Charmantes, renoviertes Haus in Anaheim, 3/4-Meilen-Spaziergang zum Disneyland und 3/4-Meilen-Spaziergang zum Anaheim Convention Center.

Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Die Queen Master Suite verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. Die beiden verbleibenden Zimmer sind Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbetten und Zugang zum Flurbad. Alle Schlafzimmer haben 43 'Fernseher mit Kabel.

Der offene Hauptwohnbereich ist perfekt für Unterhaltung. Es gibt viel Platz für die ganze Familie. Die Küche verfügt über Schränke aus Kirschholz, Arbeitsplatten aus Granit und Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl: Backofen / Herd mit Herd, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank. Der Speisesaal bietet Platz für sechs Personen mit zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten an der Bar. Es gibt viele Sitzgelegenheiten im Familienzimmer und auf dem Schnittsofa. Das Familienzimmer verfügt über einen TV mit Blue-Ray- / DVD-Player.

Gleich neben der Familie und dem Essbereich befinden sich schöne französische Türen, die zum Hinterhof führen, der über einen Erdgasgrill und eine Terrasse verfügt. Das Spielzimmer befindet sich in der Garage. Es gibt einen Stiga Ping Pong Tisch und einen Billardtisch. Es gibt Kinderwagen, Hochstuhl, Sitzerhöhung und ein Kinderspiel für Ihre Säuglinge und Kleinkinder. Es gibt auch eine Queen-Size-Luftmatratze. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner in voller Größe im Haus stehen den Gästen zur Verfügung.

Das Haus verfügt über drahtloses Highspeed-Internet und kostenlose landesweite Anrufe in die USA und nach Kanada. Zentralheizung und Klimaanlage. Alle Möbel, Einrichtungsgegenstände usw. sind ab November 2016 neu.

Mit Wirkung zum 1. Januar 2017 hat die Stadt die Belegung in allen Häusern reduziert. Dieses Haus schläft 9 in Betten und hat eine maximale Belegung von 9 zu jeder Zeit.

Great Location and Good for Family

This property was the perfect size and location for our two small families to stay. The kids enjoyed playing pool and ping pong when we were there. We spent most of our time at the Disney parks. The bathrooms could use some remodeling in the shower, especially the wonky fixture in the primary bath. Having a small dresser and nightstands in the primary bedroom would also be nice to place your things. The three adults wished the mattresses weren't so hard, but the kids didn't complain. Ubers arrive quickly; if you want to walk to Disneyland, it is about 30 minutes. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

素晴らしい宿泊でした

ディズニーランドから車で10分と好立地だったことや、複数家族という大人数で泊まれる場所ということで選びました。クリスマスに宿泊したこともあり、お家に大きなクリスマスツリーが飾ってあり、子供たちも大喜びしていました。事前に契約書を別途結ぶ必要がありましたが、お家は綺麗でスムーズにチェックインできました。素敵なお家に宿泊させていただき、ありがとうございました。

Anaheim stay

This stay had some good some less than good (I wouldn’t say bad) First of all, I found the fact that I booked the Vrbo but then had to do no less than 5 separate forms/verifications from a different party annoying and tedious. I would say the communication leading up to check in on how to get in was good! Additionally the list for check out being sent directly was nice as well - compared to other places I’ve stayed not as labor intensive - so that was nice. The house was pretty clean however there’s some wear and tear that needs addressed. Exposed outlets in a room suited for kids, broken window coverings, a hole in the wall in the bathroom to name a few. The beds were pretty comfortable and we enjoyed the toys for the kids that was a nice touch. The walk to Disney wasn’t bad at all!

Great house - great location!

The house was much bigger than it appeared in the photos - we were pleasantly surprised. The location is great, though it is a long walk we were able to walk to both the convention center and Downtown Disney. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but clean and functional. No complaints! Thank you.

Nice neighborhood, great location. older house with quirks

This house was built in the 1960s so has some quirks from that era. Very small bathrooms, odd plumbing choices (kitchen faucet that would not get hot, no water from fridge, master shower hot water that had to very carefully adjust to turn off), and some electrical mishaps (switches that appear to control nothing). The house was clean, location was great for the convention center and Disney. Neighborhood is quiet (except the neighbor's dog which liked to bark at 4 am). We could not quite figure out the cable TV box so just streamed shows on our laptops. Overall, it was cheaper than a hotel and we did our own cooking so still worth it. Just not as good as some other VRBOs we've rented.

Perfect for convention center

We had events at the Convention Center. Easy walk which meant we didn’t have to pay for parking! Full kitchen allowed us to prepare our own food which we needed. The pool table in the garage was great for our teens to relax in between our events. A great stay for all of our needs!

