MAGISCHES NOOSA HINTERLAND RETREAT

Magnolia Cottage ist eine charmante, rustikale Holzhütte, die das wahre Gefühl des Landes bietet, aber so nah an den malerischen Landstädten von Cooroy, Eumundi und Pomona, nur 15 Minuten von Noosaville und der Gympie Tce Fluss / Restaurant Bezirk und weitere 5 Minuten zum Glitz von Noosa's Hastings Street und Main Beach.

Das Cottage verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer und ist durch einen ruhigen Innenhof mit einem Brunnen von den The Stables (ebenfalls auf HomeAway aufgeführt) getrennt.

Magnolia Cottage befindet sich auf 2 Hektar großen schönen Gärten mit Blick über unsere Lilie gefüllten Damm und Seil Hängebrücke, um den Berg jenseits.

Unsere Hütte wurde eingerichtet, um ein entspanntes Zuhause fern von zu Hause fühlen mit zusätzlichen luxuriösen Details.

Der Raum: Magnolia Cottage hat alles, um sicherzustellen, dass Ihre Familie und Ihr Haustier eine tolle Zeit haben.
Es ist ein "echtes" Zuhause, vom Schaukelseil über den Damm zur Feuerstelle, und ist neu renoviert, einschließlich der meisten Geräte.

Im Erdgeschoss: Offene Küche mit Gas-Kochfeld, Essbereich und Wohnzimmer (mit 50 "LED-TV, DVD und USB-kompatible Soundbar) auf unterhaltsame Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick und Weber BBQ.
Die breite und schattige Veranda hat Tore an beiden Enden und bietet einen sicheren Platz für die meisten Hunde. Der Garten zwischen Hütte und Damm ist eingezäunt (Kombi-Draht und Holz). Der Damm selbst ist nicht eingezäunt, und das Eigentum kann nicht für sehr kleine Kinder geeignet sein. Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns für weitere Details, wenn Sie Bedenken haben.

Hauptschlafzimmer: Queen-Bett und Wand-LED-TV. Blick auf den Damm und den Berg.

Hauptbadezimmer: großes Bad mit Dusche und Klauenfußbad.
Wäsche. Außerhalb des Hauptbadezimmers gelegen und hat nagelneue vordere Last Unterlegscheibe (kaltes Wasser nur) und Trockner.

Obergeschoss: Giebel-Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (und TV), zweites Giebel-Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelstockbetten, Badezimmer, separates Wohnzimmer mit 43-Zoll-LED-TV (USB-kompatibler Soundbar) und Air-Hockey-Tisch, Balkon mit herrlichem Blick Ansichten. Alle Schlafzimmer außer den Etagenbetten (nur Ventilator) verfügen über eine Klimaanlage.

Gästezugang: Inklusive aller Magnolia Cottage (mit Ausnahme eines verschlossenen Abstellraums und Schrank im Erdgeschoss) und die 2 Hektar großen Gärten.

The Stables ist eine separate Residenz (auch auf HomeAway aufgeführt), die durch den Brunnenhof und das Tor getrennt ist.

Awesome doggy friendly cottage

Magnolia Cottage in Cooroy is a delightful, dog-friendly retreat! 🏡✨ The fenced yard was perfect for my dogs, and the cottage itself was cozy, clean, and well-equipped. The comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities made our stay enjoyable. The location was ideal for exploring nearby parks and trails, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

Familiar feeling

Delightful home on gorgeous grounds reminded us of summer holidays at the family estate when times were simpler and happier. Secluded yet offers easy access to surrounding towns. The beds are very comfortable, and it was lovely to wake up to birdsong every morning. Will definitely stay again for a longer stretch of time.

