Nur 90 Minuten von Sydney und mit einer Auswahl an unberührten Stränden alle innerhalb von einer paar Minuten Fahrt, dieses spektakuläre Haus ist für zwei oder sogar drei Familien ideal zu genießen.

Die voll ausgestattete Küche ist mit Glascooktop, Kaffeemaschine und Wein Kühlschrank gebaut, mit dem Außen-Vier Brenner Grill kombiniert gibt es genug, um jeden Catering-Bedarf. Wählen Sie drinnen speisen oder die Sonne oder Abend Mondschein auf dem Holzdeck genießen.

Eine Auswahl von nicht weniger als drei Wohnzonen sorgt für ein Maximum an Platz für alle, diese einen Krawall-Bereich und einen Billardtisch in der Garage, einen Medienraum mit bequemen Wohnzimmer, TV, DVD-Player und Spielekonsole sowie der offene Wohnraum neben der Küche und Teenager-Rückzug nach oben.

Das Master-Schlafzimmer befindet sich auf der Eingangsebene und umfasst ein Kingsize-Bett, Bad und Wand-TV. Für zusätzlichen Komfort gibt es auch ein Bad in voller Größe auf dieser Ebene.

A gem of a place

There were four couples travelling and we could not have been happier. The bedroom layouts, two living areas, large balconies, massive garage and a huge kitchen dining area. Location is perfect too, 5 mins from town, next to the resort, pool, boat ramp, restaurant, cafe and shop. Super clean, tidy, great furniture, comfortable beds, nice linen and the kitchen has everything you need.

Quiet and clean

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. It was nice, clean and well maintained. There are lots of board games for the kids to enjoy. It was in a quite location yet only a stroll away from Lake Macquarie and Rafferty's resort. Will recommend to anyone who is visiting the Lake Macquarie area.

Away from it all : a relaxing stay for three couples

Family holiday

The house was huge and well laid out for our family. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you could possibly want but tea towels..this didn’t worry us as we always travel with extras. The outside balcony was lovely for meals, lunch and dinner. Very comfortable beds, easy walk to resort facilities and lake. Lots of things for children to do. Very clean and accurate information relative to listing.

WOW

Wow, just perfect, everything and more than advertised. The house was immaculate and included little touches like games for the kids, and teenagers, fully equipped kitchen, everything we didn't realize we needed. Stayed for a family wedding it will always be a highlight for all of us, we will definitely stay again.

Beautiful place with lots of room, a few things broken that was disappointing considering the cost: Bed in guest bedroom Banister Dishwasher rack Pool table ripped Also did not pack kitchen things as it read that everything was supplied, however no tea towels, can opener or bottle opener. Reviewer Comments: Our family (3 families - 11 in total) stayed at Le Domicile on Point for our Christmas holiday and thoroughly enjoyed it.The location gives you the best of both the lake and the beaches in the area. The lake offered a safe haven for toddlers to swim, play on the grass picnic areas or the older kids to go fishing. Close to shopping centres, cafes, clubs and pubs. Access to Rafferty's Resort is awesome - cafe and pools!A few issues with communication with the property managers - but easily fixed, garbage collection over xmas period, wifi(in and out) and housekeeping but can't fault the house itself.The house is spacious, comfy, well stocked, kid friendly (kids 10mths-7yrs had no issues) and has a huge garage where the kids & adults can play pool, kids can ride their scooters or any other indoor activities. We used the front lawn for outdoor activities as it was level but you need to supervise kids as it is not fenced off and the side yard has a steep decent. Great outdoor wrap around verandah with BBQ and enough tables and chairs to fit us all for meals - Awesome! You really don't have to bring anything else for your stay except your beach towels and your personal toiletries & belongings - so good! Thoroughly recommend Le Domicile On Point.

Very nice

Clean and well presented, not quite as close to Newcastle as thought, not knowing the area, but nice and quiet. Plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms! Bit disappointing that the Resort wasn’t open when we were there so couldn’t use the restaurant.

Lovely getaway home

Our group of 10, two families and grandparents had a wonderful stay. Place was beautiful, luxurious, clean, spacious and kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items. Plenty of crockery, serving dishes, cutlery for entertaining and bbq feast. The spacious front living/tv room and 4 bathrooms was a bonus for sharing for families with kids. Kaitlyn the property manager was very helpful and responsive with queries. Having access to Rafferty's resorts tennis courts, swimming pool and boating facilities was great. A superb place to enjoy a weekend getaway. Our group had a wonderful time. Thank you! Only one minor point that does not change the 5 star rating: bottom dishwasher rack needs fixing, missing some wheels and out of balance when sliding in and out.

Beyond expectations

The property was bigger than we thought so each family was able to comfortably stay within their own areas when needed. Having access to Raffertys was great on Easter weekend with all the activities and the pantry was well stocked with essentials and appliances. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and enjoyed our time there.

Amazing home. Highly recommended!

We stayed with a groups of friends as our camping trip got cancelled last minute. We were lucky this home was available at such short notice. Kaitlyn was a great host and very accommodating. Home was beautiful, clean, fully furnished with everything you would need (home away from home) and was very spacious. The kids had a ball playing pool and hanging out in the large media room. It was great to have access to the pool and lake at Rafferty's Resort. Great location. Less than 10min from Caves Beach and Swansea which had a Coles/Woolies and restaurants/cafes. You also don't need to go to the gym as you get a great workout with the stairs 🙂. Will come back for sure!
