Beautiful Property, Convenient to Everything

This villa was beautiful with a fenced yard overlooking one of the ponds. Our dogs were comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our time there. It is very close to a Walmart Express which was so convenient for us to purchase food and other things. Great communication with the property manager. We definitely plan to come back here again.

Independent lifestyle preview

We wanted to see what real life with our pets would be like in the Villages on this trip. The home was perfect and safe for pets. Location is central and gave us a great idea of where we might like to live. The beautiful golf cart gave us the complete experience and our pups loved it! The neighbors were friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend this property.

1st Time Visit

Enjoyed our 1st time to the Villages, we will be back. Did not care for the check in policy via ReMax, getting the code to get in the house is great, but did not like that we would get the code at 3pm, the exact time they close for the day. It worked out, but felt uneasy all day utill 3pm.

Great Property.

Beautiful property, lovely home. Great golf cart. The area is close to shops, pools etc.Nice,y furnished, comfy bed and responsive service. Had to purchase an electric kettle, toaster, tea towels, cloths and pool towels. Towels could be replaced. Had one incident when our small dog squeezed through the railings in the back yard and ran out onto the highway, very scary, someone caught her, so not recommended to let a small dog out into the yard. We had a wonderful time and very happy to return next year.

Nice but far too expensive for the location

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was spacious and exactly as depicted in the photos. However, the photos don't show that you are very close to 466A, so there is constant traffic noise. The living room rug is very worn and should be replaced. The microwave worked sporadically. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The washer and dryer were great! The outside space needs lounge chairs ... nothing to really enjoy the patio area. The golf cart was great!

Excellent Location!!

We very much enjoyed this home! I cannot say enough about the convenience of the location. It is literally 3 minutes by golf cart to the Market-Walmart, and 5 minutes to The Colony. The clubhouse is even closer. The golf cart is literally the best one we've ever had at a rental home, and we have rented extensively! We would definitely choose this location again!

Nice Home in The Villages

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We selected this property due to its proximity to my mother-in-law's house. It's so close to the grocery stores (Walmart, Publix) and conveniently located to go to either Lake Sumter Landing or Brownwood squares (about 15 mins drive). It's also very close to the Moyer Recreational Center and at least 2 other pools. My husband and I both work from home so we appreciate that this house was a great size, especially with the 3rd bedroom set up as an office with a pull out sofa. The house was tastefully decorated and sofa/beds are comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped. I would recommend replacing the office chair as the seat is worn out. The enclosed yard and the water view were great! The only issue we had was cleanliness. The bedroom dressers and night tables were dusty. The floor, from garage entry to kitchen to living room, didn't seem to have been mopped. I had to go buy supplies to clean the house. Luckily, both bathrooms were pretty clean. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues during our stay and the property manager(s) responded immediately and we had service the same day! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider renting this unit again.

The only downside was the fact that the thermostat controlling the temperature for air conditioning was locked at 78 degrees making for several uncomfortable days and evenings.

Really well kept. You can tell the owners take pride

Easy check in. Very clean. House was great for parents and two kids (10 & 12). Golf cart that was provided with the house is fantastic. Great location for Bonivay & Havana golf courses. I will rent this location again.
