Great Property!

Home was exactly as advertised. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was amazing, they were so responsive. This home is easy access to pretty much everything in Colorado Springs. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Great stay close to Manitou and Garden of the Gods

Great stay. Able to visit sites daily. Nearby park within short walk to play and tire out the kids. Would stay again.

Huge yard for dogs! Loved this charming place so much!

FIVE STARS! It was immaculately clean. The towels and linens very high quality. Washer and dryer huge and incredible. Even has a steam option. Loved the design and décor. The property manager was so great. Quick response. They let me extend my stay by the day when I was not ready to leave. It was so very nice of them to do and they discounted one of the days I extended. Water pressure is amazing! The trees and neighborhood were awesome too. They let you control the thermostat and the air in there was so clean… I brought my purifier and the air was so clean it hardly had to do anything lol. And a bunny visits the gorgeous tree out front daily. And you are able to receive packages easily which is essential to me.

Great Place!

This was a wonderful house in a great location! Our family of 5 (all adults) were very comfortable and enjoyed our time at this house. If we are ever back in Colorado Springs area, we will rent again!

Family in from Chicago and northern Colorado. Enjoyed enclosed backyard. House clean but could use a deep cleaning. Beds very comfortable and room for all. Could use more kitchen cloths and towels. Driveway very steep. Bushes need trimmed especially along driveway!

My mother, 3 friends and I stayed at this location this past weekend. The house was perfect for what we needed. The responses to messages were extremely fast which I greatly appreciated. I would certainly choose this location again!!

Very clean and great location!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was clean and well stocked with things like soaps, detergents, coffee, and salt and pepper....all the little things people sometimes skip but makes the trip easier. The location was wonderful. Our only issue was that we couldn't get the grill or fire pit to light but they were going to take care of that right away. We would definitely go back!!

The place was nicely laid out. The house was clean , the beds were very comfortable and clean. The landscaping was over grown and this made it difficult to see children on the sidewalk and backing in to driveway. Also vents in house were dusty. Both issues are easy to address for next guests.

Really nice house for families or large groups

Four generations of our family visited Colorado Springs together and this house was absolutely perfect for us. With living spaces upstairs and downstairs we had plenty of room for relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and even had some spices, which was handy since we forgot to bring ours! Beds and bedrooms were comfy and bedding was top notch. Shampoo/conditions/body wash dispensers and hair dryers in the bathroom were a nice touch! The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard was really nice for relaxing and enjoying the weather after long days of sight seeing and activites around the area. Super close to everything we wanted to do and see! We had a great time and would stay again if we return to Co Springs.

The pics were taken in winter, so the trees and bushes are missing their leaves. We had trouble seeing the address sign on the house due to this. The driveway is narrow and it wasn’t until after booking that parking is on the street. Small cars can fit in the garage. This place is nice and roomy. There’s tons of towels and the beds and major surfaces were clean. It could use a good deep cleaning though. Overall, we had a great vacation.

Good property, but needs some updates

This was a really clean, nice, centrally located property. No major issues, but there was a large hole in the attic above the thermostat that needs to be repaired. Also, they require a very large deposit and were very particular about guests. Though 10 people are allowed, they will charge extra after 4, which was not stated on their site. They were very quick to respond to questions we had and were helpful getting us in fast as we booked basically the day before.

The house was very dark, lighting needs to be addressed, example bedside end table with lamp was so low I could not read. The lighting on the the kitchen was terrible. The air conditioning was not working properly, downstairs bedroom and living area was sooo cold, bedrooms up stairs never cooled off. The yard looks nothing like the photos, over grown with tall weeds, weeds growing through the the turf. The outdoor grill was falling apart ,dirty and grilling tools left outside were dirty. The beds we’re comfortable and the sheets clean Overall the house and grounds need much attention .

Not cared for at all! Working on vacation.

PROS: Great location! We were able to get to so many of our activities easily and Garden of the the Gods is beautiful. The layout of the house was great for our family of five. CONS: Our stay after being in the car 16 hours began with realizing that the back door wouldn’t shut or latch, which meant it wouldn’t lock AT ALL…not the handle or the deadbolt. Things happen, so I called and left a message on the “emergency” line. I got a quick call back, but his solution was to send someone to fix it TOMORROW. So, they expected us to sleep with 3 kids in a strange city with a door that won’t lock or even shut securely. Thank goodness my fiancé is handy and happened to have some tools in the truck and was able to mortise out the holes with his pocket knife and get it locked for us. We never used that door the rest of the week. I also have to second the review from last year about the yard. It was a complete jungle in the back and front yards. There are 3 foot weeds growing right next to the back steps. So that beautiful relaxing back yard in the pictures is a myth. The breaker box in the garage doesn’t cover the entire hole, so there are wires completely exposed and definitively dangerous. The dishwasher has no upper washing arm anymore, so the top rack is completely useless and the dishes don’t get even remotely clean (the bottom isn’t much better). I just discovered yesterday that the kitchen sink leaks and there’s been a bowl filling with dirty water all week. Just, no!

Nice house in neighborhood

Our stay was very good. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. TV downstairs, but didn't have cable, just online apps. Couldn't connect phone to be able to stream anything, so we were stuck with whatever we could find in the mornings and evenings. TV isn't that important but would have been nice to have some options for news or sports. The bathrooms were good, and the kitchen provided what we needed and supplied coffee which was nice. The outside could definitely use some attention, but it isn't as overgrown as I expected from other reviews. We loved sitting outside around the gas firepit. Very nice touch. Cleaning up the weeds would make it a lot more attractive. Never parked in the driveway or garage because of the bushes that were hanging over the driveway and would have brushed against the car. Plenty of room on the street though. Overall, a fine stay for what we were looking for.

Lovely Home, Good Location but Yard was Completely Overgrown

The house was comfortable and well furnished and the kitchen had everything you would need to make a nice meal. The location was very convenient (~10 minute drive to Garden of Gods). One thing that could definitely be improved upon is the outdoor space. In the picture it is completely manicured and looks welcoming to have your kids play or sit outside but in reality it was completely overgrown like 2 feet high weeds all over the place. This didn't harm our stay since we were only there two days and had a full agenda but if you're staying longer this could be a problem if you wanted the outdoor space. The front was really overgrown as well which made the front porch light not as useful.

Breath taking CO Springs

We enjoyed our stay in CO Springs. Near Garden of the Gods, Pike Peak, Cave of the Winds, Cliff dwellings and did not disappoint. The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Bedrooms up and down a flight of stairs with living room and dining on main level. Beds and pillows were great. Could use more blankets. The week we were there it was extremely cool. Drive way at an extreme incline and very narrow. One side of driveway are steps and the other were cedars that rub on the vehicle when parking. Only small vehicles could park in driveway, no large SUVs. There was construction across the street so we couldn't park in front of the house and with all the construction vehicles parked out front made it difficult to get in and out.
