Diese Villa ist ein perfektes Zuhause für Ihren Florida Urlaub. Von den Annehmlichkeiten des Resorts bis zu Ihrem hauseigenen Spielzimmer ist der Spaß endlos!

Wenn Sie dieses übergroße Haus zum ersten Mal betreten, werden Sie von einem geräumigen Speisesaal mit Platz für bis zu 8 Personen begrüßt. Die Küche verfügt über eine geschwungene Insel mit zusätzlichen Sitzplätzen für 4 Personen. Der offene Grundriss erleichtert auch den Zugang zwischen Küche und Wohnzimmer. Von hier aus können Sie die Poolterrasse durch eine Glasschiebetür mit 4 Liegen und einem Tisch für vier Personen betreten. Sie haben auch Zugang zum beheizten Pool und Spa.
Das Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad.

Im Obergeschoss haben Sie noch mehr zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten für die Unterhaltung auf dem Dachboden. Die restlichen fünf Schlafzimmer befinden sich ebenfalls auf der zweiten Ebene. Zwei Queen-Schlafzimmer treffen sich mit einem gemeinsamen Bad. Eine zusätzliche Master-Suite mit Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad bietet noch mehr Komfort. Ein zusätzlicher König und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei vollen Betten bleiben hier, um jeden Gast mit der besten Nachtruhe zu schlafen.

Reviewer Comments: We rented from December 23 - January 2, 2023 the pool was supposed to be heated, the water was ice cold for all those days until the last day, I called, emailed, stopped by the rental office and nothing was done., there is no child protection net by the pool!The kitchen had very poor utensils, the car line to get in the condominium was very big, every day to get back in it would take us over 40 minutes to get in and very rude employees by the gate!Other than all of that the home is beautiful, extremely clean!

Reviewer Comments: Booking and communication was easy and the location was great. The free pool heat is great and the pool was great to have. All of the bedding was clean and plenty of towels were provided. Overall the property could be very nice, however it needs major deep cleaning and updates before I would rent it again. The carpet and area rugs were very dirty from wear and tear and stains and the furniture was very stained. The pool area needed to be washed and litter picked up. The screen over the pool was torn in several places letting bugs and dirt into the pool. The cleaners did surface clean the house, but the couches, chairs and rugs were gross. The patio furniture needs updating and more patio furniture should be provided since it is a 6 bedroom home. All of the walls needed to be cleaned and repainted. The shower grout needs a deep scrubbing. based on the updates needed, this property was overpriced and would not recommend it unless the above changes were made.

When we arrived; the day and and time we were due to arrive, only to find the property dirty and not ready for our arrival. The beds were not made up, dirty linen still on the beds, dirty towels in restroom. Rotten limes in a bowl on kitchen counter. Spilled liquid on sofa, chair cushions ripped on pool furniture, pool table leg broken and another leg being leveled by bath towel (floor in garage slant to keep rain out, not a problem but pool balls rolled one way when you racked the balls). Kitchen counter sticky and dirty. No skimmer net for pool, bugs in pool. Stair banister was loose and carpet very dirty. Had to wait 4 hours and several phone calls to answering service, then someone finally called to tell me he can't help me. By this time I had responded to the text I received with the house code, someone finally text me back only to state they couldn't get in contact with the cleaning crew. I ask if they had another house they could put us in, we had been on the road 17 hours and my grandchildren 5 and 11 were tired and we were ready to relax. A hour later I receive a text they had found a house we could use for 3 days but then we would have to move to the original house. Pack, unpack, pack, unpack, then pack again to come home. Not a relaxing vacation. Needless to say, and I'm just being honest, I would not recommend Florida Spirits as a property management company, it didn't seem like they cared. No one picked up the phone to ensure our stay was okay. Also, I guard shack lady was not a nice person, it's not my problem she had to work extra, nor should she have taken it out on us. Just being real, no one would want this type of vacation experience. Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience and I wish you all well.

The Best Ever

Such potential!

We had such high hopes for a nice big house for our family vacation! Unfortunately the cleanliness and upkeep for the property was less than stellar. Stained carpets, dirty walls, dirty furniture, outdoor couch cushions falling apart, poor quality cookware, a pool heater that didn’t get the hot tub warmer than the pool, etc. all reasons for the review. Price and location and amenities were right, the house just needs more TLC. Also, a baby gate for the stairs would have been a nice option. Thanks

I had an amazing stay it were a few issues I recommended you guys fix as far as other guest I’m not complaining because I definitely understand but just make sure everything is fully cleaned for future reference. We had to wash and Lysol all of our sheets before laying on the bed was missing a mop an it didn’t have a grill as shown in picture. Never return to this property.

The inside of the property was NOT clean. Dirty stained chairs, couch and carpet. Proper number of towels and wash cloths were not provided even after we notified the management that they had not supplied the ample amount. I had to purchase towels and wash cloths. The outside grill was dirty and was removed from the property without notification. The safty alarm by pass on the door leading to the swimming area did not work properly. So it was an option to turn it off completly or hear the loud alarm whenever we opened the door. I did contact the managing company and explained the malfunction to them. As we were checking the house prior to leaving. we found a zip lock plastic bag of c122 drugs in one of children's room in a drawer. Simple solution for some of the uncleanness: place wipeable covering on the kitchen chairs vjnyl/leather. Replace the carpet with a mopable surface if you are unable to spot clean between guests. Place darker colored couch in the living room. I will try to send pictures in a separate message if it allows me. Concerning the drugs. I never place my items in the drawers, but this experience has taught me to check all drawers prior to allowing children to enter the rooms.

Huge, A beautiful home

The hot tub would never get hot and there were no instructions on anything to do for the hot tub specifically. We were at Disney all three days we were there so I did not have time during the day to call the rental company about it. The note said that there would be one roll of paper towels in the house and there was none. Other than that the house was great

The furniture in the common areas of the house were soiled and some needs to be replaced. All of the Resort amenities were not made available to us; despite our efforts to get a code to use the Resort Gym and other amenities. The people at the Resort desk blamed the reservations people for not giving us a separate code to use the Resort amenities and when we called customer service; they blamed the Resort staff for not giving us a code to enjoy the amenities. I was not happy because my children wanted to play basketball and use the Lazy River. However, we could not get anyone to give us a code. I will not feel comfortable referring anyone to stay there.

Nice house poorly managed

Nice house in a nice resort area for families. Don't believe the listed items. The pool heat will not work. Calls to the property management (Florida Spirit Vacation Homes) was not helpful. The maintenance team is nice and they will say every day they are going to come out and fix issues but never do. They put you off long enough knowing you are going to eventually leave. They even tried to blame the owner of the property saying they were unwilling to authorize the fixes. If this is true then shame on the owner. The pool alarms do not work so is you have kids keep an extra watch out for them. The BBQ is very small and covered in mold so do not plan on BBQ while at the house. The heat will not work which would be fine in the summer but would have been nice in the winter when we went. All said I would recommend staying at the resort however you will be better off staying in another house NOT managed by Florida Spirit Vaction Homes.

Spring break Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall stay was good.The only issues were that the pool lights didn’t work.The water went out of the spa and wasn’t heating night it was hot the ac could be at a lower temp.

Overall Good Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Attention to Detail needs to be invested by cleaning crew. Numerous walls have scuff marks, and items such as TV, Refrigerator, etc have accumulated excessive dust. Game room while nice was unbearably hot even with doors open. Overall property and community felt safe, and was enjoyable. Decent location from I-drive a bit of a distance from downtown. As a last minute getaway I would recommend it.
