Unsere Wohnung ist in einer Gated Community mit 24 Stunden Sicherheit und einem Vollzeit-Management-Personal. Zu den Gemeinschaftsräumen, die die Gäste während ihres Aufenthalts nutzen können, gehören ein Fitnessstudio, ein Waschsalon, ein Kinderspielzimmer und der private Strandzugang zum Strand von Luquillo. Außerdem haben wir während Ihres Aufenthalts einen Parkplatz zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung selbst befindet sich in der 19. Etage. Es ist ein großes Eckstudio mit raumhohen Türen, um die wunderbare Aussicht zu genießen. Wahrlich, der Ozean ist dein Nachbar!

Im Inneren gibt es einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, eine Küche und einen geräumigen Balkon. Das Queen-Size-Bett passt zwei bequem. Außerdem gibt es eine Queen-Size-Luftmatratze für eine Gruppe von vier Personen. WLAN und Kabel sind ebenfalls enthalten. Zusätzlich zum Basiskabel verfügen wir über ein SmartTV, sodass Sie Netflix oder Amazon Prime sehen können (Sie benötigen ein eigenes Konto). Wir stellen das Nötigste bereit (z. B. Bettlaken, Handtücher, Seife, Zahnpasta usw.). Viele Gäste haben ihre "Extras" wie Sonnencreme, Lotion, Insektenspray, etc. hinterlassen, also fühlen Sie sich frei, diese Gegenstände auch zu benutzen. Unser neuester Neuzugang ist eine tragbare Klimaanlage! Im letzten Sommer empfahlen einige Gäste aufgrund der Luftfeuchtigkeit in den Sommermonaten eine Klimaanlage. Die Klimaanlage ist vom 1. Mai bis 31. August verfügbar.

Last but not least ist Standort! Von Old San Juan nach Luquillo sind es ca. 30-40 Minuten (je nach Verkehr). Der Regenwald von El Yunque ist 10 Minuten entfernt. Fajardo (glaube Bio Bay) ist 15 Minuten weg. Ceiba, die neue Hafenstadt zwischen Culebra und Vieques, ist ca. 20-30 Minuten entfernt.

Diese Wohnung befindet sich am Strand und liegt in der Gegend Barrio Pueblo, einem Stadtviertel von Luquillo. Wyndham Rio Mar Golf Course und El Conquistador Golfplatz sind einen Ausflug wert, wenn du etwas Aufregendes erleben möchtest. Wer lieber die Natur der Region bewundern möchte, sollte Folgendes besuchen: Luquillo-Strand und El Yunque National Forest (Nationalpark). Ebenfalls einen Besuch wert sind diese beiden Highlights: Carabalí Rainforest Park und Naturschutzgebiet Las Cabezas de San Juan. Beim Kajakfahren und beim Tauchen kannst du die umliegende Wasserwelt erkunden oder aber du stürzt dich beim Radfahren und auf den Wander-/Radwegen ganz in der Nähe in ein Abenteuer mit festem Boden unter den Füßen.

A piece of heaven!🥰😍

This is hands down the best experienced I've ever had at a vacation, book early because this spot is amazing and may not be available with a short notice. Pamela was very helpful and eager to help with anything I needed, and so was Alba, they make a great team. And this view and privacy for a couple is truly Paradise. The pictures don't do it justice. It is 10 times more than what you would expect!

One elevator not working, was not getting worked on, and clearly had not worked for a long time. The working one required us to walk up/down stairs one flight. Also, it is listed as a one bedroom, but it isn’t. It is a studio apartment with everything in one room. Beautiful view with ocean directly below and a lovely balcony to sit on. Pam was very good to work with.

This apartment had everything we needed for a great stay! Sadly the elevator was broken and 19 floors were just too much for us so we couldn’t stay beyond 1 night, but our host was very understanding and communicated wonderfully.

Property has a beautiful view! Host got back to us right away with any questions we had. The only thing we really disliked was not knowing that you had to take stairs to get out of the garage. My fiancé has a medical condition and stair are really hard on her. But would definitely stay again as we got engaged on the beach outside.

Great place to stay

The apartment was clean and very nice. The view is amazing. The location is nice it is close to the highway and very close to luquillo beach with crystal clear water. The parking is on the lower deck and you have to go up a lot of stairs but besides that it was perfect we will definitely be staying there again!

Ocean breezes

The amenities make this place. The apt is sufficient, if your looking for a fancy place this isn’t it. The beach and pool, and balcony are great. We did have to climb the the 19 flights once, when the elevator didn’t work. But overall this is a good place. The outside noise can be loud. You could close the windows.

Amazing Views!

Everything was wonderful! The views were so amazing, we didn't want to leave the balcony. The private back entrance to the beach was definitely a plus! The place was clean and accommodating. Everything we needed was there. Even beach accessories! It was private and quiet. We also loved the fact that there was so much to do within close distance. The host Pam was great to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this place if looking for a reasonable place to stay in Luquillo with amazing views! Thanks Pam for making our stay a wonderful one! 😊

February stay 2022

My boyfriend and I took a getaway and stayed in Pamela's condo. The condo felt safe since it is gated and has a guard on duty at all times. The elevator won't even move without a key inserted.The overall property could use some TLC (both buildings were built in the 1970s), but they are in the process of painting the buildings and we say some maintenance being done while there. The view is what you are paying for. A corner balcony and it's right on the beach. You can lay in bed and listen to the ocean. This part of the beach didn't have many people in the water. We were told by people we met it is dangerous due to rip tides and we always saw red flags out everyday we were there. The condo itself is very simple with just a bed, tv, kitchen, balcony, and bathroom. The bed was VERY firm and towards the end of the week we were both waking up in pain, could of just been us though. It met our needs since we spent a lot of the time exploring different parts of the island. Overall we enjoyed our stay and Pamela was a great host to work with!

Perfect location!

Loved our view and cute room. Location was perfect for activities we wanted to do. People in this neighborhood are awesome! Good restaurant choices, GREAT beach. Can’t wait to come back- however, until the elevators are more reliable, we will not be staying at this property. Walking 19 floors with luggage and/or groceries is concerning, exhausting and disappointing.

Small, cozy, amazing view

The apartment was small but cozy for 3 people. The view of the beach from the balcony was amazing; took some amazing photos from there. Having access to the beach and the pool was plus and most times it was just us there. Was able to get in contact with the owner with no problem and recieve a quick response.

Excellent beaches and beautiful views and people.

The neighborhood was a mixture of dated, water damaged properties and rehabbed well kept property. The affects of Maria are still visible plus alot of vacant and abandoned properties. Pamela's apartment at 2 Sandy Hill's was clean and she had utensils to cook and fully stocked with towels and supplies. The view was breathtaking and although she has an A/C I kept the balcony doors opened and ceiling fan on and the breeze kept me cool.; It felt natural and I slept without covers on. The breeze was perfect. There is a pool on the property which I didn't use. You can literally walk into the backyard and be at the beach. It has a private entrance and there is a river adjacent to the property which you can also swim and canoe. The beaches there are a little rough but there are areas like lagoons that you can swim in. There are stores and restaurants around within walking distance and Kiosk on the beach that sell food. Pamela has an umbrella and beach chairs so don't buy any. The water is clear and if you drive a mile toward Rio Grande there is shops on your right and restaurants and a beautiful beach behind them that is calm (hardly any waves) and you can rent canoes, jet ski's etc. You can see El Yuque forest from 2 Sandy Hills and driving you can be there within 1o minutes. Overall I loved the experience and will definitely go back. Thanks Pamela!
