Family holiday

The house was great for a family trip. Property manger was great and very responsive. The property does show signs of some wear and tear. The decking around the pool do causes some splinters for the little kids. Overall a great place to stay and all had a great time. The upstairs outdoor area was great for big family dinners

Family get together

Magical house for large family with plenty of areas for family members to get away from each other, with huge verandahs downstairs and upstairs as well as a barbecue area, with heated spa which the kids especially enjoyed. The owner/manager of the property was very helpful and friendly and was there to greet us.

Beautiful Byron stay

A wonderful house surrounded by lush greenary. This house has it all for a luxury stay, very comfortable for 8 adults and kids. Great kitchen, beautiful bathroom, perfect verandah, good pool. We even used the spa one day which was fun. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great place for a large family group

This was a very good holiday home for our family group of 15 people aged from under 2 to 90, with plenty of space for everybody. The wide verandah overlooked a variety of trees, beyond which was a golf course. The property is close to beaches, and the swimming pool was excellent, especially for the kids. It was a short drive to supermarkets and other shops at Byron Bay, but far enough off the road that we didn't notice any traffic noise. Special thanks to Kushi, the friendly onsite manager, who worked hard trying to fix the malfunctioning dishwasher, and then replaced it with a new one. He also installed lighting for the outside stairs. The kitchen was well-stocked apart from a few items, some of which Kushi provided when we requested them, and others which we bought ourselves. The bathrooms were good but there were nowhere near enough towel rails for our group. Fortunately the weather was sunny enough for us to hang our towels outside in the sun. We were happy there and had a great time.

Beautiful property

This house was amazing. The amenities cannot be beat and the location was fantastic. Be sure to read the listing as although the advertisement says “sleeps 16” there are only enough rooms to house 14 in beds - we did not read this properly and had to have people sleeping on the couch. My only other concern was the check in - we arrived 10 minutes before the check in time (2:30) and the owner of the property had friends using the pool at the time. We hung around for a while and these friends did not leave when 2:30 rolled around. Was not a huge issue but just a bit strange to show up and have strangers on the property so close to and past check in time. We paid a good amount of money to use the property so it would have been nice to have these friends off the property long before check in time! Other than this the stay was great and we really appreciate the opportunity to visit this lovely property!

Magic Happens In Byron!

Wow! Wow! The whole experience from beginning to end was sensational. The owners welcomed us and made sure everything was just perfect for our holiday... The house and pool area were stunning and it felt like we were in our own resort! Zara (the owner) was always available if there were any questions and I would highly recommend this incredible home and location to anyone who wanted the 'best of the best' in Byron. Great stay

We booked this property for a groom and bridal party, plus partners. The house was amazing, with the pool and hot tub being big pluses. Zara was excellent in responding to all our needs but also gave us absolute privacy during our stay. Highly recommend to anyone with a large group looking to enjoy the house and adjoining golf course.

Absolutely stunning getaway!!

We had a large group of 14 stay here for three nights and it couldn’t have been a better experience for any of us! Zara was incredibly helpful and her husband Cushi was amazing helping us with the pizza oven when asked and was also a great laugh! We had full privacy the whole three days but knew if we needed anything Cushi was a phone call away. The pool was a gorgeous oasis for us all to spend the morning around and the massive jacuzzi was an added bonus. The beautiful deck out in the treetops overlooking the golf course was the perfect hangout area and the main bathroom was draw droppingly amazing. Just a short 5 minute drive away from town we enjoyed being away from the busy streets and bars whilst still being close enough to go out easily with a large group. We will definitely be making this trip a yearly occurrence as this place was pure magic and can’t wait to return! Thanks again!

We had a great time! We were 3 families sharing the house which was big enough to accommodate us all. The house is well equipped with plenty of privacy and so nice not to be in the centre of Byron Bay. The pool and spa are both great and we used the Pizza oven and bbq every day. The house only has air con in the main living area and fans in most bedrooms. The only negative I can think of is that there is no bathroom on the lower level which means the main bathroom gets a lot of use as the other 2 bathrooms are ensuites. A few more pool lounges would also be good. We loved this house and would thoroughly recommend it. Owners are nearby if there are any issues and they attend to them quickly.

Stunning Home and Location

We had such a great time at this property. From the moment we drove in seeing the gorgeous flowers in the window beds gave it a real Mediterranean feel. The spa area was great. All the beds were clean and comfy. The kitchen and built in dining area was stunning and the deck and outlook to the golf course was mint!! 5 minute drive to town centre.Thanks for everything!!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING HOME!

Our stay was incredible! The home had was the perfect spot to unwind! So quite and private with such beautiful views over the golf course! The spa took the whole experience next level, and being able to look out through floor to ceiling windows with a fire burning beside us during our yoga classes was pretty special ;) The owners really went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed it stay! I will definitely be back!

Quality, space and comfort

Our recent stay at Bluebell Estate was most enjoyable. Our group of 11 was in Byron for a family wedding and needed a large, comfortable property with modern facilities and plenty of bedrooms. Positioned in a secluded spot, with expansive views of the golf course, a few kilometres from the main part of town, this property met our needs perfectly. Pool, spa, pizza oven, huge entertaining decks and modern kitchen were just some of the facilities we made use of during our 5 night stay. Hostess Zara was attentive to our needs and always accessible. We'd not hesitate to stay here again and recommend the property to others.

The perfect home for a group stay!

Stayed here with my partner, and 4 other couples, and we enjoyed our stay so much, it almost made us not want to check the Byron surrounds! The place is stunning :D The perfect launch location to visit all surrounding areas, perfectly looked after, very clean and with plenty of areas and facilities for a large group to enjoy. 10/10