Things need improvement

Building was as advertised, however there were issues which spoiled the weekend. Remote on TV was playing up, after an hour we worked out the batteries were going flat. Spare batteries in the butlers pantry were the wrong size. Sound Bar was aweful, and there was no Cable and the remote (now working) was aweful. Then we were interrupted with people trying to access the stables, that wasted an hour, they eventually went off to find other acccommodations, but arrived back a few hours later after getting on to VRBO. Dish Washer - the door wouldnt close properly and was leaking water. Only 2 of the 5 burners on the stove were working. We were looking forward to a barbque - it was filthy, full of cockroaches, and there were rat droppings inside it and it was covered in grease. Outside of the building was mildewed, gardens overgrown and half dead, and the pond covered in a oily slime. Also the septic near the stables (which you have to walk past to access the house) was a bit whiffy and looked like it was leaking into the surrounding ground. Also the driveway was VERY steep and unpaved. Other than that it was OK. It's a shame as most of these issues are easily fixable and come down to having a bit of pride in your property and consideration for the people staying there. I would not recommend this property, and will not be staying there again.

A nice getaway

Loved the beautiful grounds. House felt clean, warm and welcoming and had lots of lovely touches. We loved our stay at Magnolia cottage and we were made to feel our pup was very welcome there too. Very relaxing stay and would definitely visit again. We did run into some problems with one of our cars however not being able to get up the driveway- the 4WD had no trouble however our Mazda sedan couldn’t climb the steep, loose gravel driveway and if it weren’t for the fantastic, lovely neighbours up the road coming to our rescue and allowing us to use their yard and driveway we could have been facing an expensive tow. All in all though, a wonderful weekend break away.

Great pet friendly accommodation

We had a lovely stay at the cottage but was a little disappointed with the close proximity of additional accommodation and guests. The shared access road needs a lot of upgrading as I had great difficulty getting my car back up to the main road.

Spacious cottage, great spot.

Spacious cottage with spacious rooms! Everything was clean and overall cottage had a nice homely feel to it. Had many inclusions (air con, fans etc) and the butlers pantry and kitchen was well equipped. Loved the high ceiling beams and open plan downstairs. Would definitely revisit!

Lovely place to chill for a few days with the fur kids

Such a lovely property that is made even better by the fully fenced yard so we could enjoy our few days off with the dogs. Beautiful house and lovely managers. Only tricky bit is that the shared driveway has suffered damage from the recent rains and is a bit difficult to navigate in a small front wheel drive car. Otherwise a lovely relaxing stay.

This home is in very convenient location ! Must stay again

This home is conveniently located near everything you may require yet far enough away to be secluded. The layout of the rooms is spacious with good wardrobe space to unpack. The house is stocked with all the essentials for your Stay, eg, kitchenware, rubbish bags, all the sprays and cleaning products that you often forget ! Clearly marked out areas for pets and childrens safety so all can relax. Beautiful home to relax in ! Reluctantly would recommend at the risk of it being able to book in again !!!

Magnolia Cottage Getaway

We all wished we could stay longer. Much, much longer. The cottage was clean and felt very warm and inviting. Bedrooms were cosy and comfortable with large beds. The kitchen was big with plenty of space to move, including a well stocked butler's pantry. We loved the tranquility of the garden and the peaceful setting - absolutely beautiful. We spent a lot of time just sitting in the garden, listening to the birds. We also had a lovely picnic by the pond. A supermarket and various restaurant and take away options are available a short drive away. On the first night we had dinner at the local Chinese restaurant. The food was delicious. Overall we were very happy with our stay. So much so, we decided to stay an extra night. We'd love to come back again soon and would highly recommend Magnolia Cottage for a family getaway. 10/10! As tourists we visited Noosa regularly for almost 20 years before moving here. We love the hinterland with its mystical mountains, country drives, unique country towns, excellent food and coffee, and the glorious views.

We simply fell in love with the property. As have many of our guests! The combination of the house, views, gardens, dam, wildlife and serenity is unique.

Views (from everywhere!), space (everywhere) pet friendly, 2.5 acres of beautiful gardens with 2 fire pits and a charming cottage with an eclectic mix of furnishings. I find it almost impossible to be in a bad mood in these surroundings!