Nice Location

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The location is perfect, and the house is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 8 people. A few considerations for the owners: - The guest bathroom is outdated and needs an update. The door lock was broken (which was fixed before we left the apartment), and there were no hooks to hang towels or clothes. - In the kitchen, the number of dishes were exactly the same as the number of guests the house can accommodate. I suggest adding at least two sets so guests can use one set while the other set is in the dishwasher. Guest bedroom: Possible bed bug infestation that needs to be checked out. Overall a nice place to stay if you are planning a visit to Disneyland with family.

Great House in Perfect Location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is great for going to Disney! You can watch the fireworks from the backyard! Yet the neighborhood is very quiet at night! The home was well stocked with everything we needed and beds were all very comfy! The game room was a hit for the kids and made for some great memories!

Close to perfect

Extremely easy to communicate with the property manager. Close to Disney, but a bit too far for our group to walk. Fireworks can be seen from the backyard! All furniture was comfortable, we bring our own pillows and bedding, just because. We loved ordering groceries and having them delivered almost immediately. Neighborhood seemed safe, and clean. Slightly (slightly) uncomfortable with the broken gate/fence and very loud neighbor dog and yelling owner. Dishes all had white film from the dishwasher soap (for sure bring your own and you'll be fine). Bathtub was painted white, and that is coming off and showing the old tub. We just showered. Totally fine. We were inside of 2 weeks when we booked, so they required a photo of our credit cards, drivers license and a very long contract to be signed and initialed many times outside of the VRBO platform. There are a lot of rules in Anaheim to follow for VRBOs, including not being outside or in the garage after 9 pm. Easy to follow. big notices posted all over the house to remind you. No street parking, driveway parking was perfect. Lovely home, lovely layout, comfortable, air conditioned. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Group trip to Disneyland

A group of 8 stayed here for a few days at Disneyland, 5 adults and 3 kids ages 8-16. It was clean, easy to checknin and out, and the most important is that it was walking distance to the park.

Great place, great location

This place was everything the ad said it was. It was perfect. I could walk to convention center easily (0.4mi). They drove to Disney, but only because they knew they would want to come back during the middle of the day for a break and that would be 4 uber/lift rides today and probably similar cost to parking. Everything worked well. I have a few minor complaints/suggestions (and none warrant less than 5 star review): 1) Only one nightstand in main bedroom. Plus the one that was there was small...but only because I have a CPAP which was almost bigger than nightstand. 2) The enamal was coming off of the tub. It really needs refinishing/glazing. I didn't use that shower, the kids did, but it looked bad and might be a possible cutting risk. 3) It's a personal preference, but the main bed was super high. I know a lot of people like that and many consider it more "fancy", but if I was sitting on the bed, my feet dangled off the floor (and I am normal height).

Everything was great but the end!

Maybe I had it wrong but I thought check out time was 11 AM. At about 9 o’clock, we had a vehicle arrive out in front of the house with two people that just sat in it. We departed at about 10:02 AM and the doors were not even closed to our vehicle when the people got out of their vehicle and rushed into the house It made us feel very awkward like we were being rushed out and not quite sure why they had to sit and wait out in front of the house for well over an hour for future reference you might want to make note that the cleaning crew or whoever that was that rushed us out of the house is not so abrupt about it. Other than that everything was great and we enjoyed our trip to Disneyland. Thank you for hosting us. !

Perfection at the Parks

We wanted to stay in a house instead of a few hotel rooms so our group could be together. Plus, it was so nice to have a kitchen and dining room and living room and washer and dryer and a fridge for our leftovers (we went to Sabroso! In Garden Grove-I highly recommend it) and a beautiful yard. The first evening we were there a hummingbird greeted us at the front door. I’m not kidding. This place is magical. Some of us walked to Disneyland each day and it took us 30 minutes. The others drove to the Woody and Friends parking lot and paid $35 to park and take the shuttle and it took them … 30 minutes. So, either works great! The property was exactly what we wanted!

Cute & Clean Place Near Disney

I highly recommend this place for family trip! 3 bedrooms, plenty of beds for everyone. Check in and out process was straight forward, easy. The house was very cute and clean. Good location, close to Downtown Disney; everywhere is ariund 15-25mins.

Perfect for our stay

We .stayed here with 2 grandmas, our children and grandson for our first trip to Disney. Home is in a perfect location and quiet. Location to the park was a beautiful and short walk, and locations for shopping are close but driving is needed. Also the strollers available for my grandson saved a lot of extra luggage. If we come down again I will be searching for availability here!
