Just like pictured!

This condo was perfect for two couples. We stayed prior to a cruise and loved the space. It’s clean and the beds are comfortable. Located near the beach and lots of restaurants, we explored on foot and enjoyed seeing the area. Cristina provided great instructions and even had the unit available early. When we come back to Puerto Rico, we would stay here again.

Short Stay in San Juan

We spent one night in this property after getting off of a cruise. It fit our needs perfectly and the location is great. The architecture in the neighborhood of some of the homes is amazing. a beautiful space and place

I stayed here 3 days and the location and condo was fabulous. when we arrived there were treats waiting for us. in addition there is a interactive board on the wall with a welcome sign and my name. it felt so personal. the location was great. we walked to a park that was near the condo (6 min away) and took our salsa lesson that we signed up for. the park was so calm welcoming and safe. there was so many families and kids and seniors around i just wish i had more time to go and sit there. this condo location was the best. close to expressways and near the restaurant area. we could walk to everywhere. our first nite we had dinner at a restaurant we walked to. the condo itself is very secure. a remote gate with secured parking. washer and dryer avaliable in the apartment and on the first floor of the building. the place was very clean. the balcony was a nice place to sit and have coffee in the morning. the rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. my only recommendation is its almost time for a paint job for the whole unit. i would definitely rent again

Amazing flat for various needs

This apartment's advantage is that is stays so cool. You can open the windows and hang out on the balcony. It's great to get work done and to chill out. Communication and organization of Manuel and his team are exceptional.

Loved everything about this place!

Our family stayed at this place and we loved everything about it! First, Manuel was amazing, very responsive and flexible. Christina, the apartment manager as well. Apartment look so nice, bright, safe, clean and very nicely decorated. We were especially grateful to find that they have left a milk, water and coffee for us, since we arrived very late (our flight was 10 hours delayed). They were also flexible with checking out, since we had late flight. It was a bit noisy on the balcony, with some construction going on, but we didn't mind and I enjoyed my morning coffee every morning. If we ever go to PR again, we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo just a few minutes walk from restaurants and beach in Condado

This place was amazing. It’s all high tech inside the unit, super fast WiFi, smart TVs, induction stove, microwave, oven, large fridge, laundry in unit, rain shower head, and gated parking. The balcony had a great view of the city. If you’re looking for privacy, comfort, cleanliness, and good hosts, this is place!

Beautifully Updated and comfortable

Cristina the property manager is a gem. Was there for early check in and last minute early check out. The condo was fabulously updated. The building is secure with entrance gate and keys for front doors, elevator, etc. The grocery store is right down the street and this building is very central located in Condado for going anywhere on the island! Would definitely stay here again.

So impeccable we thought we were the first visitors!

Manuel and Cristina were so accommodating and welcoming ! The place is impeccable and spacious and the neighborhood is quiet and safe and minutes away from anywhere you’d want to go in the San Juan area. We were so comfortable we started to believe we lived there! Without a doubt we would stay here over and over again !

Truly a hidden gem...

I am a frequent visitor to Puerto Rico, specifically the Condado/Santurce area of San Juan. So much so, I no longer consider myself a guest, but an honorary resident. The condo is very secure and easy walking distance (15 minutes or less) to basically everything, IF you do not mind walking. Supermax grocery store is literally a block and a half, once you make the immediate right, as you exit through the gate, as well as Avenida Ashford (Ashford Avenue). The hospital also sits directly on Ashford ( just make sure your insurance is accepted there). Uber and taxis do not frequent down Calle Washington (Washington Street) very often, however if you walk 2 blocks up (just pass Supermax), to Ashford, which is a main thoroughfare, they are easy to locate. Or simply put in the address and an Uber will be at the gate, in less than 5 minutes. There is a virtual assistant that is pretty user friendly. The wifi user name and password is SUPER easy to locate. I hit a little snag, initially, trying to figure out the television/remote situation, i.e. removing and adding certain features. However, after playing around with the remote, for a few minutes, I eventually figured it out. OR do it the easy way and use the Virtual Assistant :-). I made the suggestion, upon departure, to the property manager's (Cristina) husband, for hospitals to be added to the "Local Health " section, in case of a medical emergency and for those that may not be familiar with the area at all. Right now just CVS and Walgreens are the only options listed. The water view is minimal, from both bedrooms. There is a nice peekaboo view of the mountains, from the balcony (just look to the left), which I sat on EVERY single morning. I could go on, but I'll be a little selfish. All in all, if you're looking to lose the "tourist" hat and immerse yourself in the culture and live in a well established neighborhood, this a good move in the right direction. -Luciana

Central is the word. This is property in the heart of the tourist district of San Juan, with lots of hotels, restaurants, plenty of beaches and great night life.
The property is in a beautiful and quiet street but literally yards away of restaurants, beaches, hospitals, supermarkets.

You have to make of this condo your headquarters when you decide to visit our charming island. There is none more centrally located: two blocks from large grocery store, one block from Ashford Presbyterian Hospital, two block from the beach, two blocks from the best restaurants area in San Juan, Ashford, hotels, casinos. Ten minutes drive to Old San Juan, 10 minutes drive to the Mall of the Americas. 3 minute drive to highways that will take you the central, East, South and West of Puerto Rico
