Das Gebäude bietet eine Sicherheitsüberdachung mit Treppen- und Aufzugszugang zur zweiten Etage. Privat auf Sicht Annehmlichkeiten gehören ein Pool, Grillbereich und Münzwäscherei.

Ihr Zuhause fern von zu Hause verfügt über ein französisches Bett, abklappbare Futoncouch und bietet ausreichend Platz für bis zu drei auf. Dieses gemütliche Studio bietet auch einen großen LCD-Fernseher, DVD-Player, kostenfreies WLAN, eine Klimaanlage, und viele zusätzliche Bettwäsche und Handtücher.

Great stay at a wonderful studio in the heart of Waikiki

Very clean, quiet little studio and the hosts have it stocked with absolutely anything you may need for your stay. A quick walk to the beach and steps from shopping, food, car rentals and the International Market. The hosts were very responsive, providing lots of detail regarding checking in and out and were lovely to deal with throughout the entire trip , both before and after .

Everything Walkable

7 day restful experience in paradise. No car needed. Close to many food experiences. Older building but it had an elevator for these bad knees!!! Exceptionally clean. We’ve stayed on many properties and Rob and Judy thought of everything. Best stocked abode. They even had snacks. They thought of everything that you would need to stay at the beach. So much equipment to borrow. Mats, umbrellas, many beach towels, beach chairs even aloe for burnt skin. Comfortable bed. Great A/C.Highly recommend. Perfect for a couple. burnt

Condo was very clean and very nice decorated. Very comfortable bed and pull out couch. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking and serving. In the bathroom you could fine all kind of products, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairspray, moisturizing creams, shampoos and even Advil. Has everything like you are in your own home. Nice pool, cozy unit

Overall we had a great stay here, and Rob and Judy are wonderful hosts. The unit is a 10 minute walk from the main beach, but still in Waikiki and very close to shopping, restaurants, the International Market, etc. The condo building is private and secure and has a nice little swimming pool. All in all, a very nice and affordable accommodation for our 10-day stay in Waikiki!

Location Location Location

Waikiki at your doorstep. Minutes walk to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Located in the heart of it all. Couldn’t be happier with location. Studio is older but clean and everything in working order. Fully stocked with all the things you might need while vacationing down to the little details. Host Rob and Judy were great! So thoughtful checking in on us before arriving, during our stay and after we left. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Invigorating & enlightening experience

From the moment we "met" the property owners Online our trip began. From their welcoming letter, to answering our questions about the area, helpful ideas, plus their concern for our needs, the way they take care of their property & all of our requests were dealt with in a speedy time. The studio is so well equipped that we only had to buy a few necessities. It prevented us from having to buy really bulky items, unlesswe wanted to. They think about you! Perfect for a getaway for two!

Lovely VRBO! Very well appointed and stocked, and Judy made the entire process easy. Great for a getaway with your better half, well worth every penny as it offers more that nearby hotels that cost over double it than this rental. Will come again next time we find ourselves in O'ahu. This is our second time staying at this place, it feels like our own vacation home !

Our weeklong stay in the heart of Waikiki was superb! First, the location is centrally located where most of the must visits for foodies like us are just within walking distance. We walked everyday by the beach, just 2 blocks away! The condo is very clean and all common kitchen appliance and utensils are properly wrapped and separated. Beach accessories are also readily available, no need to buy! Construction is ongoing across the street but can't hear any noise once doors are shut. We recommend this place to our friends and family! Mahalo Judy and Rob for giving us the comfort to enjoy our Hawaiian vacation! Til we come back again!

Amazing owners & amazing location

I travelled solo to Waikiki for 11 days. Rob & Judy made this entire experience that much more in paradise! The condo is in the most brilliant location, tour buses, groceries, trollys all outside your door & the beach a 5 minute walk. I will most definitely be back and staying here. Can you give a place 10 stars? This is the most comfortable place I've ever stayed at in all of Waikiki! Better than any hotel. Srsly! So many more accommodations than you could find at any hotel for a much better value. Rob and Judy Bergman make you feel welcome even before you get there. Got questions? No worries. They are happy to answer your questions. Not sure what local places to eat at or check out? Not a problem. They wrote a list out of top 5 places to check out from food to beaches to hiking. Need snorkle gear? Beach towels? Sun block? a cooler for drinks? Boogie boards to check out the waves @ Sandy Beach? A bag to carry it in? No worries. They have them @ the studio for you. You don't need to buy them. Want you cook your own meals and save some money for Aloha Swap Meet? There a REAL grocery store across the street! -Not just ABC stores (to which there are a million of them in Waikiki). The studio has plenty of dishes and plates to use too - almost too many (just like home 👍). Uncle Bob and Aunty Judy also give you two complementary kukui nut leis for you and your guest as a welcome gift. This is a home environment. It has everything you need plus things you didn't think of. Located in the heart of Waikiki, the studio is an oasis in a safe, secure building. It's a short walk to the beach or the zoo. Or if you want to take a bus and skip the parking, the bus system is very good. You can't go wrong booking here if you want to be in the middle of Waikiki nightlife. The room is well appointed and comfortably accomodates 3 guests. I found the main bed is a little firm, but then I have a 2 inch memory foam pad on my bed at home. The pull out bed is really comfortable for a guest. Wifi, TV, DVR, stove, oven, fridge, microwave. This studio is like a home away from home. This was a great experience! I will book here again! Great location with all amenities close bye. Easy access and to all attractions and perfect unit.

Clean and equipped with everything needed for the stay. Amazing local decor and decorations unique and added to our stay. Comfortable and safe and at times seemed we had the whole complex to ourselves. Hosts very nice and easy to communicate and work with. They go the xtra step to make sure we were happy. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your wonderful place and look forward to staying again in future...5 star all the way!

Aloha, in Hawaii we’re known as Uncle Bob & Auntie Judy. We love to travel, explore new places, and immerse ourselves in the local culture. We prefer to stay in privately owned vacation rentals because they impart a more authentic appreciation for what it’s like to live in the local area we’re visiting. That said, we also enjoy staying in places that offer a genuine sense of privacy. We appreciate staying in accommodations that help us to unwind after a long flight, or to recover from those days when we’ve overdone it sightseeing or shopping, and just want to stay in and cook for ourselves.

Rob got his real-estate license last year and promptly decided it was time to purchase a vacation rental in Waikiki, one of the most expensive and challenging locations in the islands to buy real estate.
We’ve lived in Hawaii for over 30 years. It’s expensive here, especially downtown. This is part of the reason why we held out for a rental property that’s reasonably affordable for our guests. We understand that on the top of many first time visitors wish lists is a room with a view of the ocean. We get it, but we also believe a window is no place to take in paradise. Instead, take in the sunset local style with the sand between your toes, or while enjoying a Mai Tai at any one of a dozen restaurants at water’s edge, and walk home, a few blocks away, to stay in our place for the night.
Why the Owner Chose Waikiki, Honolulu, HI, USA: We searched for six months and stayed at several other rental properties, before deciding on this studio in the heart of Waikiki. We prefer it because it affords privacy, security, and access to attractions. If you’re looking for a private oasis where you can enjoy some real downtime in between rounds at the beach, a sunset dinner cruise, or shopping at the world famous International Market Place, then this studio is the perfect place for you to stay.

This building is mostly owner occupied by friendly Hawaii residents. The largest retail grocery store in Waikiki, The Pantry, is remodeling will be opening soon is across the street on the opposite corner and its less than a five-minute walk to many terrific places where you can eat in or take out. The corner bus stop is only steps away and a great place to begin your exploration of Oahu.
