Willkommen in unserer Strandwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern. Unsere komplett renovierte Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine abgeschirmte Veranda, zwei Badezimmer, Betten für sechs Personen sowie ein ausziehbares Sofa. Die Gemeinde ist sumpfig mit einer schönen Promenade direkt zum Strand; und verfügt über zwei Außenpools, ein Hallenbad, eine Sauna, einen Whirlpool und ein Kinderbecken. Es gibt eine Tiki-Imbissbude am Pool und eine Strandbar am Ende der Promenade. Dieses Gerät befindet sich im vierten Stock des Gebäudes zwei mit Aufzug.

Very Cute, Super Clean!!

We had the best time. We live in FL and met some friends that live NC here as a midway meeting point!! The owner gave very prompt responses and the condo had everything you needed!! The AC works amazing which is wonderful when you come in from a day at beach and in the sun! Thank you!!

Great for families

Great size unit. Seems the elevator for this unit has been out of service for quite awhile but the elevator for the adjacent building was actually closer. Getting from one building to another was confusing. The whole complex needs more signage.

Great Stay!

Overall the condo was exactly as described. It was clean and well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. The extra pillows and blankets were also great. The condo was in a great location in proximity to the pool and boardwalk to the beach. It is on the 4th floor so climbing up stairs can be a bit tiresome after awhile, but there is an elevator. If I had to give one suggestion, the bathroom fans were a loud and the shower water pressure was low in one of the bathrooms. Overall, we had a great time! Lots to do-- pickleball, great pool, the restaurant/shop on premises is neat and the beach is beautiful. We have been coming to HHI for a few years now and it never disappoints.

Family Paradise—Hilton head

We spent 3 weeks at this site. The location is ideal for beaches, shopping, dining and walking. The condo had everything we needed and the host was very accommodating. Water pressure was a bit low but sufficient. We have already booked this site for next year!

January Stay

We have stayed in this condo before and will again. It’s very clean and the owners have really stocked the unit with the upmost traveler consideration. While we were there, our home place had a bad snowstorm and ice. Several highways were closed. We were able to extend our stay thru Todd, who was so considerate and helpful. We were definitely pleased with our stay!!!

Well appointed and clean

We enjoyed our stay here over Labor Day weekend. This condo is close to everything you need. The check in process was flawless. The condo is decorated so cute and has everything you need. The resort is older, but still has great amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Mediocre but very enjoyable family vacation

I will preface my review by saying the property manager is great. The check in process was amazing and the manager communicates thoroughly to ensure a smooth check in. We were a little disappointed upon entry to find a distinct musty smell. An air freshener was sufficient to mitigate this. The room was otherwise very clean. The smart tv only has a few options in terms of the traditional apps (I.e no Hulu, prime, youtubetv). The kitchen was well stocked and the room was well furnished. I know the listing says you have a view of the marsh, but in reality, it is a small pond. Your view is the parking lot. The resort outside of the room is old and has not been updated since the last time I stayed in this resort back in 2005. If you are looking for high end amenities, this is not the resort for you. But it does offer a bargain price. The walk to the beach is definitely cumbersome. Especially if you are bringing anything with you to the beach. We would bring a wagon with supplies and our child. It’s about a 20 minute walk total one way. There is a shuttle that runs sporadically so you should plan to walk. The beach is also fairly crowded around the resort. The enjoyment of the stay is less about the resort and more about Hilton head itself. The island is a great vacation for families and we certainly had a great time. This resort allows you to do just that without offering luxuries that would otherwise enhance an already enjoyable vacation.

Place was nice. But the floors and other areas were quite dirty. No problem, we cleaned the first night and enjoyed the rest of the time we were there. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of linens, towels and blankets. We biked everywhere. 😊

2nd week in heaven

We had a1 well timeshare exchange for Hilton head but wanted a2nd week in a convenient spot. This unit was nearly flawless... One flickering lamp, weak water pressure in one shower, and the top shelf of the dishwasher was cranky. Otherwise it was perfect... Clean, well stocked, comfortable bed, responsive thermostat, screened balcony, good tv. Todd was very responsive when we needed to contact him. Would stay here again for sure.

Everything you could need and more

We have stayed at this complex for several years so we are familiar with the area and complex. This by far was the best! We were a group of 4 adults and the fact that there were 4 chairs, wagon, and cooler was the cherry on the cake! Very clean and communication was excellent. No keys to worry about with pin pad code for entry. Outdoor terrace with the most comfortable chairs. Great location to beach. Kitchen fully stocked and loved the keurig and a coffee pot! Laundry services right down the hall. Will definitely be back!

Great beach - but that’s all that was great

I have to say that the beach was beautiful and the amenities were nice. You can tell that this resort was an amazing resort in its prime. Unfortunately, that was about 3 decades ago. The indoor pool was a great option and we loved the walk down to the beach. However the actual property left a lot to be desired. The unit was cramped for 5, I can’t imagine putting more people in there. Upon arrival, the wifi and TVs didn’t work. After multiple messages with the host and a 10 min phone call, he said he would send someone out to fix it. The main TV finally worked but only turned on sometimes. There was a dangling hdmi cord in the front room and that TV never worked. The next day, the host said he would need to charge US for a wifi-maintenance call because it still wasn’t working. So, no wifi still on Day 3. Eventually I moved furniture and unplugged everything, replugged it in, and reset all routers and cable boxes myself. That finally got it to work at 9 pm on day 3 of a 4 day stay. The dishwasher kept coming off the tracks, the first bathroom smelled so strongly or urine I could never use it, the first BR wall was bubbled with water damage. The pillows were too few and uncomfortable, the beds passable. The main bedroom shower rod was falling off the wall. We got locked out of our room on day 3 and had to call the host, again, to get it reset so we could get back in. The best things I can say about this unit are that there were beach toys available, the host did communicate with us, albeit defensively, and it was a good location on the island. Overall, I would never go back to this resort, although Hilton Head itself was a great place to visit.

Great condo

Loved the property. Very clean. We are 3 senior ladies playing in the state tennis tournament. No complaints except we could only get 2 parking passes We come from different parts of the state so 3 cars with no place to park 3rd car without it being possibly towed. There are many tennis tournament in HH so you would get more rentals from seniors if we could have parking .

We absolutely loved our stay! The host had a ton of kid stuff including bowls, cups, plates, and utensils which was great. Her decorations were so cute and it made you feel like home. I would love to go shopping with her because she has such great taste! The condo had absolutely everything you need and you can tell the host put in a lot of thought to what her guests would need. We would love to come back again! Thank you for such a great vacation!

Family Hilton head trip 2022

We really enjoyed our stay! We had a few minor issues initially, but the owner was very quick to address them and easy to communicate with. The resort had everything we needed. The kids had so much fun checking out all the pools that were available to use. The boardwalk was very nice, and we were excited to spot all the crabs and wild life in the marsh lands on the way to the beach. The condo had a well equipped kitchen with everything we needed to eat in. Only complaint we had was that we only received one bath towel per person for the week. Luckily there is a laundry room pretty close. I would advise to bring some type of streaming device with you. We had a great time and look forward to coming back in the future!!

Amazing!

We had such a great vacation & the rental was amazing! Fully furnished with everything you need- including beach chairs and sand toys. Quick walk to the beach, pool, tennis courts, badminton. Would highly recommend!
