Das Haus verfügt über eine Master-Suite im Obergeschoss und im Erdgeschoss mit Kingsize-Betten, eigenem Bad und Flachbildfernseher. Das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt sogar über einen Schreibtisch (falls Sie im Urlaub müssen). Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, ebenfalls mit Flachbildfernseher. Das Wohnzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über ein Schlafsofa für zusätzliche Unterkünfte sowie über einen Essbereich für 8 Personen und zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten an der Küchenbar. Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zählen kostenfreies WLAN, eine eigene Waschmaschine und ein Trockner in der Waschküche sowie eine private Garage für 1 Auto. Sie können auch Fido mitnehmen, um die Natur zu genießen, da dieses Stadthaus auch haustierfreundlich ist (ein Haustier unter 25 Pfund erlaubt)! Diese Wohnung befindet sich direkt neben dem Gemeinschafts-Whirlpool, so dass Sie nicht weit laufen müssen, um ein Bad zu nehmen.

Dieses Gerät bietet Platz für maximal 8 Personen, da 2 Ebenen im Inneren und ca. 6 Stufen (Garageneinfahrt im Erdgeschoss) zu betreten sind. Alle Gäste des Mammoth Sierra Reservations erhalten kostenlosen vollen Zugang zum Snowcreek Athletic Club, um Einrichtungen wie einen beheizten Innenpool, eine Dampfsauna, ein komplettes Fitnesscenter, Yoga, Pilates und ein Fahrradstudio und mehr zu genießen. Den Gästen werden zwei Parkausweise zur Verfügung gestellt, 1 Fahrzeug kann in der privaten Garage und 1 in der Auffahrt geparkt werden. Ein Überlaufparkplatz befindet sich ganz in der Nähe des Whirlpools. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 999 is a great value,the owners have kept the fees very low unlike most other rentals. The views are great and nicely located near the spa and extra parking. just few negatives: refrigerator door open switch broken, microwave turntable works sporadically, smoke detectors go on for no reason. Overall the appliances worked but need upgrading. The spa is functional but needs remodeling. Mammoth Reservation took care a few repairs in a timely manner so pretty impressed with them. Overall it's well worth staying here, I recommend it.

Fantastic views

I’ll be coming back to this property for the views, absolutely fantastic. We pulled the blinds open and were able to watch the storm roll in over the mtns. There was plenty of room for my family to relax and visit. The kitchen had a large open floor plan that allowed me to visit with everyone while I was cooking. The property was clean and the property management staff was friendly and professional. The furniture was dated and the couch was uncomfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful time / experience. I’m looking forward to renting this property again.

The unit is spacious, bright and cheerful, and has a great view of the surrounding mountains from the deck. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet and secluded. It's only a few minutes to town, the lakes, and other activities. We definitely want to come back and highly recommend this rental.

A great experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mammoth Reservations were extremely helpful in finding a condo that met our requirements and desires. The condo was everything we hoped it would be. When.we entered our condo about 9:00p.m. We found a fire alarm beeping, indicating the battery was low. We called the maintenance number not really expecting to get a response at that hour, but within 15 minutes someone showed up and fixed the problem. We definitely will rent again from Mammoth Reservations.

Mountain View’s from the deck off the living room and living room are very nice. Open plan living room/kitchen is spacious. 5G Wi-fi was welcomed. Flat screen tv’s in all bedrooms and living room and wide range of tv channels was a nice feature. One bedroom upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs.

Clean and well stocked. Garage too narrow for parking a car, which resulted in one parking space. Biggest complaint is checkin time 5pm, latest time I've ever seen. And then Mammoth Reservations never called to allow access, Had to call them so checked in after 5pm. Also 10am checkout is ridiculous especially with no late checkout request granted.

Beautiful Neighborhood

The condominium unit needs to be updated. For the price that is charged the purple rug needs to go and many of the appliances need to be updated otherwise it’s a great place to stay.

The backyard space is great for sledding and snowball fights! Our unit was clean and spacious with updated amenities ie spacious fridge, dishy, toaster oven, pull out tv, etc. We loved the high ceilings and openness of the home. The garage is great but just a little small for the larger SUVs. Overall fantastic experience!

And it was pet friendly. The smoke from the fires came inside the condo especially when we had the heater blowing. The smoke smell was pretty strong. But aside from that, we enjoyed our stay.

View

We booked this location for the view. We were here during the fires and it was so smoky. The little time it was a little clearer the view was amazing!! We saw deer eating right below us off the balcony and around the property. The ice dispenser and water dispenser were not hooked up so we had to take the ice box out every time we needed ice. The couch definitely need to be replaced. It is saggy and uncomfortable and the fire place did not work. These issues did not really make or break the stay. We were happy with our time together here and look forward to visiting again.
