Alle unsere Einheiten sind direkt zum Meer ausgerichtet und bieten einen wunderschönen Meerblick! Jede Einheit ist eine wunderschön eingerichtete Eigentumswohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern / 2 Bädern. Diese 1350 sf Eigentumswohnung befindet sich im Indian Harbour Beach Club. Diese Ferienanlage ist eine der besten Kurzzeitvermietungen am Strand. Dieser Strandkomplex ist ein verstecktes Juwel, das die meisten Menschen nicht kennen. Diejenigen, die darüber Bescheid wissen, reservieren ihre Zimmer in der Regel ein Jahr im Voraus. Der überdachte Parkplatz ist 20 Meter von der Haustür entfernt, so dass das Be- und Entladen einfach ist. Die Hintertür ist 30 Meter vom Sand entfernt. Das ist fantastisch, wenn Sie schnell vom Strand aus losrennen möchten, um sich etwas zu schnappen. Im Inneren sind das Master-Bad und das Gästebad mit dem Nötigsten bestückt. Alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. (Denken Sie daran, Ihre Strandtücher zu packen!) Nun ins Wohnzimmer und in die Schlafzimmer. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett. Das Zimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten und der TV-Inhalt in jedem Zimmer wird von Direct TV geliefert. Kostenlose Filmkanäle sind verfügbar. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie erwarten würden. Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Herd, Kaffeekanne, Mixer, Toaster etc. Der Waschraum hat eine große Kapazität Waschmaschine und Trockner. Es gibt auch einen beheizten Pool, Shuffleboard-Plätze, Gasgrills im Freien und einen Autowaschbereich.

Awesome view

The unit was overall clean. Some dishes and tablecloth were dirty. Seen no bugs in unit. Bed was very comfortable. Love the view! We spent 90% of our time out on the screened in lanai. We would stay here again.

Great family vacay spot

As native Floridians from the gulf coast, who love the east coast, this was a great spot to stay with family. The unit is very spacious and we easily felt at home. Being able to wake up and just walk onto the beach is a great perk to this spot. Our kids love the choice of having a pool to swim in when they got tired and worn out from jumping in the waves. We will definitely be staying here again. 10/10

I don’t think glass topped tables are a good idea if there are children around (grandchildren visited). Could the condos get together and rake the beach occasionally?

Great location, but a little dirty & neglected

First off, you can't beat the location! Being on the ground floor with your patio door almost right in front of the stairs down to the beach was amazing! We didn't make it to the pool, but there was easy access to it as well. The downside to this unit was that it seemed a little neglected. All the beds had hairs in them, most likely from the cleaning team as the beds were well made, but we still chose to wash all the sheets. And as far as towels and additional linens, that was a little lacking. It was as if all the towels were 20 years old and all mismatched. I will say there were a decent amount of towels and even beach towels, but they could do with replacing. There weren't a lot of additional linens for changing the sheets like we did when we got there. Luckily there was at least one twin set so we could have our sons bed made before we left for dinner, but we had to wash and put the same ones back on the main bed. Additionally, the floors weren't well cleaned. After being in the unit only a couple hours after arrival, my kids feet were black and we don't wear shoes inside, so we didn't track all of that in the unit. The main bedroom closet had old framed pictures leaning along the wall, what seemed to be a broken floor lamp, and maybe replacement or old blind slats in the closet. It would just make sense for these type of things to be removed or maybe stored in an owners closet. The kitchen had fruit flies and the coffee maker looked like it was 20 years old. The heating element was rusted and the metal bubbling up and the water chamber was moldy. I will say once we contacted the management office they came over right away with another coffee maker and requested that maintenance help with the fruit flies. We had other family staying in two other units at this property and they didn't have similar issues, so this is all probably just related to this particular unit. Although we brought our own, the patio was fully stocked with beach chairs and lots of beach toys. Overall it was convenient, with a beautiful beach, and a spacious unit for the price!

Amazing Property

From the check in to check out everything was excellent! The property to all the staff they are all helpful and friendly. We never felt unwelcomed! Kudos to Ms. Wendy she was phenomenal! I cannot say anything negative abt this property clean, great location, amenities are great. A tiki bar would have been a plus! We will definitely go back.

Beautiful views!

Pictures shown are exactly what you'll get! Very beautiful property, very clean, amazing views, many restaurants nearby, very close, covered parking, to your front door. We loved all the beach supplies on the back patio (beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, surf board). Master bed was very comfortable. Loved having 3 TVs. Kitchen well stocked. Only negative is the lock on the back patio door at the family room is inoperable. Being on the 1st floor, a working lock is a must. We would definitely come back to this condo location again! Oh! For a great local breakfast place - check out "The Beachside Cafe" - it's only a few miles away and is amazing!

Fun Getaway!

Over all was nice. I liked the covered parking so my car was not out in the hot sun. Unit needs some repairs, broken blinds, patio door lock doesn't lock tight. Hot water wasn't very hot.

The whole family loved this property. Steps from your car to the door. Literally 30 steps from back door to sand. Pool very close and loved screened in porch. Convenient to stores and quiet beach. It was just perfection and we cannot wait to go again!

Beautiful location.

Right in the beach, we listened to the waves crashing to lull us to sleep. About 30 feet from the pool. Parking practically outside our door. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. It would have been perfect if it was better stocked with sheets, towels and dishes. We made it work.

PERFECT LITTLE SPOT

My family and I wanted to visit a new beach this year—small and less “touristy”! We could not have picked a better place. Everything was perfect (location, parking, cleanliness, communication, etc). I was also pleasantly surprised to find lots of beach items in the closet (chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc). We will definitely come back to Indian Harbour Beach Resort soon.

We had a great time here! Our unit was on the ground floor just steps from the beach access and from the pool. There was a ton of beach toys, several boogie boards, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, pretty much everything you could want for your stay. The condo was clean and nicely furnished with 2 twin and 1 king bed. There were 4 adults and 2 kids and we fit a queen air mattress for the kids on the floor of the master bedroom with no problem. The twin beds pushed together for the other adults. Will definitely stay again!

Absolutely amazing experience! 100% recommend . Location location location!

This rental is my idea of perfect . It was so convenient, quite , laid back . Parking right at the entrance, walk directly to the condo , exit condo directly to the un-crowded beach. I’m a Gulf Coast vacationer 99% of the time but I could not have been happier with this rental. My kids are 18-24 and they loved it as well. The area was nice too lots of great food with no wait times. Not a lot of touristy things to do which is even better in my opinion. This was perfect for myself and family .
