Pass-A-Grille Beach studio everything you need is here! Nice big deck with beautiful views of the Gulf. White soft sandy beach a few steps away. Restaurants, Bars, Boutiques, Coffee and Ice Cream shop all within walking distance. If you want to experience the real Old Florida feel this is the place for you.

Pass-A-Grille Beach studio everything you need is here! Nice big deck with beautiful views of the Gulf. White soft sandy beach a few steps away. Restaurants, Bars, Boutiques, Coffee and Ice Cream shop all within walking distance. If you want to experience the real Old Florida feel this is the place for you. The room is 300 sq ft..with a queen size Murphy bed that folds up easily during the day to allow for plenty of living space for a couple people. There are 2 comfy swivel chairs and a flat screen tv. Nice little kitchen with everything you need. And plenty of space for your clothes and toiletries.

We have a laundry room on site 2nd floor also that requires quarters to operate. Wifi is available. Large comman deck with awesome views of the beach and Gulf to soak up the sun and watch fantastic sunsets. Steps to the beach restaurants and shops. Location is suburb!

This property had everything we needed and was in a fantastic location on Pass-A-Grille. Julie was very communicative and on street permit parking was easy to find.

This apartment was very clean and we loved that it was in the most convenient place. It is next to ice cream shop and places to eat and right across from beach.

A perfect place for what we were looking for. Small, cute and clean! Host was wonderful and very communicative. I would definitely head back to this cutie! Location couldnt be better for us beach goers. Friendly in town location. A week of rest and sunshine.

Adorable condo with perfect location to beach

Loved the proximity to the beach. Condo was updated, stocked well, and very quiet. Julie communicated in a timely fashion with us on questions we had during our stay. We highly recommend this place.

Paradise in Pass a Grille

We just loved our stay! The unit is VERY tiny, but it is clean, comfortable, and makes very good use of space. It was stocked with everything you might need. We were surprised to find beach towels, beach chairs, etc. available for us to use. The host let us know that we could check in early (bonus!) and responded very quickly to a few questions we had. Did I mention how nicely it's decorated? Just adorable! Easy 5 stars from us!

Weekend Beach Getaway

Julie's beach condo was a lovely place to stay for my weekend getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality cookware, dishes, and utensils. The murphy bed was extremely comfortable, and the all the linens and towels looked brand new. The condo was clean and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially time on the community deck which provided a spectacular view of the Gulf and unbelievable sunsets. I visit Pass a Grille about once a year and will look to rent from Julie again.

Perfect Location

Perfect location on the perfect beach. Although the balcony was being repaired and we could not use it- which would have been awesome- we had a great time. Small unit but all we needed for the two if us. Would definitely say there again.
