First of all, Cliff was amazing to deal with! That man deserves a raise! He was super helpful and ALWAYS available! 5 stars for Cliff!! While the condo was nice, there are a few things that could have gone smoother. The railing on the back porch is very loose. A problem, considering it’s the third floor. Also, the breaker kept tripping on the ice maker. The toilet handle was broken when we arrived, but promptly fixed. Also, the main bedroom smells and feels damp all the time. Other than that, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, the place was clean, and the views were amazing! Loved it!

Awesome stay

This was our first stay in this location in many years and it was great! Having sheets and towels provided was terrific! I did find the bath towels folded but slightly damp in the closet---so I took them out immediately and they were fine. The next day I discovered that the kitchen towels were terribly soured in the drawer. A regular washing did not fix it----so I washed them all in hot water with vinegar----and they were fresh again! We found plenty of paper products which was also nice----and we replaced what we used. The kitchen was well-equipped. As we were leaving we noticed that the trash truck dumped the recycling and trash cans into the same place on the truck. I understand that owners pay for that recycling can. Since recycling is not actually happening, you might want to check that out. We were diligent in separating our recycling so that was disappointing to see. Everything was very clean and that cart for bringing things up and down the elevator was really helpful! Thanks! We look forward to coming back next year!

Beautiful condo with easy access to beach!

We had a group of 8 adults 18 and over staying for an extended weekend in this condo. The condo is beautiful and in a great location! Access to the beach is just steps away. The owner is very easy to work with and responds quickly! We loved our trip celebrating our daughter’s 19th birthday! We will definitely be booking another stay in this condo!

Very clean, big, and nice place. Plenty of room. Several great restaurants around.

Very quiet, and open beach. Never crowded. Several things to do around the island. Very nice and clean building with enough room for several quests. Cliff was very easy to get ahold us, and was quick to answer questions we had. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone!

Need to update kitchen essentials. Knifes are rusty. The oven is not working properly. It doesn’t heat to temperature. Wine opener was brought for unit. Plenty of hand soap was left for unit. Bed spreads could be wash. I know we were end of season .

Spacious property and great views

My family enjoyed this property with friends for a week. Great location only steps away from the beach. Plenty of space for two families. First time visiting Ocean Isle and I feel like we picked a prime location. Beach wasn’t overly crowded which was nice for early July vacation. Plenty of restaurants and shops within short driving distance. Wish we could of rented a golf cart but just needed to look and book in advance. Cliff was quick to reply to questions and was great providing all the check in and out info. First time to Ocean Isle and wasn’t disappointed. Thank you!

Fabulous views, clean and very spacious

We loved our stay. Lots to do, great places to eat. We found our selves relaxing on the deck in the evening enjoying the sounds of the ocean. The home was beautiful and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. We are looking forward to scheduling again next year.

We found this condo to be well stocked and nicely decorated. It was in great shape and well cared for by the owners. The location to the beach access was fantastic. The owner was easy to communicate with and obviously takes pride in his investment. I would definitely recommend this condo to others.

Amazing weekend away!

Wonderful Stay

This property was absolutely perfect for us. It was exactly as advertised and has a gorgeous view. The villa is well stocked ( I would say this is the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental). Clif the property manager was responsive and helpful. We hated to leave and definitely would love to return soon!

Excellent Property.

This is an excellent property for anyone who is or has handicap limitations and small pets. The property is spacious and views of the beach were wonderful. Cliff constantly communicated with me which was important. The one change I would request is having handheld shower heads/nozzles in the walk in tubs but other than that we certainly look forward to staying here again next year. Thanks Cliff.

Outstanding beach vacation condo!

We had the best time at this property. We had never done a VRBO and the experience was perfect. Yes, I said perfect. Everything was as advertised on the website about the condo, it's location and it's amenities. Cliff, the property contact, was fantastic. Very fast to respond to any request. Very knowledgeable of the area. The property itself was nice, had perfect views and was one of the best locations we've stayed at in Ocean Isle. Beach location was as good as it gets anywhere.

Nice getaway.

The owner was great to work with and everything was as described. This was a nice place to hide from all the new world problems of late. There were 8 of us and the unit was equipped to handle it. The inclusion of towels and sheets was a bonus. The only issue was the shortage of electrical plugs for charging golf carts. We had two carts and could only charge one at a time for the whole 6 unit building.
