchen were extremely dull. Very difficult to make any proper cuts on meats or vegetables.

Girls Weekend

We rented this property doe a girls weekend. Six women stayed comfortably in the townhome and enjoyed the pool. It was equipped with all we needed. Only a short walk to the beach. The pool was perfect!! Will stay again!

Cute little beach house

My friends and I stayed for a weekend beach trip. The check in process was quick and easy and had no issues. The price for this house was great and the location was even better. The house is located near a beach access point so it was a very short walk to get to the beach. The home was cute and beach themed. It was stocked with plenty of towels and even had a few beach items to bring with us. The pool was great to have as well. There is a grill to bbq on and plenty of indoor seating and outdoor. We all enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Great location, low stress

Walking distance to the beach and multiple restaurants. House was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean. No issues with the property. If/when we return to SPI, we would look to stay here again.
