Dieses großartige einstöckige Haus ist das perfekte Ferienhaus für Familien, Großfamilien oder große Gruppen.

Im Inneren befindet sich ein geräumiges, offenes Wohnzimmer mit bequemem Modulsofa, Sitzsäcken, großem Flachbildfernseher und DVD-Player, Holzofen, vielen Spielen, Büchern und Zeitschriften.

Ein großartiges Merkmal ist der große zentrale Esstisch und die geräumige, gut ausgestattete Küche.

Es gibt 5 große Schlafzimmer, ein Familienbadezimmer mit Badewanne und separater Dusche sowie eine zweite Dusche und 2 separate Toiletten. Das Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett und Einzelbett verfügt über TV, Wii und Sitzsäcke, die sich für einen Teenager-Rückzugsort eignen. In den Schlafzimmern befinden sich elektrische Heizkörper und Standventilatoren.

Die Wäsche hat eine Toplader Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, Staubsauger, Besen und Reinigungsmittel.

Der Hof ist komplett eingezäunt und verfügt über einen Doppelcarport, einen Grillplatz und eine Außenanlage. Es gibt viele Parkplätze abseits der Straße und Platz für eine Partie Cricket oder Boccia. Der Unterhaltungsbereich im Freien ist perfekt für ein Sommer-BBQ, ein Familien-Mittagessen, ein überdachter Bereich mit Küchenzeile und fließend warmem und kaltem Wasser. Es gibt ein Außenbad mit heißem und kaltem fließendem Wasser, eine Feuerstelle und eine Außentoilette.

Dies ist ein tolles familienfreundliches Ferienhaus, das perfekt für Ihren nächsten Familienurlaub, Wochentag oder Wochenendausflug geeignet ist.

Just fabulous for our group of 11. The Vets loved to have use of the bar-b-que and fire pit to sit around and yarn. Very comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. Thanks Susan for being an excellent host.

Great family home

We stayed here for a big family weekend getaway. We had a large group of three generations & lots of kids so I was a bit nervous that we would feel a bit squishy in the house but it is even bigger in real life. There are lots of different sitting areas outside and beautiful sea breeze to keep you cool even on a hot day. The kids loved all the boardgames and Wii provided and the backyard was great for cricket and water play. Sunset walks to the end of the road overlooking the ocean were breath taking and was only a short drive to a kid friendly beach swim. There's no aircon but fans are provided in every room of the house which were adequate as it doesn't get as hot on the island anyway. All the windows have fly screens which was appreciated as you could let the sea airove through the house. Grandparents particularly loved the homely relaxed feel of the house and the puzzles. Only downside was the lack of dishwasher with such a large group but there is a second kitchen outside so we were able to split the dishes between us which made it manageable. Family all agreed we'd love to come back again! :)

Great place

We had a wonderful weekend with several families at Chill Ville. It's spacious, comfortable and really well setup for big groups. Walking distance to the beach. We will hopefully be coming back next year for our next get to together!

Fun at Surf Beach

We stayed at Chill Ville in late Jan for 5 nights, our group was 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids aged from 4 to 12.) The property is big, so there was plenty of room for everyone and you can see that the place is a family holiday home due to the decor and all the small loving touches, there’s none of the cold feel of an investment rental. IMO, the pictures don’t do it justice. We’ve stayed on Philip Island a few times and the location of the property is good if you’re after the ocean side beaches. That said, nothing is that far away and it’s only a 10 min drive into Cowes. Susan is excellent, both responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Everything we needed ☆

This place was just amazing , from the get go Susan was so nice and helpful, letting us be flexible with our times and dates last minute. Having a good owner to deal with always makes the biggest difference to your stay I find . Walking into to this place was like a home in paradise. It had everything you needed, everything , that made it feel like home. Great hang out spots, plenty of room. Nice and clean and BIG, everything was big, even the toilets lol. Walking distance to a beautiful beach , lots of sunny comfy areas, then a outdoor fire at night. Nothing to complain about. Will be back again:)

Awesome house for a large group!

We had 8 adults, 5 teenagers, 2 toddlers, a new born and 3 dogs staying at the property over the weekend. We all loved the outdoor area, the very generous sized bedrooms, living area and even toilets! Everyone had a wonderful time, it felt like we were on a school camp! Susan is a very accommodating host and easy to communicate with. We will make this a family regular from now on! Thank you Susan! :)

Chille Ville holiday house. Amazing place to stay.

Great location, immaculate house and facilities. Large enough for extended family stays and holidays. The hosts could not have been more accommodating. I would highly recommend a stay at this house. Its only walking distance to great beaches in a quite street.

An incredibly well set up home, homely, great location, all there, well kept, fun holiday home!

We had a great time at this excellent property. Everything is excellently set up, thoughtful and communicative hosts, and everything in the home in great condition. Lovely location a short walk from the beach. 15 of us had a lot of fun here! We had trouble thinking what else one would want from a holiday home. Thank you for looking after us so well! A great big family fun house!

We stayed here with 11 adults and 4 little kids/baby. The house was big enough so that it didn’t feel crowded. The house was very well stocked with everything you need - kitchen, bathroom etc. only downside was no dishwasher! There was also no wifi but we didn’t need it really. The location is 5 min walk from the beach however the swimming beaches are at different places on the island (not far though). We brought our dog and he enjoyed the back and front yards. There was a really good outdoor space with bbq and chairs and table and fire pit, and the front deck was really nice too with comfy couches. We all had a wonderful time and would definitely be back. Thanks to Susan the host!

Great family getaway

Chill-Ville is a great big house with plenty of activities, and is very well supplied. Great location close to the water, unfortunately the weather was a bit wild for the weekend we were there so we mostly hung out by the fire and played boardgames, but that was perfect. Our host replied very quickly and provided all the info we needed.

Awesome spot for a getaway

Beautifully positioned house for a getaway to the coast. Right near the beach, not too far from shops, this well presented house really will make your holiday. The owners were accommodating, great with communication and very helpful, would recommend this place to anyone anytime!

excellent family friendly home

The house is located very near to the beach and other scenic locations. We a group of 15 loved the stay as there were plenty of amenities. we enjoyed the outdoor BBQ and Bonfire. We all had a very comfortable stay. The owner was so kind she left a changing table and bassinet for the infant of our group. I would highly recommend travelers to book the property and enjoy the stay.
