Charmantes Haus mit 5 Schlafzimmern in einer der historischsten Straßen von Wellesley. Erbaut im Jahr 1900 und im Jahr 2013 komplett renoviert. Einer der schönsten Aspekte dieses Hauses ist seine Nähe zum Brook Path, Wellesley College und schönen Lake Waban, Pendlerzug, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und alles, was Wellesley Center zu bieten hat.
Nur 6 Minuten zu Fuß zu tollen Restaurants und Geschäften zur Verfügung, um in Wellesley Center zu genießen. 2 Minuten vom Haus entfernt gibt es eine schöne 2-Meile Schleife rund um Lake Waban ideal für Läufer. Der Pendlerzug von Wellesley nach Boston ist eine bequeme Zugfahrt von 35 Minuten und bringt Sie zur South Station, von wo aus Sie zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Boston laufen können.

Open-Main-Etage ist ideal für die Unterhaltung. Gourmet-Küche mit High-End-Geräten und übergroßen Insel ist mit sonnigen Familienzimmer mit Kathedrale Decken verbunden.
Separates Esszimmer / Wohnzimmer und Gästetoilette sind ebenfalls im ersten Stock.
Dieses geräumige Haus bietet 5 Schlafzimmer mit hohen Decken.
Vier Schlafzimmer im zweiten Stock:
Schlafzimmer 1: Kingsize-Bett mit Master-Bad.
Schlafzimmer 2: 2 Einzelbetten.
Schlafzimmer 3: ein Doppelbett.
Schlafzimmer 4: Etagenbett mit 2 Einzelbetten.
Die Schlafzimmer 2,3 und 4 teilen sich ein Vollbad.
Dachgeschoss im dritten Stock bietet ein separates Gästezimmer mit eigenem Vollbad und Kingsize-Bett. Auch in der dritten Etage gibt es einen Medienraum und ein Spielzimmer. Wifi ist im ganzen Haus und im Hinterhof verfügbar.

Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet - Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Töpfe, Pfannen, Teller, Gläser und Utensilien stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung. Es gibt einen großen Fernseher im Familienzimmer, eines im Hauptschlafzimmer und eines im Medienraum im dritten Stock.

You'll Never Want To Leave

From the moment you step into this house you will feel at home. So beautifully decorated, yet very cozy and welcoming. The backyard is also so charming and private! The location is ideal, close to the Town center where you will find everything you want or need.This is a house not to be missed if you are in the Boston area!

Family Stay for Daughter's Wedding Week

Esperanza was a delight to communicate with as she is responsive and understanding. We stayed for four days in the end of October for our daughter's wedding held at the Garden at Elm Bank which is a couple of miles down the road. We were so happy that we decided to stay here allowing us to walk each morning through the local campuses and into town for Starbucks, massages, etc. Sunny and 78 degrees was more than we could have hoped for. This beautiful home has everything you could ask for. Top end appliances in the kitchen, a beverage refrigerator filled with water in the kitchen as well as in the barroom downstairs, WiFi allowing us to work remotely, and lots of room to spread out. Media room in the basement. Nice bathroom amenities. Great sitting areas outside to have coffee in the morning. Quiet historical neighborhood. As busy as we were with the wedding, it was nice to be able to come back each evening to such a welcoming space. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.

Lovely stay, beautiful house, gracious hostess

Lovely place to stay! Beautiful house and charming back garden in quiet, historic neighborhood. Bright, very clean, thoughtfully appointed. Very close walk to Wellesley center. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Little touches like providing small shampoo and conditioner bottles and toothpaste were very nice. The washer / dryer were quite convenient. We enjoyed the sun on the back porch and the gas fireplaces in the living room. Esperanza was very polite and responsive in replying to any emails. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Location Great House !

Our family headed up to Boston to watch family member run Boston Marathon and to enjoy spring break. The owner is exceptional with communication and the house was very clean. It’s a great location, close to shops and restaurants yet a short drive to Boston. Fantastic place and had a great time!

Spectacular Wellesley Retreat

We travelled to Massachusetts to spend Thanksgiving break as a family with our college-aged son. Everything about Esperanza and her wonderful home exceeded our expectations! We felt relaxed from the moment of our arrival - everything was perfect and designed to make our stay effortless. Even the location - a short walk to the village of Wellesley, and near the Fuller Brook trail system - is ideal. We can't wait to return and sit by the fireplace!

Gorgeous home in excellent location

We are already talking about returning to this house. It was oozing with charm, clean, comfortable, and Esperanza could not have been nicer and more accommodating. Would recommend without hesitation to anyone coming to the area.

Wonderful Home in Wellesley!

This is our 2nd year renting this home. It is beautifully decorated and so well kept. Esperanza is so easy to work with and welcomes you to the home with a fabulous baked treat! I highly recommend!

Made it all special!!

We rented this home around our daughter's graduation from college and it was just truly exceptional. Being able to spend our weekend as if we were actually at home, just made the special, personal experience with our family all the more enjoyable and memorable. The only issue with the review system is that I cannot give it 10 stars---5 for the property and 5 for the owner. The home is warm, comforting, beautifully decorated and has everything you could ask for in terms of conveniences both inside and out (grill, deck, patio, fenced yard). I'd be hard pressed to come up with something that is not already there for your use. And Esperanza is a truly, truly (I could keep going) gracious and accommodating host making sure you do not want for anything during your stay (toiletries, wine fridge stocked with waters and drinks...) and making sure you are tucked in before and on your arrival. Should you ever find yourself looking for a property to rent in the Boston area, you would be absolutely remiss to not rent this home. Thanks again!!! Truly exceptional!!

Beautiful home away from home!

Our family enjoyed the weekend in this beautifully decorated home. The kitchen has everything & we love the openness, so we could all be together. The owner made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We will definitely be back!

GORGEOUS, NEW, professionally-decorated, quiet, immaculate, 2-minute walk to Wellesley town-center

What a GORGEOUS home!! We would DEFINITELY stay here again!! This beautiful, bright, quiet, large, well-appointed, UPDATED historic home felt like it was taken right from the pages of an architectural magazine!! Our family of 5 had ALL of the comforts of home with PLENTY of space for us to spread out and relax. Photos of the home are very accurate but undersell the beauty and quaintness of this home!! Each room was tastefully decorated. Our host has excellent communication, was extremely responsive and generously accommodating to our requests....what a pleasant owner!! The PRIME location of this spotless home was extremely convenient for a 2-minute walk into Wellesley Town Center for: shops, restaurants and was ideally located for our morning Starbuck's! From this home, it was just a few minutes walk to hop onto the "T" for a 15-minute commuter train ride to Fenway Park or 20 minutes to the Back Bay area of Boston. Relaxing outdoor living spaces were well-kept and accented with beautiful teak furniture and grill. The kitchen was new, beautiful and fully-stocked with all cooking utensils and appliances. Multiple updated beautiful white, large full bathrooms ensured no back-ups in the entire family getting ready for the day. Playroom amenities such as board games for the family, toys for toddlers to XBOX /WiFi /multiple TV's for teenagers were the "crowning jewels" in promoting a relaxing stay!! Our host even provided complimentary toiletries, mini oranges and bottled water to get us "started" which was unexpected, but a very appreciated touch after landing from our west-coast red-eye flight...all speaking to the detail-oriented and very accommodating owner!! We definitely recommend this large, spacious, beautiful, outstanding "5-star" home and look forward to possibly returning for another stay!!
