The condo has a lovely view of the 12th hole of the Highlands golf course. It is also conveniently located and for the most part, well equipped and comfortable. We loved the Meadows (we joined the tennis club) and the Chartwell Green community where the condo is located. So many kind, warm, generous, fun people. We did have a couple issues with the condo. The first was that our stay was for 6 weeks, and no vacuum cleaner was provided (condo had wall-to-wall light colored carpet). We notified owner who responded quickly that the housecleaner must have taken it. A new vacuum cleaner was delivered to condo about 4 weeks into our stay. The second was more disappointing. We had booked the stay until a Sunday, and as a courtesy, I notified owner we would be departing on Friday. Wednesday morning the tv cable and Internet service was disrupted. I notified owner and never received a response. We contacted the cable company who was able to identify the account through the serial number on the back of the cable box. We were advised that the owner had disconnected the service. This was a significant inconvenience (with no Internet, I was not able to work from condo) and disappointment (we couldn't watch the Olympics from the condo). We never did get a response on this issue from the owner which was unusual as he had always responded promptly, and we don't know why he disconnected the service before we checked out.
