There are 4 beaches on Manasota Key: Englewood Beach, Blind Pass Beach Park (a.k.a. Middle Beach), Manasota Beach, and Stump Pass Beach State Park. Or you can walk from Sea Oats By the Bay through a deeded beach access, to enjoy a less crowded part of the beach. Walk to bars, restaurants and Yoga on the Beach. Ride a bicycle or take Stumpy's Free Ride Shuttle anywhere you want to go on the key!
A short drive off key you'll find grocery stores, additional restaurants, unique shops, art centers and year-round entertainment. The quaint and historical West Dearborn Street is located in Old Englewood Village, and is full of great shops, galleries, restaurants and fun events: Thursday Farmers Market (Oct - May), Cruisin' On Dearborn Street every1st Saturday of the month, art shows, festivals, and musical events.
Manasota Key is also close to Venice, Sarasota, Boca Grande, Port Charlotte, North Port, Punta Gorda, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, and Naples.
